The ladder at pool was very sketchy. Jerry-rigged together and had very sharp parts exposed.

Was clean and staff was great. Pool looked way better in photos. All in all. Nice place

Property just renovated. Very nice.

Not ADA compliant. No elevators makes it different for someone with mobility issues to room on the second floor. Room was comfortable and clean. Towels ragged and not sufficient (1 face towel very worn). Desk clerk was very nice and accommodating.

The check in was seamless and very convenient to what I was attending to during my stay. However, the hotel rooms are dated- the box spring on the bed had some molding and the refrigerator had pizza meat stuck in the door. But the room was clean, TV offered many viewing options and the pool was delightful. Hotel just needs some updates but I would stay there again.

They dont have elevator but covered stairs access and within building u can use walking corridor. everyone who checks in want ground floor especially with luggage. but okay we fine, but no elevator and price $90 some per day we thought it is expensive. had 2 issues with hotel and we recorded into hotel log so they can take care for next visitor in that room. Front desk is very helpful and polite. I prefer technology has so much improved, why cant they have ac in auto temp mode depending upon heat and cold it will switch and keep fan on and auto option. fan has low, med and high - auto option would be great. have to go back to ac mutliple times to figure out the right temperature and possible options there. finally figured out in 6am how to get use it and then got good 2hr sleep. Need air to sleep well but need comfort temp to suid outside weather and inside room for proper rest. Rest all good, nice interior, beds, blankets, desk, outlets and new carpet. I think they should go $80 buck and not $100 that's way up.

The pool was sparkling clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My only negative was I left my expensive reading glasses there and I guess they got thrown away. I went back by two days later on my way home and no one could find them.

My room wasn't cleaned to the best at arrival. There was hair around the bottom of the toilet and in the drain and the bathroom floor hadnt been property mopped. Everything else looked and felt clean for the most part. Some dusting was needed and the carpets are sticky but what can you expect. The front desk staff was AMAZING. I'm so upset that I didn't get the younger girls name who checked me in. She's so personable and kind. All the ladies were very kind and I have had no issues so far with billing!

Nice and quiet, very clean and comfortable room. Lined that it was easy to pick up dinner close by. The hot breakfast and coffee were great!

The cleanliness was very poor. There were roaches in the bathroom. I would not recommend this place to stay.

Had to change rooms 2 times. First room had not even been seen by the house keepers beds unmade trash still in room. Second room bed had pee on it large pee spot on the sheet under the made bed blankets.

DO NOT BOOK! When we arrived to the property we immediately felt uneasy. The place looked very different from the pictures provided in the app. However we were tired and wanted to rest so we decided to check in. First the checked us in into room 133. When we opened the door, the room was NOT CLEAN! Towels and linens all over the floor trash and other stuff that we didn’t even look at. We closed the door and went to the front desk to complain, they were nice but called the cleaning lady in front of us and scolded her (not nice). Then they switched us rooms and gave us the room right next door 134, when we opened the door the room was invaded by flies, honestly like around 16 of them. We complained again and the cleaning lady came back with a towel to kill them! She explained that it was because there was trash all over and she was not exaggerating, we literally had a trash bag full in front on the door. We decided to leave and get another hotel to stay for the night. No way we where going to stay there. They didn’t want to reimburse us, but we created a complaint with Expedia and they are going to handle the reimbursement with the hotel.

We found mold in multiple places.

Our experience. Not so good. They gave us the key to someone elses room. A man answered the door wondering why ww were trying to get in his room TV has no picture Phone doesn't work Some lights dont work Some electric outlets don't work Doorknob to closet fell off. Toilet seat broken Thin walls . You can hear the neighbors TV.

It was terrible trying to check in, I paid for a King bed. The front desk tried to put me in a 2 queen bed room. This went off for a while! I even called the day before to confirm our reservations, at that time it was all good. Actually checking in was a mess!! When we finally got our room with King bed (30 minutes later), the A\C did not work properly. Office called Maintenance Man, which showed up to the hotel, but did not come to our room and left the property. We were in the room the whole time. The location was good, but service was not. I was tolded the 1st night would be refunded, but 2 weeks later, I still cannot get the refund. Not happy with the management.

Only complaint was the wifi didn't work which was a major problem because my wife works remote and could not work there.

