We stayed at this hotel in our hometown while having work done on our house. We chose it because it was pet friendly and had larger suites than most of the places available. The room is a bit dated but fully functional, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient. However, the real stand-out was the extremally good staff. They were friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better.

When we got in the air dis nit work in one if the rooms. They did comp us another room. So we split up so everyone could sleep. The room they comp us was dirty. Please check the pull out beds if you are going to use it. My biggest complaint would be that it was hard to get our child in thay is in a wheelchair. Not all doors are handicap approved.

Checkin very efficient. Breakfast above average. Wifi very poor, beds hard and room dated but functional. Be advised that they only offer room service once every 4 days and it has to be arranged in advance! Would stay for the food if they improve wifi. There was a pool but even though it was the middle of June, it was only half filled.

The parking is the only thing I didn’t like. I wish there was more. A bigger variety of breakfast for my picky eater. Otherwise it was absolutely amazing!!

The room was very nice size, clean and quiet. I think they were doing some updates to the hotel from a poster we saw. Very convenient to mall and easy to get downtown by a ride share. They have a full breakfast but we over slept so can not give comment on that. I would stay with them again.

Very disappointed in the hotel conditions. Under full construction multiple areas blocked off due to the building being remodeled. No coffee, very little breakfast definitely not what was guaranteed on website. Construction woke us up early morning. Property should be closed until fully remodeled. No evening snacks like they use to have. Staff outside smoking on arrival. Just really getto. Very disappointed in the property will never return and will make sure I worn others

The shower head hadn’t been cleaned for a while (it was gross). This is how people develop a type of Pulmonary MAC. This isn’t good at all. Plus the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain.

The toilet in the room was clogged and dirty and there was wet toilet paper in the floor. We tried to get another room but they said they were full. They did let us use a plunger so my husband was able to get the crap down but the plunger was necessary for each time it needed flushing. There were no other rooms in the area available. They would not give us a credit.

The hotel itself was nice. However, our suite had poop on the front and back of the bathroom door. When we reported it they said there was nothing they could do other than sending up someone from cleaning. They did this promptly, but still. There were multiple thick smears of poop that was initially missed.

It met my needs. I really didn’t stay long in the room or the building so didn’t pay much attention to all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the towels are lovely. It is one of the smarter designed hotel rooms in that there were little things like a nightlight at the lavatory area and a “headboard” on the wall that was comfortable enough to use while reading in bed. It’s also great to have a suite with a true kitchen.

This is an older property that needs a big makeover. The room phones don't work, there are no streaming services on the TVs, and the bathroom fixtures are very dated. Breakfast is a sad affair, and there are no restaurants right by the hotel. You definitely need a car. Additionally, I had called ahead requesting feather free bedding because I have asthma. It wasn't attended to and I had to wait while they redid the bed at check-in. Thankfully the appliances all work and there's plenty of parking.

My husband and I were on a anniversary trip and stayed at Homewood Suites. It was a goo location fairly close to lots of places. The room was clean and comfortable. Did not love the position of the tv... and it wasn't able to turn enough to not be at this weird angle so that we could see it from the bed. The breakfast was average.. it didn't taste like real food. The coffee was good tho.

The facilities were nice, but there were small things that added up to a lower rating. The simplest being only offering Coffeemate creamer and not half and half. The layout of our room was also ridiculous with the couch pullout bed. There was no space to walk by. There wasn’t any bedding for the couch bed included in the room either. I didn’t take the time to go back downstairs with my small children to get linens. The room thermostat was set to 60 which is not eco friendly and unnecessarily cool any time of year.

The room was the perfect size and in a perfect location in the building. The room was clean and very little outside noise. I really like the full size refrigerator and dishes/flatware. But the best thing was the separate sitting room. Like a small apartment. Very impressed.

Three friends came to Lexington to visit a dear friend. Your staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious with all the amenities. We were so pleased. We would reccomend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I mistakenly left a pair of pants behind in my room. When I realized that a couple hours later I called the hotel and they said they would check the room. The room had already been cleaned and wouldn’t you know no one said they found my pants but I’m sure they found the $100 that was in the pocket. Sure they may not be responsible for lost or stolen items but it sure says a lot about the integrity of the people working there!!

Having been married for 50 years and traveling a lot, we have to say this is the best hotel experience we have ever had. From comfort to cleanliness, everything was great! Our suite was spacious and felt like home complete with everything we needed! And the food was amazing! Not your standard hotel breakfast…theirs is awesome! We loved it so much we extended our stay! We are hooked on Hilton Homewood Suites and will always book with them as we travel!
