Room was ready slightly late which wasn’t ideal as we had been travelling since 6am and had a concert that evening. When we got in the room the bath towel had a dead bug on it. The WiFi didn’t work atall in are room and we had no service during our stay. There also isn’t a proper duvet they fold op what looks like a hospital sheet at the bottom of the bed, there was a slim quilt in the wardrobe however no cover so no sure how many people have used it. Used for conscience if being near train station however probably wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was so comfortable and the bedding of lovely quality. We really appreciated the quality of the pillows too. The bathroom was beautiful, so clean and spacious; a real touch of luxury. Our only concern was the domestic going on upstairs all night. I’m not sure that there is any soundproofing between floors, so we were kept awake by the shouting, screaming and thumping as the argued.

Stayed here for 2 days. Wasn't really clean there was hairs on the bed hairs behind the bathroom door and also under bed wasn't clean either also the chair is broken and tips to one side. Other than that the location was really good food and transport. But if you are leaving early then downstairs door is locked so need to bring your keys.

We received an email beforehand with instructions on how to access the hotel and our room. This went quite smoothly, and we had no problems. Once inside, we found a neat room. Two single beds, neatly made, as requested. The room was clean and everything looked quite new. The bathroom was also excellent. It is a little noisy; we could hear the people next door a bit talking, but it wasn't really bothersome. We were not bothered by any noise from outside, even though we were here in the weekend. In short, we had an excellent stay.

Great flat nr tube and local services. Very clean, quiet and safe. Everything worked well, including great hot shower. Good communication with hosts about check in and wifi. Did get warm, so suggest a room fan.

If you have an event at finsbury park, this is the place to stay..the rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable and bathroom well equipped. 2 minutes from tube station and 5 minutes from finsbury park. Owners were lovely when lovely. Only thing is they only had 2 pods of milk! So only enough for 1 drink each. However thats the only thing that was wrong. They rest was perfect. Peaceful nights sleep. Great fan to keep is cool. Highly recommend. Thank you Finsbury Rose for a lovely, relaxing stay.

The room is clean and comfortable so no issue with that. The problem I have is I tried exiting the property at 6:30am only to find the inside downstairs door was locked and I wasn't issued with a key. This is the only exit on the premises and marked as a fire escape. In a fire I would have been dead! I work in the industry - fire doors should NEVER require a key for egress! The property contact mentioned they would ring me about this but haven't so they should sort this out ASAP!

This isn’t a hotel. It’s an HMO, AirBnB style place. No reception or staff on sight. We managed to get into the hall through a coded security lock, and the key was supposed to in a lockbox in the hall. There was no key in the lockbox. Despite trying to call the number listed as ‘reception‘ on the check in email (a mobile number) around 20 times, there was no answer. I tried the other 2 numbers listed on the check in email. No answer. Having visited London for a gig, and not having time to hang around trying to fix the situation, we the. Had to attend the gig with all of our luggage, and book a last minute hotel elsewhere at an increased rate. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s not a hotel.

Two single beds, neatly made, as requested. The room was clean and everything looked quite new. The bathroom was also excellent. It is a little noisy; we could hear the people next door a bit talking, but it wasn't really bothersome. We were not bothered by any noise from outside, even though we were here in the weekend. In short, we had an excellent stay.

The hotel is located a 15-minute journey from St. Pancras International, which is a direct underground connection. We were surprised by the lack of a reception desk. We received an email beforehand with instructions on how to access the hotel and our room. This went quite smoothly, and we had no problems. Once inside, we found a neat room. If you have an event at finsbury park, this is the place to stay..the rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable and bathroom well equipped. 2 minutes from tube station and 5 minutes from finsbury park. Owners were lovely when lovely. Only thing is they only had 2 pods of milk! So only enough for 1 drink each. However thats the only thing that was wrong. They rest was perfect. Peaceful nights sleep. Great fan to keep is cool. Highly recommend. Thank you Finsbury Rose for a lovely, relaxing stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a one-night stay months in advance expecting a smooth check-in. My booking confirmation stated that my check-in instructions and access code would be sent within 24 hours before arrival. They never arrived before check-in and were only sent after the advertised check-in time, leaving me unable to access the property. I repeatedly tried calling but received no answer. With no way to enter the accommodation and no support available, I was left stranded in London and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. To make matters worse, the access details were sent the day after my booking had already ended, making them completely useless. I then received a message asking how my stay was, despite never being able to check in. After this experience, I read other reviews and found similar complaints from other guests, suggesting this is not an isolated incident. I paid for accommodation that was never made available to me and expect a full refund. I would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was fine, although not what I'd call 'luxury' as advertised. It's a pretty standard room and not somewhere I'd recommend four people staying as it's very small. That said, it was clean, well presented and well located, though it did not look like the pictures (I booked this room as it had a breakfast bar where I was going to work from. There was no breakfast bar). The biggest issue was the heat. I was on the top floor and it was intolerably hot – 36 degrees at night, even when it was 26 outside. I asked to be moved or to cancel the booking, since it was actually quite dangerous to stay there and impossible to work from during the day, but was instead offered a fan. There's also a boiler in the room which lets off a lot of residual heat. I asked to switch this off but no one replied. I ended up having to pay for a co-working space, so the cost was amplified. As such, I would not recommend staying here in the summer and I would implore the owners to invest in AC. Luxury accommodation would have it as standard.
