had the free breakfast that was ok. I have Tesla. Tried to plug it in and it did not appear to engage. The nozzle on the Tesla unit was different than I am aware of. I need to check with Tesla dealer to see if I did not understand something. The place is new and unit was reasonable.

Nice quiet room, but parking lot was full. I think there was a gathering going on so I'm guessing parking is usually better.. just a busy day I guess. Good location with Dunkin & JJ just across the parking lot. Right of Rt 77 so easy travel stop.

We loved our room. It was very clean and the kitchen area was perfect . When booking on Expedia the site the pool would be open during our stay but was not open. Pool was a deciding factor choosing this facility. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very easy to get to and free self-parking was close. It's located near shopping and restaurants. You can be in downtown CLT or other areas in 15 minutes but avoid the crowds after a day out. Staff was very friendly!

We stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott the night before in another part of town. This location was not as well maintained or clean. We tried to get a drink at the bar but there was only one person and she was also cooking. They had a large group and hotel did not staff appropriately. Location was a little sketchy.

The staff that we did see for the most part was great...they did close the bar area which made no since there was a family reunion going on alot of people was out of town and one of the staff said due to limited people in the hotel which was confusing. They have a great lounge area having a place to get food and drinks would have been a plus

The property was beautiful! However, when I entered my hotel I noticed it was a lot of hair in the shower that didn’t get cleaned up at all. This hair was also all on the floors and in the bathroom too. Besides that everything else was nice.

Property was well located, clean and staff very friendly and professional. I didn’t realize until I was headed to bed that the deadbolt didn’t work on room 318 but thankfully it was a safe environment, room was spacious and very clean and comfortable so no complaints except not being able to secure my door after hours. 💕

The location and easy access to main highways was a key factor for us, the staff provided us great service and the beds are 10 out 10, me and my wife have back problems and we truly enjoyed sleeping in their beds.

The room was great, we appreciated the kitchen and full-sized refrigerator and freezer for drinks and leftovers. The only drawbacks we had were that the A/C was very loud and the bathroom vent didn't work. The bathroom looked very nice but the shower stall design allowed for water to splash out onto the floor and there was a puddle after two showers.

Room was wonderful! Bed super comfy! Front desk service super nice! Buttttt the outside noise was super loud! You could hear everything! There was only 1 towel and 4 washcloths in the room called downstairs since there was 4 of us and they only brought us 1 towel

The hotel and all of the staff were absolutely outstanding. The location was great for the ACC Tournament. However, the internet and TV channels available were horrible.

This was the second stay in 3 weeks at this hotel. First stay was good, no issues. The second stay was a terrible. Thermostate was broken, air conditioning didnt cool the room so it was hot, the air conditioner was very loud. Beds were not conformable and had to have been as ild as the hotel, dame with the pillows. The door to the room was broken and coming off of the hinges so I had to slam it to get it to close. Paint was peeling and falling off of the ceiling in the bathroom. Sink would barely drain. The stay was not good at all.

We checked in at 8:30 on May 9 & the front desk guy was not friendly at check in. I asked him if he could provide us rooms next to each other he said he can’t. He was rude & didn’t care about our request. It was a family stay with 3 senior citizens and 2 children. Both rooms were in opposite direction. Moreover, the rooms he assigned us were not clean so we had to ask for different ones. Very poor service, never experienced anything like this before.

I arrived on 5/9/25 for check-in and I was told my reservation had been cancelled by the “system” and the property was oversold. After traveling 7.5 hours, I initially attempted to appeal to the guy at the front desk and explain that I was not contacted by the hotel and that my reservation was still active on my Expedia app. He was very dismissive and shrugged “thats the problem you booked through a third party,” as he carelessly handed my cards back to me without an apology or signs of empathy. He also said he had no contact information shared from Expedia to alert me of any issues. When I asked him to assist with finding other accommodations and a manager he replied “I’m it and there is nothing I can do.” He basically blamed me for booking through Expedia and failed to provide an alternative solution. Within 5 minutes, another customer was able to check in and get a room (I know this to be true because I actually know the person)…so much for oversold rooms!!! I became very upset and began to let him have it, it was only after that point when the other people in my travel group asked questions did he even attempt to “pretend” to call around for accommodations for me and my family. He was otherwise rude , dismissive and condescending. I travel to Charlotte very often but I will never book with this property again. I called the manager and left a message and have not received a return call, however I will escalate my concern to corporate.

