Pool was closed. Floors were in desperate need of a mopping. Room was a little dusty, but it was updated nicely. The owners were on top of things and the breakfast was adequate. We did book the room for 4 people but we only had three sets of towels. The housekeeper did enter without permission on our first morning there, just knocked and when we didn’t answer just let herself right in but we not provided an do not disturb indicator. Overall, not the worst experience.

Ms. Ann in the front, the owners and the cleaning staff were all super nice, accommodating and very helpful. There was plenty of boat parking and places to plug them in. Everyone who worked there was kind.

when I made the reservations I was told they had an inside pool. we hiked all day and was looking forward to the pool. The pool was not open because it was a mess. we decided to just stay in our room and watch TV but guess what TV does not work. Went to get ice and homeless people living in the area where I had to walk through.

A lot wrong with cleanliness! Roaches started crawling from behind the bed! There was hair all in the shower, food in the “clean” bed and something nasty all over the bottom of the bed. People weee literally having sex in the pool so my kid couldn’t even swim 😬

The room was wonderful and clean. When I walked in, I could smell the smell of bleach, and I knew that it was very clean. The staff was so nice. The young gentleman at the front desk even made me a waffle. Highly recommend!!

The room was really gross. The floors had not been cleaned it what appears to be a long time. The room was heavily perfumed to cover the damp smell. There were flies flying everywhere. The bedding felt damp. There was mold in the bathroom and the pipes near the ceiling looked rusted and painted over several times. The reviews were very misleading.

There was hair all over the bathroom and dead bugs throughout the place including the bathroom and in the fridge. Also, the cockroaches were big enough to walk on a leash! But that aside; we didnt get there

Roaches in the toilet area. I let them swim in the toilet before sending them down the drain. Vinyl floor was very dirty and sticky. Iy was mopped on our lasr day there.

Please consider relocating the grab bar in RM 129. I slipped when I stepped in the shower and fell flat on my back last night. The grab bar is opposite end of the faucet and not in a convenient spot. Everything else about the room was fine. Just stiff, achy body today.

The area is quiet. It is near a shopping strip. They have tried to make an improvement to some of the rooms. The new bed was heavily broken in on the sides. The middle of the king bed was comfy. We asked for a handicapped room. The door got stuck on the new flooring so it would not open all the way. If I had a wheelchair instead of a walker, I would not have been able to enter the room. The new walk/roll in shower was a great concept. It did have a seat if needed in the shower. The floor was not done correctly and when the shower was used, water flooded the entire bathroom. There were not enough towels to soak up that much water. There are sufficient free parking spaces. Microwave and fridge were clean. Free morning breakfast was only adequate. Nothing special. We have stayed here many times over the years and even with it's new quirks, it is still a nice low budget room.

I prepaid my reservation at Hotels.com with Hotels.com gift card like I always do. I was put in a room with bathroom that was inaccessible, under construction/remodeling. (tools, rusty gaskets, debri in tub, safety bars laying on floor dismantled, etc) so I went back to check in and requested another room. The next room was fine. Then I received a banking text alert of my debit card charge. I called the front desk and was told it was an accidental charge as he didn't know I prepaid. My bank normally takes 5-7 business days to clear this. So I double paid for my overnight visit! Besides that being disappointing and very costly, the unacceptable thing is that no one was going to tell me! If my bank hadn't alerted me of a charge I wouldn't have known until I checked my account later on in the week. This definitely makes me rethink staying here again.

I checked in after 10pm and felt very unsafe. The front lobby smelled strong of cigarette smoke and there were 2 men. The men were not behind the desk, did not have name tags or uniforms. I initially could not tell if they were employees or not. Note- Most of the rooms open to the outside. The outside property is not well maintained. Lots of temporary type fixes in place. All of the electric outlets were out the first night in my room. They did fix the next morning. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, could not recommend.

The young woman who cleaned the rooms was extremely good and friendly. Elderly woman who worked the front desk and was also extremely friendly. However, the man who worked behind the desk early in the morning was insulting, rude, unprofessional, and hopelessly incompetent. He almost ruined otherwise nice stay at this hotel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very kind to us while we stayed for the week. The inside pool was beautiful. Being able to look out and see the mountains all around you was amazing. Chattanooga was only a 45min drive from the hotel. We were able to enjoy the city and come back to relax in the peace and quiet of the hotel. Will definitely stay again here.

The worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. The picture is of my white socks after walking around in my room for two days. The second pic is of the bath mat after I usex it to dry up so water on ghe bathroom floor. When I checked out and should thd pic to the front desk, all she said was "I'll let her know". I was unable to comunicate with house keeping because they claimed to speak no english. I went out for breakfast because their 6am Continental breakfast was not set up at 6am.

I saw the poor reviews from one month last year and now believe them to be complete fictions. 1. the Staff were excellent and industrious for every customer encounter we saw or heard, 2. the property is upgrading and that is obvious but the facilities were in good shape - rooms immaculate, breakfast area beautiful, appetizing, and continuously well-supplied, everything worked perfectly, etc., 3. beds were comfortable, water was hot, linens were clean and soft, etc., 4. there were NO downsides someone would be surprised by to this property, literally nothing bad we or those around us could say. Those bad reviews seem completely out of character for this property and we anticipate the future stays to continus to be even better because of the conscientious industriousness of every one of the staff.

The associates at the front area were amazing. Had attention to service and detail. Breakfast was so above what is usually offered at this cost. Hot breakfast with waffles, cereals, fruits and yogurts. My daughter was even able to dress her waffle with peanut butter and chocolate. Other additives available. Maids were immature teenagers, and able to answer a simple question in English and laughed off my question. In fairness, rooms were clean. Definitely will stay again.
