The rate I got was very high compared to my colleagues and without breakfast so I can only comment on the room and facilities. The gym is basic, so free weights, weight machines, treadmill, bike, cross trainer. Didn’t try the pool but it’s on the small side. Room was nice but the air con needs to keep it cool but it’s quite noisy! Not a bad view on the high floors.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I will never forget them. They were able to get me a room when I arrived early and greeted me daily. The location can’t be beat and I loved the decor and the gym, which is far larger and has better equipment than nearly all other hotels in BKK. Room service was efficient. The pool was a bit small but never crowded. Well worth the money.

Not standard Hilton quality. Breakfast must be improved. Very unsatisfactory, insufficient. Not many options for European taste. AC of the gym was not working properly. They couldn’t fix it during 5 days. Hard to breathe condition.

All aspects of the Hotel were spotlessly clean, in fact immaculate. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff - Thailand is known as the country of smiles but the Hilton staff exemplify this fact. The breakfast was varied and top quality and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The gym was very well equipped but the swimming pool although of decent length couldn’t really accommodate more than 2 swimmers at one time due to its narrow width. As a result of having to change rooms due to traffic noise we were relocated to a quieter part without any resistance or fuss. The Hilton Asoke is located in a very busy area of Bangkok so next time we will request a much quieter room. The rooms are clean, spacious with plenty of cupboard space with a nice comfortable Super King bed but as like most hotels we had to request extra clothes hangers but again did so without any fuss. The hotel also accommodated our request for early check-in which was appreciated after an early morning arrival. We also ate quite a few meals in the Inblu restaurant on the evening again with a varied menu and again the service was exceptional - a special mention for Benz and Ten who presented us with a Christmas Card which was very much appreciated. Overall a great hotel and more importantly great people - we loved it!

Very nice hotel, large beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Great value overall but hotel bar and restaurant very overpriced, especially in comparison to value of rooms. Very small pool area. Great convenient location. For some reason, many Grab and taxis do not know where hotel or pickup lobby is located.

The living experience was awesome. Hotel location is good, right next to the big shopping mall Terminal 21, with plenty of options for shopping and meal. Close to MRT and BTS, easy to travel to other parts of the city, excellent for tourists. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet tasted good. Other facilities - gym, pool, bar, sauna were all good. Overall a very enjoyable living experience except that the room key card always didn't work - did not work in elevator and room door. It happened again and nearly daily even after the front desk tried to fix the issue for a few times. We had a great stay.

Two different rooms had water leaks from the ceiling, one from a light fixture and the other in the closet onto my clothing. Thirty dollar dining credit when ceiling leaked over fifteen new items of clothing. Putty, filler, and sealer throughout the rooms indicate that problems have been patched instead of fixed for a very long time. WiFi drops constantly and requires users to sign in several times a day. One of the four elevators permanently out of service, making the wait times infuriating. Since the core of the hotel is not air conditioned, it is a long, hot, humid wait to get to your room. Hotel lost my lounge access for breakfast, and my card key stopped working same day. Lounge is nice, but the offering for cocktail hour are not competitive. Room is adequate, but the bathroom is dank and the closet awkwardly small. Staff are nice, but stuck between a property that has been left to run down and the clients who paid a lot for very sub-par experience. Hotel has good access to public transport and the T21 mall (and Soi Cowboy if you’re into that). Plenty of hotel options in the immediate vicinity, so wait for the “renovations” to complete before staying at this property.

Excellent service from staff to assist with taxi bookings, clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool suitable for both swimming and leisure. Some of plumbing was a little dated, but no major issues overall. Included drinking water in reusable bottles was a nice touch. Close to Sukhumvit Station.

５泊滞在の初日にシャワーブースのコンディショナーとシャンプーが無かったので、翌日フロントに補充を頼んだがシャンプーのみ補充されていてコンディショナーは空のままであった。その後ハウスキーパーに２回依頼したが結局最終日まで補充されなかった。容器が壁に直付けという仕様のせいかもしれないが、３回依頼しても無視されるのは如何なものか？ヘアドライヤーの故障は即代替品を持ってきてくれた。またタオルが古くて堅かった。チェックインの際には２０分ほど待たされた。立地の良さ以外は特にリピートに値する点は見いだせない。

Housekeeping team might not be up to Hilton standards, placed signage for make up room for first day but room was not made. Second day morning put up same sinage and left early in the morning and came back around 11am but room is not made again. But glad that there was an upgrade of room, room was big and comfortable.

