We cant highly recommend this getaway enough, The communication was really great - the accommodation was as advertised- we had everything we needed for a home away from home. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The best part was the amazing jacuzzi - it was so clean and warm- and we loved the privacy- Thank you for the robes and thongs that made it comfortable- also the water to keep hydrated.

Linton Retreat and Spa was so peaceful and beautiful we spent a bit of time fantasising about moving to Linton. The cabin would be great for a small group and is perfect for a couple. The hot tub soothed away anxiety and replaced it with a relaxed well being. There were generous and high quality supplies - home made bread, jam, plenty of milk, cereal, butter and so on. The Retreat is an easy walk to town. We had a fun night at the local pub and then enjoyed a stroll home. It was quite cold (-3 one morning) but the cabin was cosy (except for the bathroom- maybe that could have some kind of a heater. We hope to be back soon. It was perfect for us.

My partner and I had a fantastic and relaxing weekend here. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Our favourite part was the spa which was always at the perfect temperature and ready to use any time of day. Thanks Halina for providing such a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay and Halina is an amazing host. The house is cosy, very well appointed, clean and with lots of nice little touches to make you feel right at home. We had a very relaxing stay at the beautiful cottage. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was perfect with all that we needed. The beds were clean and soft. The spa was very nice to use after a day of hiking and biking. The host also provided 3 bikes which we made full use of. Would highly recommend this place and would surely visit again.

Halina's cottage was spotlessly clean and had modern, cozy vibes. The spa is the best we've seen and is absolutely delightful to use both during the daytime with the sunshine and trees surrounds and during the night with the spa lights and whimsical fairylights. The bikes are a treat, especially with the beautiful tracks nearby. The bed was super comfy and we appreciated the multiple towels and bathrobes that were left for us. Halina was a great host, quick and happy to help with whatever we needed. Definitely recommend this stay!

Location amazing! A few minutes walk to a lake in the bush, a Rail Trail that lets you walk into town and have a leisurely stroll, then a morning coffee and toastie with the awesome ladies at the local Store. Cleanliness, we’ve stayed at many and varied B and B’s, cleanliness and attention to detail was flawless. Our privacy was respected while our Hosts ensured us they were just a phone call away. The chooks each evening loved a chat 😂 Thank you Geoff and Trudy 👍😊

Cleanliness, we’ve stayed at many and varied B and B’s, cleanliness and attention to detail was flawless. Our privacy was respected while our Hosts ensured us they were just a phone call away. This was our second time here. The cleanliness was great, the views were great, a beautiful spot to stay! Such an amazing place to stay, the spa was great also! Though 2 things did stand out to us, I think having silicone on the shower door would be beneficial, as the bathroom floor gets drenched whilst showering. Also, my partner fell down the entire back steps and injured himself as they were extremely slippery with the wet weather. I suggest putting some anti slip guides on each step. Other then that, we had a wonderful and relaxing time away :)

I surprised my partner with a weekend away the location was amazing the house is amazing the spa for the cold weather was incredible... the bread was delicious thank you so much for a peaceful time away The bikes were a great touch and the dam trail to ride along was a great touch to our stay what a great area to escape to! The king size bed was great and so comfortable we didnt want to leave haha will definitely be rebooking in the near future thank you so much helana for letting us book this beautiful retreat!

Halina was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. 😃😃 The cottage was Absolutely Beautiful 😍 Very Clean had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend away with my partner for Valentines Surprise. We loved the robes to put on when we used the magnificent spa. Which we also lounged around in the morning while we used the foot massager having a cuppa. Loved the sounds of all of the beautiful birds singing in the area in the morning. The bed was comfy as, we slept 😴 like babies. Kitchen was very well equipped we cooked the second night there using both the cook top and stove. Loved the tuck away storage areas in kitchen well planned out for saving space. Also, loved sitting out on the front verandah just breathing in fresh country area and getting lost in your thoughts. We enjoyed the garden surrounds the property and the short walk to the Resvoir and Ballarat - Skipton Rail trail. We didn't want to leave but we most definitely hope to return one day for a longer stay as we enjoyed ourselves immensely . We Loved exploring all of the surrounding areas and towns. Our intentions were to do some gold prospecting but we didn't have time. That's another reason to come back. LOL!!! 🤣😂 Thanks again and we will be back.

