I was impressed and surprised with how nice this hotel was! The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. The gym was a lot better than most hotels. It had free weights and a machine. The breakfast was amazing... eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Wow

Property was close to where we needed and there were a couple of food places to go to nearby that were very convenient so that was fine. Ad says the hotel has a pool but it does not so that was misleading. Also, we didn’t get any maid service while we were there (4nights) so that could’ve been a bit better. hotel was pretty clean otherwise though and breakfast was simple but nicely displayed & room was spacious. Bed was comfy too. So overall good for the price & for what we needed.

The lobby was surprisingly ok nothing fancy but more than I expected. But when we got to the 2nd floor on our way to the room things took a turn. Trash down the hall, debris, and food or dried vomit outside our room. Our room clearly had remnents of the previous user. Washcloth in the corner of the room indicating it had not been cleaned well the carpet was a bit dingy like I would not walk on it in bare feet. On a positive note the bed did seem to be clean.

I booked a one night stay there and it was horrible dog hair in the tub and some on the bed the toilet wasn’t flushing and the tub was stopped up I went down stairs to let someone know and the lady at the front desk said “well it is pet friendly” and that she will let house keeping know. My brother took a shower at 6pm our first night, I got up to check the tub to see if the water went down 6:30 something the next morning and it was still there. I went back down stairs and Gabriel was absolutely amazing although he wasn’t on the clock yet he still went out his way to help my family to have a better stay! He switched our room immediately even though we were about to to check out! I really appreciate all Gabriel and everything he did for us!

The property needs to be updated and get a very thorough cleaning. Our shower had hair in the drain, the curtain had not been replaced in a while and was dirty. The bathroom sink drain would not hold water and we had light bulbs burned out in 2 of the lamps. The ladies at the counter were nice. Our next visit to Lexington we will stay somewhere a little nicer.

The floor had stains everywhere. The walls had food on them. One of our beds did not have blankets. There were stains in bathtub and on the chair. It looked like it had not be sweeped or vacuumed for days. The TV looked like someone threw a remote at it and had a big white spot where you couldn't see it also crackled loudly if you used it.

We had to move rooms 3 times. This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. And for it to be a choice hotel, I was very disappointed. I 1st room had bm on the toilet and the 2nd room the toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t drain. The 3rd room one of the beds had 2 bugs crawling on it. Staff and point lobby were nice, but the room was rough (outdated, ceiling peeling, etc). The worst part was there was no way to adjust the AC unit. When I lifted the cover it said controlled by the wall thermostat. The thermostat was blank and not working, but yet the AC kicked on every 15 minutes or so. The temperature in the room was like upper 70s or 80s though

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. They had tea bags in the room besides coffee....yay! Room was spacious. Didn't need it, but there was an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was good (just wish it started at 6 vs 6:30). Check in and check out was easy. Room was quiet.

Room was comfortable. Shower had great pressure, toilet bowl was oddly small! Breakfast was good they had the norm with scrambled eggs and sausage patty. Cereal, waffles.... nice location lots of places to eat nearby. Very close to I-64 so that was a plus.

When we arrived the keys we were given didn't work twice! On the 3 attempt they moved us to a different room. In the morning housekeeping woke us up at 9am and then came back at 11am even though we had a late check out scheduled. The ladies at the front desk were on their phones and one was a bit rude. Also don't go there if you have asthma, whatever they have in the air to make it "smell good" is so overpowering in the lobby, it made my nose burn and had a hard time breathing (and i don't have asthma).

Cons: We were really disappointed in our stay here. We asked for our beds to be made and they weren’t. It was a daily struggle contacting them every day requesting it and it didn’t get done. When they finally did it, they did my bed and not my mother’s because her C-Pap machine was in the pillow. I have stayed at a lot of different chains and you can leave your pjs on the bed and they remove them, make the bed and then leave your folded pjs on the bed! Not with Quality Inn! They could have totally made the bed around the pillows. The day before we left was when they finally made both beds. It was a 1 week stay! Because they didn’t clean the room, we had a trash build-up problem. We only had 1 trash bin in the bathroom and one of the employees noted we should have 2, but we didn’t get another one. We had to use shopping bags to take care of the trash piling up! My bed also had decent sized holes in the linens. We won’t stay there again. Pro: It is quiet and a convenient location.

As we arrived after our 6 hour drive at 1:00am we waited in line and listened to 6 other people in front of us upset at the desk clerk saying that their keys to their rooms they were ALL checking in to were the wrong rooms and there were already people in those rooms. It then was our turn and we were checking in to two separate rooms and we got the keys to the rooms and went upstairs to our rooms and BOTH rooms were already occupied with people in the beds....we keyed ourselves easily in the rooms! We ended up only getting one room and charged for TWO even though I called the general manager 3 times asking for a returned call. I never got it nor my money refunded for the 2 rooms we never stayed in!

The property was in decent shape for the price of the stay. However, upon arrival we were informed that we had to pay a $600 deposit. We were already booked andnpaid through Expedia, so we couldnt cancel. This deposit needs ro be communicated clearly and shouldnt just be sprung on people.

Major security problems. Second night of stay, a family came into our room at 11pm. Front desk gave them keys to my room. Front desk said t he had me listed as no show. April and Hope (the GM) were VERY accommodating with the adjustments we had to make with our rooms and just as friendly, too! The rates were also VERY reasonable especially considering it was graduation weekend. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The property was good for the price. Not much around for dining. The only restaurant around was The Crackle Barrel everything was 15 to 20 minutes away. You have to drive into the city of Lexington.

Clean rooms, quiet && comfy beds. Close to the interstate and UK Hospital. Staff had my key cards ready upon arrival, easiest check in ever. Only complaint is the rooms does not have hairdryers && the building is huge so pay attention or you’ll get lost. Would definitely stay here again as it is now saved in my favorites.

Ok so the reviews for this property were really excellent but I wouldn't go that far ! The shower had a really strange turn on thing so we had to call about that . The luggage carrier cart was broken and we were very far from any door so we needed it! The breakfast wasn't good at all!! Overall the next time we will be trying somewhere else.

We were not impressed with breakfast. At other Quality Inns we have had a hot breakfast. This one was all sugar and no protein. I definitely wouldn't stay here because it serves breakfast. No guide to the TV stations. The TV didn't sinc with the remote and no one in the customer service desk knew how to remedy the issue. They couldn't even find an extra remote. Ice machine was broken. Many other hotels in the same area, look again before reserving this one.

Clean and comfortable with courteous staff. Beds very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Convenient outlets, plenty counter space for our luggage. Tv channels somewhat limited (no FoxNews or Newsmax-only network news), bathroom a bit tight, but nice water pressure in shower, and large mirror and good light. A lot of good choices for breakfast, but no GF options that I noticed. Cracker Barrel restaurant and a convenience /gas station close-by.

Nothing special at this place. The lobby is really nice. It has a bar area, but that’s closed. The breakfast is terrible. No eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Just same old make it yourself waffles, pastries, cereal and yogurt. They even have a sign spelling out the minimum breakfast requirements. Well, they hit the mark on that one. 2 sets of shower towels in a room that sleeps 4. Called for additional towels, they never came. This was during the hours housekeeping was available, so no reason they couldn’t deliver. No daily housekeeping, which is great for me, I’d prefer to not have someone in the room.
