The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional, particularly Rosa at the front desk. Note that I received a confirmation email that indicated there was a Bistro (booked on Expedia), but that is no longer open (property used to be a Courtyard Marriott).

It's difficult to find the entrance of the hotel, there are no ads or writings that let you know that you are in a hotel area, the pool has not been cleaned, There is the smell of cigarettes in all the corridors of the hotel.

This is an old Courtyard hotel, it still has the feel but not all the extras. For the price it was worth it, the rooms were clean, the bed felt safe. The location was perfect for me and I might stay again in the area. The treadmills worked and I was pleased to use the exercise room. No breakfast but a Denny’s across the street.

The hotel is very ducked off but it’s really nice and clean. I did not like the fact that we were put all the way on the 3rd floor in the middle of the hotel which was miles away from the elevator and they don’t have microwaves in the rooms. So if u wanna warm something and u get a far room just wait until the next morning. I did get a first floor and that was very convenient to everything. The pool area is nice and clean and very pretty at night. When I read the reviews before the stay it stated they had breakfast, currently THEY ARE NO LONGER SERVING BREAKFAST only coffee, which was disappointing. Overall everything else was nice and they have a gas station in the front of the hotel and some stores on the back street of the hotel.

Rosa ay check-in was amazing! The room was clean spacious and comfortable. We were on the 1st floor poolside so it was perfect! Pipo was clean as well.

I was in town for 4 nights visiting relatives. I was very pleased with my room accomodation considering the nightly rate that I paid. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was small but I was traveling solo so it wasn't an issue. No microwave in the room but there was a small refrigerator. Across the street was Juanita's; a mexican restaurant that served good food and drinks. Across the parking lot was a Shell gas & convenience store. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Very basic - no food, only one pod of coffee in the room, not enough towels for two. Shower curtain had would on the bottom - but was immediately relaxed when we notified front desk. I understand that we are going through tough economic times, so I get the fact that it’s operating on a tight budget.

Found a cockroach in my room, and they moved me to another room but I was extremely traumatized. I searched my second room for a roach but luckily I didn't see one. But the trauma set in and I was never able to really relax myself at this hotel.

Hotel had no sign anywhere on the building or parking lot. Hallway were heavily perfumed (anyone with scent sensitivities should not stay at the hotel.). Building is located in an industrial area and you could hear the interstate traffic all night long. Review must have been from when it was a courtyard hotel.

The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! Treated me kindly and was very helpful. Then got to the room which was a double room suite and we couldn't get into the second room which had the bedroom and bathroom. We had been on the road for an hour and really had to use the restroom. We texted the front desk as that is what we were told to do for any issues. We told them the key wouldn't work on the other room. Was told to come back to the front desk and get another one. Tried the new one and it wouldn't work!! Now by this time i was getting upset. We texted again and that is when we got mister rude boy we will call him come in our room and said to my friend you told me the wrong number that's why it wasn't working and asked him if there was something wrong with him and that it's not hard to give the correct room number. Really? First of all my friend is autistic and it upset him badly. I jumped in and said hey how dare you talk to a customer like that and that he is austitic and he raised his voice to me saying do you have a problem now. At this point I'm super irrate. I said go down get our key and get it to us that we are about to go to the bathroom on the floor. He said you can come down and get it that he's not coming back up. Mind you it's 95 degrees and second floor and he makes me, the customer, do it. So i go down and he said I'll have to wait until he is done with these other 2 customers!! I said what part of we have to use the bathroom don't you get??

I don’t recommend this place at all. I booked two night showed up to checkin the front clerk didn’t know how to check me in due to system error between the and Expedia. Slept in the car as they refused to check me in. Billed me and refused to even refund me can back in the morning he said I can’t check you in as it was a no show and cancelled which was a complete lie as he was the same guy from the evening and didn’t know how to fix the issue. Don’t stay here

Customer service was absolutely amazing! Rosa at the front desk was super efficient, very friendly and made me feel like an old friend vs just a guest. Would go back for her stellar service alone. Rooms were clean & nice. Hotel overall was quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This was like my 4th time staying here. Super convenient as far as location. The area isn’t the best but the building and rooms are decent. Staff is always really nice and helpful.

My stay was not what I expected. I came from Louisiana with friends for the weekend . Even though I enjoyed my stay because of the festivities we did. I was disappointed in my stay. They have that they offer breakfast, no breakfast. Not even as much so some coffee. For the price I paid, at least it could have been coffee 😩

Staff was friendly but in two night stay not even coffee pod was replaced, forget about housekeeping. The room was roach infested. Vegan breakfast was supposedly available but no breakfast, vegan or non vegan was available.

This is an old Courtyard hotel, it still has the feel but not all the extras. For the price it was worth it, the rooms were clean, the bed felt safe. The location was perfect for me and I might stay again in the area. The treadmills worked and I was pleased to use the exercise room. No breakfast but a Denny’s across the street.

The front desk agent upon arrival was pleasant and helpful, very delightful demeanor. However, the room upon check in seemed to be ok, upon turning on light I witnessed 2 roaches dash across the table where tv stands. I immediately contacted front desk and room was changed. The 2nd room water in tub never stopped running and room had a mildew moisture type of smell. It was too late to change hotels and I could not afford to book another room on such short notice. I didn't really have any issues with the staff here - I'd like to start out with that because most of the issues are outside their control. I really didn't like the room. It was very outdated with stains on the couch, carpet, and all over the ceiling and walls. The bathroom is especially outdated, with a very stained tub that's cracking and peeling everywhere. The showerhead is very old and caked in water damage/rust as well. The bathroom has no vent, which is bad for mold. The bathroom door opens towards the toilet and leaves almost no room for you to air out the bathroom or even get inside. It's very tight. The ceiling has cracks everywhere and there are carpet baseboards that look very gross and dirty....some near the AC looked wet. Several surfaces were not wiped down well and had fibers/dust on them. The hallway smelled like a bathroom to me....not sure what was going on there. Location is bad. It's a bad neighborhood. I should've investigated that first. I won't stay here again, but it wasn't necessarily one of the worst places I've stayed. I can see why there is a sufficient discount right now.
