While booking I had a personal error. This error had the potential to ruin our complete stay in TN. The management staff at this location was understanding & showed grace with my needs. When I booked this property I read a review of 7 out of 10 stars. I struggle to find how the 7 was achieved. Our check in was seamless as the front desk employee was wonderful. Other than that, it was a pretty rough stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, floors felt sticky, and there were stains on our towels and washcloths. The toilet did not flush, but the manager did repair it, and we waited til close to 8 am this morning, and never had access to the coffee that was promised. We completely overpaid for this room as we were in town for an event at Bristol Motor speedway, but if you’re paying colossally more, you should have nicer amenities.

I don't know how anyone's review is good. We has dirty sheets, dirty room, bathroom was ok but the toilet seat was almost falling off. TV had good chanel selection. Just not a nice place.

rooms smelled of stale smoke, AC barely worked, linens had stains on them and ciggaret burns on the comforters and towels had stains on them and there was other peoples hair on the floor. Overall a dirty old motel with nothing but bad coffee in the morning.

The shower curtain was dirty as well as hair was left in the tub and on the shampoo/conditioner dispenser. Dirty hand towels. The ac makes a loud popping noise. The beds are hard as a rock. Outside smelt of burning rubber. When checking in the guy mumbled under his breath over me asking him a question. We will not be staying again.

The room clean. When we checked in there was at least 20 stink bugs in our room around the door and window. We called management and the lady came and told us these were outside bugs not inside bugs and they wouldn’t bite us. Still they was in our room. They would not take any money off the room for this. So we had to debug our room ourselves. The microwave would not heat anything up at all, so we ended up throwing half a pizza away that night. We should have just rented a R.V. And stay at the race track. Probably will do that next trip.

I stayed here for the night. It’s a nice, cheap motel if that makes sense. The room is clean w fresh paint and good floors. The motel is along a busy road, so you hear every car. The AC unit does have a “fan on” mode, but you’re still hearing traffic.

The doors were left open by the room service crew. Front desk did nothing about the items missing from the cleaning crew. Very load inside the rooms from the interstate. Upon arrival people around the hotel doing drugs. Find somewhere else to stay I would suggest.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Let us check in early after driving 12 hrs thru the night to avoid traffic. Room was clean, cool, convenient, and all amenities were in working order. We don’t spend much time in the room when we travel so accommodations are low on our list of priorities but this property was moments from everywhere we wanted to be and very affordable. We will stay again, we come annually for Tripride events and will be back in October this year for the actual festival. Looking forward to another great review after! Gem in the rough, don’t sleep on this opportunity!

Overall, room was clean and adequate. The only problem was that only half enough towels and washcloths were allowed for registered guests in room. Had to return used towels to office to get replacements before other guests could shower. This is ridiculous and will keep us from ever staying here again even though facilities were good enough otherwise.
