The room needs painted , one elevator was broken and it took forever to get to the room plus I was double charged for my stay and have yet to get it resolved. You also have to pay to park there. There’s is no left turn out if the parking lot so it’s difficult to get anywhere to eat because you have to circle around on the interstate. No way would I stay there again

Close to airport and food. No pool

The airport shuttle was non responsive. I was told to call and was hung up on 3 times. Texts to front desk were never answered.

The room was ok. The breakfast is usual junk. You have to pay for parking and I got my car broken into with a smashed in driver window. Glass all over. And several other cars were broken into as well.

Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell. Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$. Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then.

Had to pay for parking and then there was no where to park. Terrible customer service.

Room was nice, bathroom was nicer. AC worked great. They charge for parking now: $5 per night, but they put a $75 hold on the parking charge and they advertise it takes a week to get back, which is ridiculous. Not enough parking spaces. The entrance to the hotel is a few feet before the highway on ramp, so of you miss it, it takes 10 minutes to try again.

Clean and spacious!! Excellent breakfast. However, the second Country inn and Suites we’ve stayed in recently with elevator problems.

When we arrived our room was on the first floor, the window was wide open no screen on it and the door was wide open. This is an unsafe place to stay. We left our vehicle in there garage which they offer with a price for 8 days while on a cruise. When we returned we found our vehicle along with 2 others were broken into, 2 of the windows smashed. They never called us about it or told us when we arrived. They did not report it to the police, when we asked them to call the police we waited 30 minutes for them to arrive just to find out that they did not call them they told us to call because they didn’t want to report it. They had the audacity to charge us for the night. Will leave an update after we get ahold of the manager.

We woke up to find our car broken into (while parked in their garage with security staff there). The office staff was aware of these break ins but didn’t seem to concerned to tell the owners of all eight vehicles what took place. When going to the gas station next door ( the girl was really sweet there) they informed us this was the second time in four months. Very disappointed when coming all the way from Ohio. My husband adds that the pillows were super tiny and the breakfast was ok

The rooms have a strong odor of mold and mildew. The were wet spots on the carpet in the first room. We were not able to open the windows to air out the room. The air conditioning unit smelled of mold when it was running. It felt extremely unhealthy to breathe the air in the room. We did request to be moved to a different room, which the front desk did accomodate, but the second room was not much better.

My room had roaches and the chairs were stained bad. Everytime guests went in and out of there rooms you could hear the doors slamming

The hotel was musty when we entered. We found mold growing on the AC vent. We found white stains all over the furniture. The towels were all messed up and not folded neatly. Hair and dirt all over. Wallpaper peeling off the walls with mild underneath. Would not recommend.

There were roaches in the room, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the fridge was barely cold.

Our room was not clean. There were multiple stains on the night stand and the bathroom was very gross. There was hair all throughout the bathroom.

Dear [Hotel Manager / Customer Relations Team], I am writing to formally report serious issues during our recent stay at your hotel and to request appropriate compensation. Upon arrival, we discovered bedbugs in our assigned room. Additionally, the air conditioning in that room was not functioning. After reporting these issues, we were moved to another room, which we appreciate; however, the replacement room had an air-conditioning unit that was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. This occurred after a 14-hour travel day while traveling with a 10-year-old child and a two-year-old toddler. Due to the conditions, none of us were able to rest properly, which significantly impacted our stay and caused considerable stress and exhaustion. Bedbugs present a serious health and hygiene concern, and combined with the lack of functional and quiet climate control, the experience fell well below acceptable hospitality standards. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund or other reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter. The shuttle and checkin were efficient and friendly. The room looked nice and comfortable. Until bedbugs attacked me. I literally slapped myself awake due to the itchiness. Found two FAT ones feasting on me about 2 or 3AM. John at the front desk came up immediately, was able to squish one, the other had run for its life. I was asked to gather my things and come to the desk for a room transfer. Thankfully my items were all on the desk across the room. They wanted to put me on the same floor. No, changed floors. But now I was exhausted and paranoid, so I slept horribly (up about every 30 minutes checking). Prexa saw me the next day, said manager working on a discount or comp because I refused to take my satin pillowcase off the bed (I travel with it since bonnets never stay on) and wanted to at least be reimbursed. Went on about my day, returned. Next morning breakfast was tasty, but for hours later I burped the taste of eggs and my guys emptied the rest of the day. When I checked out, Prexa confirmed I'd be receiving a discount and an email but they didn't have a formal incident report as I requested. I checked out on a Sunday, today is Wednesday and I've heard nothing. All employees I interacted with were polite and hospitable, but not hearing directly from management is egregious and rude. I gave it time specifically to be gracious before posting this review.

