Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, passte alles. Zimmer war super, schön, groß, sauber. Betten bequem, beste Dusche des Urlaubs. Pool war klasse (extrem tief). Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück war guter Standard. Lage etwas außerhalb und Parkplatz vor der Tür waren super. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen!

Showed up to the hotel and they said they didn’t have our room available because they were possibly overbooked after I had paid for everything. Was asked if we rather take a double bed room that was smoking, even though we’ve asked for a non-smoking room. Then there was the neighbors door that was open when we finally got into our room. They were smoking weed and cigarettes as we had gotten into our room. The smell carried over all night and the next day till they left. We went down to tell the staff and they said they didn’t care. We found out later that day that there’s a vent that goes from the smoking bathroom to the non-smoking room bathroom. We put up a towel in between the two and it helped the smell. The complementary breakfast was all right. It seemed like it was safe there. Air-conditioning kept it super cold. If it’s a quick weekend of a night or two, not too bad of a place.

Hotel is average at best. We had a king size bed room, room had the bed with twin size pillows, bedding had stains. Room had king bed, desk and chair, refrigerator, dresser and one nightstand. Doors didn't close correctly. It did have good hot water pressure. And why would you just paint over the old toilet paper holder instead of removing it and then painting. Big bolt hanging over the bed looks like a missing fire sprinkler head?

Got into the room and smelled like smoke even though in a no smoking room. Then saw 2 roaches crawling/running around. Then pulled back sheet of a bed and was full of bed bugs that could be seen. Had to get a late last minute hotel somewhere else and had to pay more because of this horrible hotel. This place needs to be burnt down, and removed off this earth forever!! Way to ruin the start of a out of town weekend

The woman at the front desk was very helpful at finding us a clean room to check into even though we got there 2 hours early. Gave us time to hit the mineral baths in Hot Springs after lunch. We've stayed here numerous times due to there proximity to the Magic Springs theme park. It's a nice clean inexpensive place to stay. I think they recently updated the cable TV service. It has an interactive guide that works and HBO.
