Checked into the hotel at 7:45 put my luggage in the room left to go to dinner when we got back around 9 PM. The card key would not work at the door so my girlfriend went and had the front desk redo the key we get in the room and there’s people in the room. They double booked the same room put us in that room by accident and took our luggage downstairs then they put us in the correct room in that room was dirty so we had to go to a third room, which was a lot better but it was still not very clean. Hotel needs new mattresses paint job cleaned up better Very unhappy experience.

Filthy. Pictures dont reflect the neglect of this place. This place really could use some TLC. Make up on the lamp shades, hole in the wall surrounded by some old spill, curtains nasty, windows havent been cleaned... The bathroom was just yuck. We stayed for about an hour before I found better suited accommodations.

Mold of every color growing in the bathroom. When we got there both rooms had the heat set to the mid 80s (it was 70 in Richmond, so completely unnecessary), and one of the rooms had a smell.

Price was affordable. General appearance was ok, but closer inspection in room revealed wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. Hvac seemed to preform ok. Shower rod was broken, so shower curtain couldnt close properly.

Don't think I'll be staying there or recommend, the breakfast coffee sucks not too much to choice from the wifi is horrible especially if you have kids that have devices, there's to many rules like no visitors, the price is high on top of that they charge you extra $50 for damages which the rooms already have tier/wear! Not the best hotel!

The staff was not pleasant AT ALL. At check in I was charged an extra $20 for early check in (1 hour), the room was outdated. The night staff was rude & unpleasant when they were advised of an issue we had with 1 of our rooms. I would never refer anyone to this establishment.

Room smelled bad, mold on bathroom ceiling, missing one side table, bed very uncomfortable and low, hair on the bathroom floor. Would not recommend to stay there. Area very sparsely occupied with other businesses. The one next door was closed. Not favorable area, won't use Sleep Inn again.

Grounds trashy, sticky stains on floor in room, front desk tried to charge extra for service animal and 1 hour early check in. Not at all what is expected for a choice hotels. I am a member. Dog manure all over the grassy areas also. Outside trash cans overflowing. Entire location smells like Indian Sage and musty. Would never stay here again!!!!!

We arrived late in evening around 9pm. Staff no where around. We waited 15 mins. Staff arrived was pleasant but grouchy (very tired). Room was musty and in need of renovation. The bathroom had a stain on the toilet seat. The shower had built up dirt. The bathroom door was horrible. The tv remote didn't work 😐. We were 4 pepole staying and the breakfast area was very limited to the bread items. Only had 2 bagels on a couple slices of bread and muffins. Overall dislike our stay.

Our first night was okay, room wasn't horrible, but the room wasn't swept good. Especially under the beds. The second time we stayed, the light switch was broken, pieces of the ac vent were knocked off and parts of the bottom wall were falling off in the bathroom. Our door was the worst! We couldn't get it to open with the key unless we ran it through quickly about 10 times. Breakfast was closed before we came down at 8:30am. It was incredibly noisy this second night as well.

I stay at this hotel often for work. It's 1 of the cheapest in Richmond South. For your money it's what you'd expect. I've never found any bugs there which is a big plus. But there is usually a strong smell of cigarettes. The breakfast is free but there's never much there.

You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly enough, and the rooms were clean as far as I could tell, but the property is not well maintained or kept up. Trash in the parking lot and grass, the back stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks probably, many broken items and pieces of furniture in the rooms (to include the window which my child almost stuck her finger through). It is fine if you need a place to put your head down and get a night of rest. Not exactly the place you want to take your family with small kids to stay for a few days.