Bugs in room. Mold on ceiling in bathroom

The hotel was pretty dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed at all, there was dirt in every single corner of the room. Very musty and damp too. Everything was very outdated. It worked for what we needed it for but I likely wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms had extremely unhealthy air quality. They were very moldy and mildewy. The carpets were wet. We were unable to open the windows to get any fresh air circulation. The air conditioning unit smelled terrible when it was running.

Close to downtown Nashville and much cheaper. Our room was nice enough, but the bathroom door didn't close fully (barn style door), there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the shower leaked. But overall still a good room for the price. Breakfast was just ok if you're not a picky eater.

Bed was too close to door to enter the room, and the bathroom door didn't open all the way due to the toilet. It was an uncomfortable set room. Room was cleaned and served it's purpose.

The rooms are old and run down. The staff was not very friendly. We made the best of our stay.

road noise

The two rooms I stayed in before and after my conference were both pretty sad. Mold around the shower enclosures on both...very loud on the back side of the property (you can hear freeway traffic and planes taking off) and there was vaping going on somewhere that stunk up the place. But they did let me check in early, which was very nice.

The room was nice, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The tv didn’t work

Location was good for the airport, it is right on the freeway so it’s noisy, but close. Windows are super old, so there is no sound barrier. Not a lot of parking, but they have a parkade under the hotel that needs to be cleaned with better lighting. Lobby is updated, hallway carpets need to be replaced. Rooms are ok, but need repainting.

The room was not well maintained. The drape backing was torn. The hair dryer was broken. The microwave was non-operational.

The building looks nice and recently remodeled. We had to ask for a new room twice, as the first two smelled BADLY of mildew. Far more than just a "room has been without the AC running". The third room was fine, but one bed was so broken down that you sat on one side and immediately sunk down to the boxspring. Fine for a 1-night stay, but would not recommend longer. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our room change requests.

The room was clean but had issues getting in contact with the hotel for the airport shuttle on arrival.

Where to begin… This property is a classic nail polish and lipstick property where they have tried to renovate an old building to make it seem fresh and new however…. Moldy smell in the rooms, bathroom and shower doors are warped with humidity and no cold water in the showers. I also had no hair dryer and needed to get one from the front desk where they took one from a room that wasn’t rented for the night. We had dropped our rental car off the night before an early flight only to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to come and get us.

They will screw you out of the $75 deposit! Beware! Stayed there alone..didnt dirty the room. Only used a couple towels. 3 weeks later i still cant get my deposit back..they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Rings busy now.

Extremely rude customer service providers.

Gentleman at desk was disoriented and confused. Didn’t seem to know what was going on. There were two parties ahead of us when we arrived and it took over 25 minutes to get checked in. The couple in front of us came back down because their room keys didn’t work.

I overall enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, quiet, etc. and the breakfast was fine. But I do have a major complaint and I want to tell the full story… I landed in Nashville at 10 am. I was eager to get the hotel shuttle so I could drop my suitcase off so that I could jump into sightseeing. I only was staying in Nashville for 24 hours so I wanted to utilize every minute I had in the city. So I googled the hotel phone number and the automated system said to press 2 for the front desk. I did just that and was disconnected. What happened? I dialed again and again and again and the same thing kept happening! I must’ve tried 25 times and this kept happening! So I googled again and this time found a reservation line for Country Inn. I explained what happened and the guy gave me the hotel’s direct line. So I call the number and the phone rang endlessly and no one answered! I kept trying for 30 plus minutes and still no one answered! My blood was boiling at this point. 60 minutes after I landed I’m still stuck at the airport thanks to this hotel’s incompetency. So FINALLY I get through and the hotel said the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. How long did it take in the end?? 45 minutes! So do the math…nearly 2 hours of my trip was wasted stuck at the airport because of this hotel. If they were busy they should still be answering the phone! There is ZERO excuse for this situation.

