The house, rustic and functional in style, has 110 m² distributed between the ground floor and a mezzanine, with a simple, comfortable and very practical atmosphere for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, the living room offers a pleasant space to relax on the sofa, read or watch satellite TV after a day at the beach or by the pool. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. On this level there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub and a second bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine, also with two single beds, a cozy space that adds a special touch to the home. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The house is located just 500 metres from Búger, a charming small village in the centre of the island, where you can enjoy a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, with small shops and pleasant streets for strolling. Nearby, Sa Pobla offers supermarkets, a pharmacy, a medical centre, bars and restaurants. In addition, the Bay of Alcúdia can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, one of the most appreciated coastal areas in northern Mallorca, with long sandy beaches, quiet coves and livelier areas such as Puerto de Alcúdia, perfect for walking, dining by the sea and enjoying the sunsets.
