Had to wait on front clerk who had put out a sign saying he was out and would be back in 10 min. I was given a room on the 2nd floor & then told the elevator was out & there were no more rooms on 1st floor even though I had booked the room the week before. The light in back parking lot was broken so no light for security. Will not stay again at any Holiday Inn Express.

The hot tub was broken and the pool closed. There was no soap near the sink to wash your hands when you went to the bathroom. I asked the desk clerk for some soap and her response was “ it hasn’t been shipped yet, it will be shipped tomorrow “. Was there a whole hotel of people not washing their hands after using the bathroom? She gave me a body wash to put by the sink. Not quite up to my expectations of holiday inn express.

The room literally looked like it had not been updated in 20 years. Very drabby. Only chose thia hotel for srive home isnce i drove all day and needed the hot tub for my back. The pool was a foot and half low on water and hot tub was bone dry. So disappointed. Holiday inn has always been or go to and now we will do our research.

We found this on Expedia and walked in to ask for a room because we were just stopping on a road trip for the night. They said they were out of rooms. We got on Expedia in the parking lot, booked a room, walked back in and got the key. The hot breakfast was not very good, and the pancake machine was broken. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub, but it was out of order and wasn’t even filled with water.

The kitchenette was not equipped / furnished with anything, the same single-cut coffee maker and mini-fridge as a regular room so this feature added zero value for my money. Extremely disappointing, this hotel should not bear the IHG brand.

Arrived in the evening with my 80 year old partner. Front desk told us that our rooms were on the third floor and the elevator was not working. He told us he would refund our money and we had to go elsewhere to find a room.

This hotel is very outdated. The towels and wash clothes are dingy and rough. The whole hotel has an unpleasant smell. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the indirect pool and hot tub which weren’t usable.

We choose Holiday inn express all the time so we know what we will get. This was the worst we have seen very run down. The office chair was covered in some white substance (hopefully glue) the stay was ok seemed clean and no hair on the sheets.

Asked to change rooms/floor as there was evidence of bed bugs in the first room. I took two pictures and can share them if you would like. The second room phone didn't work until the staff came and corrected an incorrectly plugged handset and the alarm clock was missing a face plate so you cant determine AM vs PM. Generally a property that needs attention!

Our room number was 317. I told the front desk woman there were bed bugs. I have a video of them crawling on the bed. They did not give us any type of refund. They were sold out and did not have another room For us. I sure hope we did not bring these critters home with us. It was disgusting. There were also brown spills on the floor. Food under the edges of the bed. I hope they do a deep clean and fumigate

Hotel is terrible disrepair. Beds were completely broken and very itchy. Sunken in the middle of each bed. Couch bed was broken. We did not sleep and had a long day on the road the next day. Breakfast was decent. Tile broken in bathroom. Staff was apologetic.

Overall it fit our needs but I don’t think we’ll return in the future. The pull out sofa was broken. The cushions were stained and one cushion was torn. When we went to pull out the sofa bed, the spring fell off and we could not hook it back together because the entire piece that supports the mattress was already worn and it looked like it had been repaired multiple times. The entire hotel could use an update. I went to use the workout room which was crowded with equipment that did not work. There was no circulation in the room but I was able to use the recumbent bike. The staff were super friendly and kind. That was the best part.

Had room with two queen beds and sofa bed. Room was spacious but bet felt smaller than queen and also room had some what of a smoke smell. Other than that staff was great. Did have a problem with the elevator it was out service and we was on 3rd floor made it difficult .

I booked a king suite because In the pic it had a big bathtub - arriving there - checked in went to room not big bath tub. Elevator seemed like it was going to break anytime , the room was hot. The room we stayed in - the ac was so loud when the compressor kicked in. I couldn't get a good nights rest.

The hospitality was next to none! The lady at the service desk and the lady making breakfast were awesome! However, the beds in our room were terrible. They looked like they were about to fold in half. The had a terrible dip in the middle all the way across. Not comfortable at all. They definitely need to upgrade them.

The hotle staff waa lazy. The check in lady put on makeup and left there was nobody to check in the people that showed up there was 8 people waiting on her. When she got back she claimed her parking spot waa under the covered part where coustmers are supposed to unload thier stuff. She made the coustmers trying to unload move so she could park there..i have never seen someone just leave with nobody to check them in nor i have seen an employee have a rignt to park where people have to unload. The next morning the lady that was working microwave everything potatoes was raw and sausage was hard and the the egfs was rubbery . She put no care into the breakfast. It waa undee stocked so we couldn't find anything to eat that was eatable.

Great staff! Great Breakfast! Unfortunately the elevator wasnt working during our stay, so we had to use the stairs. This wasnt a problem and understandable; hiwever, with the constant traffic of people using the stairs, the cleanliness was impacted and no attention was paid to cleaning the stairs. Over all it was a great experience nice staff and breakfast was great for tge price. I would stay again.

We reserved a night at this hotel at 11 pm (we had a family emergency and had to drive late). Once we arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am, we were told they had no room for us and were sold out. It didn’t matter that we had a confirmation number. The entire town was sold out of hotel rooms. We had to drive an additional 1 1/2 hours to get a room. By the time we got there , it was close to 4 am. Horrible experience.

Elevator didn’t work, pool was out. Pregnant wife with one year old had to carry all the luggage up the fire exit stairs. For some reason had to be on the second floor when there was open rooms on the first. Light didn’t work in the room, tv remote had no batteries. Not accommodating, will not return.

Love that Holiday Inn trying to keep up the modernity of their properties. This is on the interstate so it is noisy. The property is very clean but starting to show its age- bathroom a little moldy, seams in the drywall showing, cabinetry peeling the stain. But it’s a good night sleep and a great breakfast

I stayed here before and loved it the Hot tub and pool were amazing but this time hot tub was not working and the pool was full. The breakfast was awesome very delicious but the coffee not so much. Staff very friendly

Did not have a great stay here. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. They did not have the room available when we got there so kids slept on a pull out couch (which was not comfortable). The pool was not clean looking; hot tub was drained. Breakfast was not fresh and pancake machine was broken. Breakfast area was not clean.

Elevator was not working and we were on 3rd floor. Pails in stairwell to our room catching rainwater coming through leaking roof. Took almost 20 minutes for check in, no idea why. A/c in room sounded like a freight train. No a/c in breakfast room, just a little stand up fan. Don’t blame the staff, they were very sweet.