ooked this cute little house to surprise my friend,sarah,for her b'day.The house/surrounds w breathtaking,& lets not forget to mention to fabulous hot tub!Sarah & i had the best time & couldn't wait to plan our next trip here!That was all unil we were packing the house/car ready to check out at 10am!The host,Who lives next door, saw us packing the car when she decided to come over & introduce herhelf.That was fine however as the host was walking towads us she noticed some food scraps i had thrown on the front lawn for the chooks/birds to enjoy.The host was not happy to discover the mess.we felt very uncomfortable with her response.I offered to pick to food scraps up but host stated "it was fine, i guess."As we proceeded to pack the car our host went inside the house,upstairs,down stairs,all alone while we were outside packing to leave.We still had 10 mins left to check out!!!Sarah & i found this experience extremely rude & unexceptable!!We did not get an opportunity to re-access the property to check that we packed all our belonging!How can this be allowed?We felt we were treated very unsatisfactory & have never been treated as such before!To top it off Sarah had some incense burning & the host harshly said "this is a non smoking house!!"Are you serious?!?!One last gripe-the way we were approached about the hot tub!We turned it off at night to save power & energy,thinking we were doing the right thing!The host snarled at us about that too.Host spoilt our beautiful getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay and Halina is an amazing host. The house is cosy, very well appointed, clean and with lots of nice little touches to make you feel right at home. The kids had plenty of space to run around outside and kick a footy and play. Awesome spa to relax in too 😁. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location! We had lovely, relaxing weekend in Linton. We really enjoyed walking through the pine forest that is right across the road and soaking in the hot tub. Excellent hosts. Can't wait to visit again.

Linton Retreat and Spa was so peaceful and beautiful we spent a bit of time fantasising about moving to Linton. The cabin would be great for a small group and is perfect for a couple. The hot tub soothed away anxiety and replaced it with a relaxed well being. There were generous and high quality supplies - home made bread, jam, plenty of milk, cereal, butter and so on. The Retreat is an easy walk to town. We had a fun night at the local pub and then enjoyed a stroll home. It was quite cold (-3 one morning) but the cabin was cosy (except for the bathroom- maybe that could have some kind of a heater. We hope to be back soon. It was perfect for us.

A few minutes walk to a lake in the bush, a Rail Trail that lets you walk into town and have a leisurely stroll, then a morning coffee and toastie with the awesome ladies at the local Store. Cleanliness, we’ve stayed at many and varied B and B’s, cleanliness and attention to detail was flawless. Our privacy was respected while our Hosts ensured us they were just a phone call away. My partner and I had a fantastic and relaxing weekend here. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Our favourite part was the spa which was always at the perfect temperature and ready to use any time of day. Thanks Halina for providing such a great experience!

Probably the cleanest stayz we have ever experienced. Hosts have provided many extras and were responsive to communications. The surrounds are lovely with an abundance of bird life. Easy access to rail trail. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Perfect for quiet time away and the position of being able to ride our bikes in both direction in different days on the rail trail was ideal. After a long ride, the spa was ideal!!

I surprised my partner with a weekend away the location was amazing the house is amazing the spa for the cold weather was incredible... the bread was delicious thank you so much for a peaceful time away The bikes were a great touch and the dam trail to ride along was a great touch to our stay what a great area to escape to! The king size bed was great and so comfortable we didnt want to leave haha will definitely be rebooking in the near future thank you so much helana for letting us book this beautiful retreat!

An immaculately presented beautifully fitted out house. We had a wonderful stay in this tranquil setting. Halina has thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing get away. From a well equipped kitchen to the fabulous hot tub. Five star treatment all the way.

Halina was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. 😃😃 The cottage was Absolutely Beautiful 😍 Very Clean had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend away with my partner for Valentines Surprise. We loved the robes to put on when we used the magnificent spa. Which we also lounged around in the morning while we used the foot massager having a cuppa. Loved the sounds of all of the beautiful birds singing in the area in the morning. The bed was comfy as, we slept 😴 like babies. Kitchen was very well equipped we cooked the second night there using both the cook top and stove. Loved the tuck away storage areas in kitchen well planned out for saving space. Also, loved sitting out on the front verandah just breathing in fresh country area and getting lost in your thoughts. We enjoyed the garden surrounds the property and the short walk to the Resvoir and Ballarat - Skipton Rail trail. We didn't want to leave but we most definitely hope to return one day for a longer stay as we enjoyed ourselves immensely . We Loved exploring all of the surrounding areas and towns. We had a very relaxing stay at the beautiful cottage. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was perfect with all that we needed. The beds were clean and soft. The spa was very nice to use after a day of hiking and biking. The host also provided 3 bikes which we made full use of. Would highly recommend this place and would surely visit again.
