We were on the 4th floor. No elevator for the last few weeks. I should have bought told that. Beds r comfortable. Pool is great. But overall it is a run down interior. Not what I expected for a Hilton Hotel. I picked this because of what I think of the reputation that name carries. I was wrong

Great hotel. Very strong selection of breakfast food. Pool was nice, but slightly short on towels towards end of the day. Elevator was out of order but that was only inconvenience on a wonderful stay otherwise. Parking was amazing. Good option to stay when visiting Burlington VT area.

I spent 2 nights here this weekend foe my son and myself. The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the brakfast had so many options. The only down fall was the website had a indoor pool. I was told apon check in the pool was colsed for a unknown amount of time. The main reason i booked was for the pool. My son was was ao excited to swim.

Very convenient and reasonable if you are visiting Burlington Vt. The single, small elevator was a little problematic and the ice machine was removed from our floor. The room was great, breakfast choices were very good, and the staff was very helpful.

None of the elevators were working. Fortunately, we arrived early and got a room on the 1st floor (We are 79 and 74) Arrangements should have been made to assist guests. We saw a single mother with 2 toddlers leave because she could not handle luggage and children to climb the steps. We felt terrible for her.

Extremely clean throughout the property and especially our room. The bathrooms modern and contemporary look, made me feel like i paid way more for my stay. The free breakfast was really yummy, and lots to choose from. I didnt expect such a variety for a complementary breakfast. Staff was super friendly, anyone wearing a staff shirt that passed by us, always smiled and said hi. It really is the simplest details, that make customers happy, comfortable and returning!

My room was truly horrible and in desperate need of repair. I fear I may have been exposed to mold as there was evidence of previous water damage coming down from the ceiling onto the wallpaper. The ceiling had multiple unsightly seams from sloppy drywall repairs, which I assume, were also due to a water damage event. The room window had a broken seal which resulted in a huge stain almost covering half of the window that was tremendously ugly to look at and impossible to view through. There were no closable curtains, only a shade which had numerous holes in it. The rug was soiled with multiple stains. There was a huge gouge in the wall by the chair, and the bedside lampshades were both broken. The room was also very dirty and dusty...I found scraps of paper around the nightstand and hair hanging off of the bedside lamp. If all this wasn't bad enough, I lost an entire night's sleep to people slamming doors, talking in the hallway, banging things, and children running and jumping in the room above me until three in the morning. The hotel refused to comp me for my terrible night's stay. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that a continental breakfast is included if you survive the night!

I have stayed in this hotel several times but not for the past 2 years. And Life had changed. I spent two nights there. There is bottled soap and shampoo in the bath room, no small soap bars or small shampoo bottles. I do not like bottled soap, etc. I happened to read a sign in the bathroom that said no cleaning or emptying trash or replacing towels or making the bed unless requested. They will do it every two days. I was surprized and went to the front desk to ask and they concured so I requested at 9a to make the bed, empty the wastebaskets and replace towels. When I returned at 4p this had NOT been done. I ran into the manager who was apologetic and eventually 1/2 hour later sent someone do this while I was in the middle of a business zoom call. For the price which was $150 per night I might as well stay at the local Motel 6. I will not be staying there again. NOT IMPRESSED

The room was overall outdated. Bathroom was clean and new but bed area was in definite need of overhaul. Old, dirty rugs. Stained ceiling. Room smelled like cigarette smoke but was supposed to be non smoking. I awoke with migraine and ended up checking out day early due to poor air quality and how it made me feel. ( was supposed to be 2 nights). The staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was clean and women servicing the breakfast pleasant and helpful.

Mold on blinds, carpet didn’t look vacuumed, toilet and faucet made loud squeak when used, furnace/air was so loud it would wake us in the night when it turned on. Staff was very friendly though, main lobby and breakfast area was clean.

I like Hampton inn properties because of their affordability and convenience to travel locations. Love the free parking, free breakfast and pool/exercise amenities. What I DID NOT LIKE at this location was the filthy carpet, worn toilet seat and dirty appearance to the room because it was not cleaned 100%.

Comfortable room, nice but slippery pool area, John at desk was great, lady running breakfast was excellent, lobby and check in were very friendly, good location next to a good restaurant. Hallways are dingy, stairs need vacuuming, bathroom vanity is barely adequate, paper cups in room eco friendly but disappointing.

Staff were attentive and very friendly. Breakfast area was very spacious. Room was clean though some of the furniture showed wear from use over the years and could be updated. Being in a state like VT it would have been nice for the “cheese” with the eggs to be a decent quality cheese (don’t need anything fancy but a step up would be an easy improvement).

Very quiet place; lots of nice choices for breakfast. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was below freezing outside for our entire stay but even though we "turned off" the room air for 48 hours, the temperature never went below 64 (we prefer to sleep at 58). The barn door for the bathroom doesn't provide a good sound or light block.

This my third time staying here. I’m always very pleased with the attitude of anyone who works at the property. Super nice, friendly and helpful. I can not speak to how well they resolve problems because I haven’t ever had any and I think that is a tribute to their management that makes sure that everything is as it should be before any guests arrive.

I booked a 4 night stay for $777. I didn't go the first night. I arrived the second night. Without telling me, they got rid of my booking and would not let me check in. They didn't inform me. Hotels.com didn't ever change the status of my trip. Just said, oh, you'll get a refund. We don't have any way to honor the room you paid for already weeks ago. You can pay for a new room for $450 a night if you want. This was after the first thing they did when I got there was to talk about how horrible all the other guests were in the lobby to me a brand new customer. On and on they went about them and they were all useless and no help. I got upset that they gave my room away. They snarkily responded you should've called us and said you weren't coming. I said I bought the room. You didn't call me and ask if I wanted it canceled! They threatened to call the cops on me when I used a curse word even though they were throwing me on the street after driving 5 hours with an autistic kid in the car. I called several times earlier in the week trying to get rid of the Thrusday on my trip from Thursday to Monday, that they Thursday was accidentally purchased. Nobody helped just threw a family on the street after paying around $800 for a nice family vacation. I had a soccer tournament at 9:00 am the next day. I accidentally bought another hotel on this website 2 hours away so couldn't use that either. I ahd to book a thurd hotel in Burlington because of this.

This hotel is right off the highway, so it’s easy to get to. It’s close by to the downtown area. The breakfast was hot and fresh with a good variety of choices. I would stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Nice hotel. Had to report a small toilet leak that had obviously been leaking for quite some time . It was promptly repaired. Room supposed to be refreshed "every other " day, 3 day stay not done. Ran out of breakfast eggs. Wanted 2 rooms run on same CC transaction, couldn't/wouldn't do it. Two identical transactions generated a denial and fraud alert on card.

Check in was smooth. Lobby is very clean. Room is very clean and the cool AC setting felt comfortable. Breakfast was well above standard for a hotel included breakfast. Lots of choices and every choice was awesome. This was my second stay in as many years and is always improving. Keep it up!

I’m not a big breakfast person but we stayed in 4 hotels on this latest trip and none compared to the breakfast here. Every hotel chain should send a rep here to see how breakfast should be done. Mexican omelets, large warm sausage patties, red potatoes, french vanilla dairy creamer for gourmet coffee - it was fantastic (and free). The eating area was spacious and beautiful. We arrived early for check in and it was no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This facility looked new and immaculate. We had a very nice room with a beautiful bathroom. We loved it!