Upon arrival I was ignored, and everyone’s attitude at the desk were unwelcoming and unfriendly. I went upstairs to my room, it was a decent and cute space for a solo stay. However, the WiFi was down all night the first night. And the pool was not open as advertised. It was going to be a nice, sunny, hot weekend and I was looking forward to a pool. I purposely looked for a hotel with a pool, and was highly disappointed. Their so called “snack bar” was very poorly stocked. And they tried to double charge me upon check in as well. Along with the ice machine not working on my floor it was just an overall unpleasant stay especially for the amount I paid.

Showed up after a long day of travel to be told, “We have no room for you.” I showed the desk clerk our reservation confirmation and was told again, “We have no room for you.” After some back and forth (It wasn’t sinking in for me) the clerk said, “We gave your room away.” This was at 9:30pm. We were exhausted and now had no place to sleep. I’ve been a Marriott Bon Voy member for decades, military member, and am done! I switched to Hilton that evening (after finding a new hotel.

Loved my stay! Clean, kitchen was nice, and it was in a quiet part of town. I also liked that a restaurant was easily walkable, along with a Dunkin.

Nice quiet room, but parking lot was full. I think there was a gathering going on so I'm guessing parking is usually better.. just a busy day I guess. Good location with Dunkin & JJ just across the parking lot. Right of Rt 77 so easy travel stop.

Very nice hotel to stay at, I came here for the NHRA nationals in Concord. Quiet, easy parking, convenient place to stay that is not far from the track, I will definitely be staying here next year.

The hotel was very easy to get to and free self-parking was close. It's located near shopping and restaurants. You can be in downtown CLT or other areas in 15 minutes but avoid the crowds after a day out. Staff was very friendly!

We stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott the night before in another part of town. This location was not as well maintained or clean. We tried to get a drink at the bar but there was only one person and she was also cooking. They had a large group and hotel did not staff appropriately. Location was a little sketchy.

Great stay! Our studio room was very roomy, comfortable and most importantly extremely clean. The staff was friendly. Good restaurant next door for dinner and complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Would stay again!

It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I wish there was a bigger trash receptacle in the kitchen. Since it is a full size kitchen and we thoroughly used it. It was spacious enough and pretty clean. Nice price for the stay and amenities. P.S. breakfast was very nice on the weekend. Weekday’s breakfast was quite sparse.

The staff that we did see for the most part was great...they did close the bar area which made no since there was a family reunion going on alot of people was out of town and one of the staff said due to limited people in the hotel which was confusing. They have a great lounge area having a place to get food and drinks would have been a plus

We stayed for 2 weeks. Upon checking in our reserved room was not available. We had to stay in another room that was not the suite I reserved for the first night. We were moved the next day. We were not given the complimentary drink that is a part of being VIP Gold with hotels.com. Halfway through our stay my entry card stopped working and I got a bill indicating I had checked out. My husband’s entry key was still working. No one could tell me why it happened or why the bill was cut off and sent to me me as if I only reserved until May 9 rather than May 15. Overall the place was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The coffee was not good. The beds were comfortable and space in the suite with seperate room was very nice. There was a front desk clerk named D. who was very helpful and friendly.

I will not be returning to this hotel. I arrived on a Saturday. I was told that housekeeping is every other day. I was supposed to get service on Monday. When I returned Monday evening I was told that they were short staffed and my room was skipped. One would think that they would make sure that a Bonvoy's Gold Member's room would be cleaned, or at least communicated with me that I'd be skipped. I was set to check out Tuesday. On Tuesday I requested and was granted a late check-out at 1p. I left this morning and when I came back at 11:00 to pack, a housekeeper was in my room cleaning my bathroom and had already stripped the bed with all my things on it!! How do you attempt to clean a room with someone's clothes and personal items everywhere. I tried asking her why she was in my room but she didn't speak English. This wasn't the first time I had issues with this hotel. Just like last time I was promised points for my troubles. I never received my points and I'm sure I won't receive them this time. The GM was at the hotel and didn't bother to even address what happened. The customer service was bad from top to bottom. I didn't enjoy this experience and will not be returning! My only good experience was my interactions with Elaine the bartender. Do better Marriott!!