Arrived, no bell boys to help with luggage. To long time ti check in, so had a nice break at the lobby bar with kind staff. Then the room (902) Smelled so much mold that I had to double my asthma medicin. Was my 39:th visit ti Bangkok, this was the worst room I even stayed in in Bangkok and the rest of the planet. Ok, old, a little outdated, but mold!?

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in a five-star brand hotel. 1) It was difficult to detect the room card as soon as I checked in. It took at least 40 minutes. Wouldn't it be faster to change rooms at this time? 2) The pillowcase has blood stains. I left a note asking to replace it. 3) Little cockroaches crawling on the ground next to the toilet Is this a five-star hotel? I keep asking for the manager but he only shows up on Mondays ><

Two different rooms had water leaks from the ceiling, one from a light fixture and the other in the closet onto my clothing. Thirty dollar dining credit when ceiling leaked over fifteen new items of clothing. Putty, filler, and sealer throughout the rooms indicate that problems have been patched instead of fixed for a very long time. WiFi drops constantly and requires users to sign in several times a day. One of the four elevators permanently out of service, making the wait times infuriating. Since the core of the hotel is not air conditioned, it is a long, hot, humid wait to get to your room. Hotel lost my lounge access for breakfast, and my card key stopped working same day. Lounge is nice, but the offering for cocktail hour are not competitive. Room is adequate, but the bathroom is dank and the closet awkwardly small. Staff are nice, but stuck between a property that has been left to run down and the clients who paid a lot for very sub-par experience. Hotel has good access to public transport and the T21 mall (and Soi Cowboy if you’re into that). Plenty of hotel options in the immediate vicinity, so wait for the “renovations” to complete before staying at this property.

We have made this hotel out home when we visit Bangkok. We were recognized from the moment we stepped out of our taxi and the reception. The check in was smooth and the room on one of the top floors was relatively quiet and clean. Everyone was always curtious and truly reflected the Thai hospitality.A late check out was greatly appreciated. We would like to point out the following person's to go above and beyond to look after us : Oui, Benz ,Aun ,Tie, Joy and the Indian Chef at breakfast.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. The staff are very friendly and the service amazing especially Gam at Reception. The staff at InBlu Bar & Terrace are fantastic and provide exceptional service and make great cocktails. A special mention for Aof and Jane who looked after us and gave us good conversation and a laugh. The Flourworx cafe has great desserts and a small menu offering something for everyone and which is also the room service menu. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke is situated just opposite the Terminal 21 mall with a lot of dining options. It is also just a 4 min walk to the BTS station and malls like Emporium are just one station away. Rooms are spacious & the staff is very courteous. Breakfast buffet is ok.

All aspects of the Hotel were spotlessly clean, in fact immaculate. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff - Thailand is known as the country of smiles but the Hilton staff exemplify this fact. The breakfast was varied and top quality and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The gym was very well equipped but the swimming pool although of decent length couldn’t really accommodate more than 2 swimmers at one time due to its narrow width. As a result of having to change rooms due to traffic noise we were relocated to a quieter part without any resistance or fuss. The Hilton Asoke is located in a very busy area of Bangkok so next time we will request a much quieter room. The rooms are clean, spacious with plenty of cupboard space with a nice comfortable Super King bed but as like most hotels we had to request extra clothes hangers but again did so without any fuss. The hotel also accommodated our request for early check-in which was appreciated after an early morning arrival. I know next time I’m not gonna get the breakfast buffet. The bacon was just hard and tasteless and your cooks. When I asked for eggs Benedict touched everything I was uncomfortable, but I never ate it. And even in the executive lounge, the food was cold all the time and the sandwiches tasted like they were made yesterday I’ve been there many times I don’t remember it this bad before and I just came from Pattaya Hilton and it was awesome so maybe just a bad week I’m not sure anyways that’s mine Ray

I liked everything but the breakfast and the food for the executive suite at night time the bacon was horrible and the chef making my eggs. Benedict touched my food too much with his hands where he he didn’t have to. and the food on the executive part was always cold. I stay at the Hilton in Pattaya and it’s never like that. It’s fresh.

The Bellboy told me to wait inside while he went to look for a taxi for me. When he came back he told me it was 200 Bath. I told him absolutely not because I paid 650 (plus Toll) from the Airport. Why would he tell me a price when Taxi’s in Bangkok have a meter? I found it extremely fishy. In the end he went outside with me and we grabbed another Taxi which used his meter. I paid 65 Bath to Centerworld.
