Everhome Suites Waco

This is a bare minimum hotel! We were in town for the Baylor graduation, and where other hotels were hiking their prices way up this hotel was about half the price of some of them. It was clean. The staff was more than willing to meet all of your needs. The rooms were very adequate with space. The bedding was great. We normally stay at higher end Hotels, but we had to stay here because it was the only room we could get, but we were very pleased with that and I would certainly stay there again. Remember there is not breakfast, but a Black Bear restaurant next door…. Plus many other restaurants. Lots of shopping. Great location. Safe location!

Overall it was a good stay. No hot water at the hotel until the next morning though.

Who stayed there for four days and two of the four days there’s no hot water in the entire hotel. There was no compensation for this. Our refrigerator stopped working the first day. They did not even apologize. The door to the bathroom is a sliding barn door. There are big gaps on either side that you can totally look inside the bathroom. It’s not a big deal if you’re staying as a couple, but when you have your older daughter and you’re staying in there, it’s very embarrassing for her.

There was no hot water to shower and the lady that was at the front desk on May 15th around 9 pm wasn't very helpful on trying to fix the problem.