This room was booked for two nights while I was in town for the funeral of my Grandfather. Due to it being the Thursday & Friday before Easter, local hotel options were in short supply. The check-in process was simple and the staff was friendly. My inital opinion of the room was that it was clean but had a very strong smell of chlorine, similar to a swimming pool. Only two outlets worked in the room, the rest were "loose" and the plug would fall out. Three of the lights flickered so badly that we mostly stayed in the dark during our stay. The shower only had cold to luke warm water and low pressure. The breakfast provided was quite good, offering many options. The hotel is also close to everything and easily accessible from the highway. Although for $130+ a night, I expected a better room.

The room we were provided had an door to the next door room. It was loud. We requested to get moved. The employee assigned us another room without hesitation. However, this room was upstairs (not our preference) but much better than the first. The room was clean.

The staff we saw were all very nice and friendly, but they seemed to be short handed. There wasn't anyone around at breakfast to make sure there was enough of anything. Even ran out of coffee. The place was clean and in a nice location. Convient access to places we wanted to get to including shops and restaurants.

The room was a good size with ample space. Comfy bed was an added plus!

Beds were old and had sinking spots the room was very clean the A/C was very loud and a huge gap at the bottom of my door! They were not ready for a full hotel breakfast wasn’t great but it was ok no orange juice and had to ask twice to refill it they said they were out of orange juice but had apple juice I told nope it’s just water coming out so they finally replaced it. They ran out of food and would bring a plate of items out at a time like the meat then the eggs. Probably won’t stay there again

The gentleman who checked had impeccable customer service. After I checked in I asked if the a/c was on because I needed to make a quick trip to Walmart. He said no the a/c was not on. He noticed I used a walker to help get around so he offered to go to the room and turn it on for me while I went to Walmart. I also witnessed the customer before me who was on the phone with him being difficult. He handled it like a pro. The room itself was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. Nice size TV and the pool area is impeccable.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. I let her know I had a confirmation # she said had it and was looking for a down stairs room for me. That was very kind. The room was nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

The property is nice and clean I think the key to this place are the people . They helped us and took exceptional care of my family . Thank each and everyone at the property. They made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again and when staying in Huntsville this is the best choice period.

Upon arrival, they did not have my reservations in the computer system that I had reserved through Hotels.com and then after booking a room on site, I have been charged for two nights stay twice. The front desk clerk upon arrival did not have 1 ounce of care that my reservation was not in the system and then she booked me another room even though I really did have a reservation. I had asked for downstairs due to hip mobility and a king size bed, and I got an upstairs room with two queens. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel.

Door jammed and i was not able to get out from 6-11 am. I called the office multiple times and no one answered. I had to knock on my window until someone finally saw me. I was EXTREMELY late to an appointment that i needed to reschedule

A/Cs didn't work well had to transfer rooms and was told the new room was same price and a refund wasnt going to happen. The office staff wasn't very professional and didn't really want to help. Shower head sucked and was rusty carpet was disgusting. For the amount of money i spent i expected better could have went somewhere else for better accommodations. Absolutely dissatisfied and will not ever be back to that location and may have my company not use Best Western ever again.

Decent place for an overnight stay. Very close to SH for the football season. Would come back.

Everything about the property was good. we checked in a little after 9pm the night front desk was a lady she made good conversation and it was quick and easy to get everything done. I loved the fact that this place is literally around everything from food, the mall, gas stations and if you are like us it is right by walmart so anything we forgot to pack was easy to go get with a quick trip down the road. The day employee was good as well friendly the breakfast was small but good! i will stay here again me and my little family enjoyed it!

Centrally and conveniently located, property is quiet and well kept. Check in and checkout was seamless. Prices were very affordable and with a complimentary breakfast to boot. An excellent choice for lodging.

Nice hotel, clean, with good location. Denny's is next door. Plus shopping center and restaurants nearby.

Close to serval restaurants. Close to the museums. Very quiet and staffing was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Room was very clean and excellent arom Best Western was in a very great location in the midst all kind of stores and eatery.

It’s not in the middle of everything but it is very close to multiple restaurants, convenience stores and Walmart which I like

Great location and great bargain! Room was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay if you are in town for Sam Houston State sporting events!

I changed to this hotel last minute because they had a great deal! I'm so glad I did!. The room was more than I expected! Everything was clean and I felt very safe. The free breakfast was wonderful! The coffee was very good! The Texas-shaped Belgium waffle was flavorful and flaky! I will definitely be staying there whenever I have to be in Huntsville from now on! Also, the location is great!

Breakfast was poorly managed. Food was not refreshed and ran out for some guests by 9am when service was until 9:30. Bathroom faucets and shower in poor running order. Won't go back!
