Older but very clean and excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Smaller hotel and very quiet. Very well-lit parking lot so I felt safe coming in after dark.

Great Sunday morning breakfast, I wish I could make the eggs that fluffy. Was visiting family, brought the littles to the pool, steps were perfect for the not so confident swimmers. Sleeping was so comfortable. Didnt hear a sound from any neighbors. Thank you for great experience

Clean bedsheets and towels. Clean Bathroom. Breakfast was good. The pool light at night was annoying as it was shining through the sheer curtains but I later learnt that I could have pulled down the blind behind it.

Very nice, clean hotel. Parking lot very well lit. We felt safe. Lady at check in was very nice. Breakfast was well stocked and area clean. Have stayed here twice before and would definitely stay here again.

The closet doors in our room did not shut properly. The walls are very thin. The noise from other rooms was very loud, it sounded like furniture being moved or people running. The pool was small and it was dirty, it had bugs in it. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. I would not recommend it to anyone to stay here.

Parking lot is a bit fun wonky. Hotel lobby is a nice, different theme appropriate for the area. King bed felt like it had pressure on all the joints the whole night, and ended up not sleeping. Bit of a 'is it the body or is it the bed?' I would give it a second chance. Bathroom is nice. AC is nice. Pleasant staff.

We had a really great stay in this hotel, cleaning service was outstanding, breakfast options were plentiful and a staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early which we were grateful for. The swimming pool was nice and clean and not over chlorinated which was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, the Internet was a concern the first day because they were having trouble with it. I stayed here because I just needed a little work space and wifi. So the first day I was concerned WiFi would be an issue but it was resolved quickly and I received an update about it next day when I inquired. Breakfast options were good Was surprised at the options and the ladies taking care of it were very friendly. Place is quiet , I absolutely recommend bringing house shoes or slippers for the rooms. The carpet will turn your feet black. So those could REALLLLY use a good shampoo. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a really great stay in this hotel, cleaning service was outstanding, breakfast options were plentiful and a staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was WONDERFUL to receive fresh towels every day! The breakfast here is incredible! So much variety and much attention given to those with dietary restrictions—Especially sugar-free & Gluten-free. The breakfast staff are amazing. The room was less comfortable than expected as the air conditioning unit in the room failed to regulate the humidity so the carpets & bedding were damp every night. It was exceptionally clean, or I would have been concerned for mold. The entry smelled of stale cigarette smell, but the rest of the hotel was clean-smelling. Overall, I highly recommend

The check-in staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable enough. The bed was a little stiff for my taste but I prefer a soft bed. Everything was clean and had easy access to the Naval base for the museum.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Something wrong with the a/c where it cycles on off about every 30 seconds. And it's loud. Impossible to sleep with this variation in noise all night. I went to mention it to staff and was behind someone else requesting a room change. So i just requested a refund and moved to a different hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful getting a refund. It's a good hotel, they just need to address issues like this before guests are assigned a room. I hate having maintenance in my room after I move in.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. The only issue was at all was an uncooperative ice machine that need few nudges to give up the ice. Besides that we really enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. The dining area was keep well st led and clean by a very attentive staff member. I will definitely stay there again

This hotel has among the benefits that they accept service pets and my dog, who is a service pet (support), was not allowed to stay. and the receptionist's words were you can stay but your pet should see where you leave it. It bothered me a lot. I was not satisfied with that and after my husband stayed with my pet in the car they were able to say that the room was full of dog hair and when I asked him to check the room together they did not want to go. Very bad administration and they should train the staff better how to treat consumers and above all have a little tact when saying things. Since those of us who have pets hurt when people express themselves in a derogatory way about them.

Our room keys needed to be reset multiple times. We would get back to the room and it wouldn't work. I asked the person working Saturday (5/4/24) night what could be the reason for this. She rudely replied "I don't know...I just work here." Then went back to the side area to sit down. I would have given less because of her stank attitude...but the other employees were always very pleasant...especially the sweet lady working breakfast this morning (5/6). Otherwise...room was moderately clean...as expected for the price, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine for complimentary...not to much variety though.

Very nice hotel, great location. We stayed there 3 days, staff was very attentive & asked if you needed anything during your entire stay. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of options. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean & had extra towels in bathroom.

Desk clerk was snippy with my wife when my wife asked for drinking water because I was a Gold member. She told my wife my name did not show up when she looked it up and only club members receive free water. I went down to desk and took my bill from the night before at a BWP HOTEL and it showed I was a member. She asked me what do you want? I told her I want credit for my stay at this hotel. She said she knew I was a member. She is a sullen person who casts a bad light on her motel all over a couple bottles of WATER!! Wow. What a cheap outfit!

This hotel kept in touch a few days ahead of our reservation and on the day of, gave us online checkin. Gave us the assurance that they were expecting us and valuing us. Comfortable spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom.

My daughter arrived before I did and with a 2 year old you know it can be crazy. One simple phone call and they let her check in on my behalf. This is the type of hospitality services I find top notch.

Older but very clean and excellent breakfast with a lot of options. Smaller hotel and very quiet. Very well-lit parking lot so I felt safe coming in after dark.

This hotel is clean but attention to small details matter such as the shower curtain wouldn’t stay and kept sliding so water would go all over the floor. Finally put a hair clip on it to hold it. The black out drapes slid too and wouldn’t close all the way without sliding backyards. Had to prop up a pillow to hold it. Front drape was off the hook. Not sure if it was broke or just needed to be put back on the hook? Bed was very comfortable which is super important. Bathroom in the corners could be cleaner. Again attention to small details make it feel cleaner and better. Breakfast was not great in my opinion. Eggs and potatoes were cold and not put out on a hot plate to keep hot. Most people just smothered it with gravy which was hot. So we chose not to eat breakfast there. I can’t eat all the carbs like breads and muffins which may have been fine. So overall was fine but not outstanding.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. The only issue was at all was an uncooperative ice machine that need few nudges to give up the ice. Besides that we really enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. The dining area was keep well st led and clean by a very attentive staff member. I will definitely stay there again

This was our first time staying here. Everything was very nice and enjoyable. Would have liked the breakfast time to be longer during the weekdays, but that’s a small thing. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel, great location. We stayed there 3 days, staff was very attentive & asked if you needed anything during your entire stay. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of options. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean & had extra towels in bathroom.

It was WONDERFUL to receive fresh towels every day! The breakfast here is incredible! So much variety and much attention given to those with dietary restrictions—Especially sugar-free & Gluten-free. The breakfast staff are amazing. The room was less comfortable than expected as the air conditioning unit in the room failed to regulate the humidity so the carpets & bedding were damp every night. It was exceptionally clean, or I would have been concerned for mold. The entry smelled of stale cigarette smell, but the rest of the hotel was clean-smelling. Overall, I highly recommend

My booking wasn't just made based on price, but rather on the quality of property. It was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Blue Angels, and it didn't disappoint me. This is one of the best properties by Best Western by far. In fact, I find that Best Western standard has gone down, generally speaking, with some of their hotels being quite appalling. NOT the case with this particular property, which is a breath of fresh-air. From being welcoming, impeccably clean, pleasant rooms, comfortable beds, and most needed amenities, very good breakfast for its category, it offers a guest a tranquil stay. I've been in the Hotel Design & Procurement for 39 years, and I know the business inside out and what it takes to maintain a high standard in the industry. With this said, the US is the one of few countries in the world to NOT offer bottled water in the room. It's tacky and shows that it's all about profits above guest service. Travelling to the US always leaves me quite appalled by how far capitalism extends. They might also want to look into better amenities when it comes to shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in such minute bottles. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking for a quiet atmosphere.