Warm and welcoming staff!

It started with an excellent staff check in followed by a very clean room and bathroom. The hotel transportation was excellent. Checking out was fast and friendly! The complimentary breakfasts were great!

After driving over 8 hours, waited 20 minutes to check-in with only one couple ahead of us. Turns out, they got a key that didn't work and had to come back after the attendant started checking us in. The attendant couldn't find our reservation for the first 5 minutes, although I supplied our confirmation and details. He finally found it, assigned us our room, and warned us that if we opened the door and didn't like the smell, to come back to the front desk. The room seemed fine and we were exhausted so we kept it. 20 minutes after we were in the room, the couple that had been ahead of us trying to check in tried to get in our room because the clerk had assigned them the same room. Aside from the issues checking in, the room was ok. I would stay again if I knew check-in would be better!

This hotel served its purpose of being close to airport with clean bed and shower for early morning flight. I did hear the interstate throughout the night even with my noise machine on.

TV reception was poor..Clock radio didn't work . Power plug in nightstand between beds didn't work . Access to the property very challenging .Cant turn left out of the parking lot resulting in a 4.3 mike loop to get back around

The staff was very helpful. The location is a bit awkward to get to but it is conveniently located near the freeway

Getting into the property was a hassle with the road construction changes.

Everything was good. Hotel is located close to bus stop, which was easy to go downtown. We enjoyed the stay.

lovely place to stay, very clean! I enjoyed my time here for sure! however, I would recommend a better breakfast and pillows that aren’t flat.

The room floor was dirty, and there were 2 stains on the bathroom wall, but everything else in the room was okay. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was lacking; at different times, there was no hot coffee, no fruit, no toast (just bagels), no waffle batter, and no drinks.The front desk attendant and the ladies working the breakfast buffet were pleasant enough, though.

The hotel was nice. Rooms are clean and beds were very comfy. For the price, I think it’s a very good place to stay. Super convenient to everything. The only thing I wish had been a little better was the breakfast options. It would have been nice if they had healthier options like yogurt or other fruits besides apples.

The front desk employees were friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. After dropping off my rental car at BNA, , took the hotel over 40 minutes to pick up when it’s five minute to the hotel. Breakfast was 20 minutes late being served. Just making airport shuttle. The eggs were not fully cooked.

The waffle mix had something wrong, so everyone who tried to make a waffle(spraying with the oil first)had to try to pick the pieces of cooked waffle that were now cemented to the iron off. The woman who was supposed to be keeping everything filled walked around as if stoned. No fresh fruit options. Eggs were empty for about 20 min(one man was very upset which is why we noticed, he kept going over & asking if/when there would be eggs). No forks or spoons, finally someone from the front desk area came & started telling the other woman what to do so she started filling untensils & put more yogurt in the fridge. When the woman from the front desk watch multiple people have messy issues with the waffle iron, she went & checked the waffle mix. Pulled it out of the dispenser, and sniffed at it, then made a face as if it was bad. Took both sides out of the dispenser & into the back room where a "discussion" was had with the zombie-staff. Coffee was good. Watching the chaos was frustrating. Went elsewhere for breakfast after.

Building was older and obviously renovated which was nice but there was old food crumbs all over the floor of my room, bed frame was dusty, comforter had makeup or dried blood spots on it. There is a gas station next door with cars that play loud music all night long and there were homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks around the building. Breakfast was not good and I ended up getting sick from it.

Breakfast was wonderful!!! HOT Continental,plenty of items. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The convenient transportation to and from the airport was nice.
