Liked that Marriott Village has 3 hotels that share amenities. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, actually why I chose this hotel. Also, close to several restaurants that are within close walking distance. I had an issue with the heat/air, it was a chilly 46 when I was there and the heat would not go above 72 in my room, also sheets had musty mildew smell

The hotel was pretty nice, staff were friendly. The pool was very cold, the advertising makes it seems like there are multiple pools but there is one for each hotel of the 3 hotels that are there. Our room did not smell very good. We reserved a pool view balcony and were changed to a balcony facing the playground area because they said they were out of pool facing rooms with a balcony. The final price came out to more than it was advertised on hotels.com. The main elevators are nice but the ones on the side wings are not very nice. There is no continental breakfast so we had to find a place to go eat. I would rather stay at a hotel like La Quinta that has free breakfast included.

Several issues: 1. The front desk always did not have enough service people. There are always long queues. 2. The staff are too busy to serve us. For instance, we asked the front desk to give us a bath mat and it never came. 3. We stayed in a room far from the main elevator, and the elevator at our side was out of service. That was very inconvenient. 4. The shuttle buses to Disney are very limited. They only get to Epcot (then ask you to take transfer buses to other parks), have very limited space (so you need to reserve very early), and only very few time slots.

We recently stayed in this Courtyard by Marriott location. We quickly realized that the location was not up to the standards we expected from Marriott. Rooms smelled musty and there were large AC units in the hallways. We asked to move rooms and we’re given a second room that didn’t smell AS BAD as the first. Hot tub is something we look for when we booked. Theirs was out of service upon our arrival and remained unavailable all week. We told the front desk staff about our concerns and they offered us 500 Bonvoy points. Too little to overcome the problematic situation. We won’t stay here again!!

On the second morning of my stay at this hotel there was a cockroach found trying to get in my suitcase. After alerting hotel staff I was able to switch rooms but had to do so after coming back on the Disney shuttle at night. There were also no further apologies or accomodations for the inconvenience. Upon arrival that night no one was at the front desk to give the new keys to the room until 10-15 min later. The pools at the hotel were all very dirty with the bottom looking to be covered in dirt as well as some dead bugs in the hot tub.

Staff friendly, locations as nice in between parks and shopping. I was disappointed with overall room as the pictures shown do NOT show accurate description. Hotel room was very dark and limited lighting. The hotel was also noisy, room was right outside of the pool and loud music would start every morning at 7:00 AM. If you are looking to sleep in, not the area for you. The workout room was like a sauna, did have equipment, but no a/c to keep you cool. For the price, I would continue to search for a nicer hotel. I would not stay here again.

Air conditioner failed and filled room with burnt electrical smell. Maintenance manager belittled us trying to say there was nothing wrong and the smell would go away. Receptionist was fantastic in getting us a new room but overall the experience was very disappointing and not worth the money for the room

They couldn't find my reservation at time of check-in, then they disactivated my room card per them they didn't have a card on file. When they did put a card on file at time of checking in. then went back four times to reactivate the card until manger came to the front and still had the security come to the room.

This hotel was top notch 5 stars. We stayed here 4 nights for our Anniversary and everything was amazing from check in to check out. We hated to leave. Every staff member we encountered had a smile and were very friendly and polite. This was a nice getaway and would stay here again and again!

Upon arrival I was not greeted by the front desk clerk, Anastassi. When I approached the desk she did not acknowledge me even after I spoke to her. Once she did acknowledge me being there she looked into my reservation and told me that I would receive a phone call once a room was ready. After waiting over an hour I did receive a call. I proceeded to the front desk and was handed off to Ashley who told me that the hotel did not have a room, my reservation was cancelled and I was being relocated to another hotel. After I asked her a few questions she said the hotel was overbooked. She went to hand me a peice of paper and proceeded to walk off. Her demeanor was unapologetic, standoffish and frankly put rude. However Taj saved the day. Not only was he apologetic, he showed empathy. He made the entire situation right. Overall KUDOS to Taj!!!

I am a Pastor from Miami Dade and I was there for one of our conventions. I came into the hotel early before the check inn time, because of my early arrival. However the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful, I was not turn away they understood and could see the stress from driving, they immediately went to work and get me checked inn early. Because of my condition I was given the perfect room downstairs right to the door…. OMG Thank you so much……

The entry/map address took us to the back of a cluster of hotels and it was very time consuming trying to locate the entrance. When asked about the room being close to the elevator because of my elderly mother, they did offer to move me to 1st floor though I was assured the 2nd floor room was close to the elevators (it was not). Then we were told there would be a $30 charge for a "hold" on my credit card for parking to be charged to and they provided me with a $10 Starbucks gift card instead of returning the $11. (It was late and I was beat). Very sketchy and not at all transparent in advance. Also, I tried to call and message the Courtyard Marriott to see if we could leave our vehicle there during the day and catch their shuttle to the parks even though we did not check-in until later that day. They never picked up the phone or answered my email.

I get it. Cheap accommodations for families going to Disney. If not for a wedding, I wouldn’t stay here again. Most of the electric outlets in my room didn’t work. There was a constant pinging sound outside my room window. The food was not good. It’s next to a highway. Nothing that pleasant at all.

Excellent location, many options for food near by and close to highway to travel to other areas. Great pool area to relax. Room was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Even days after a hurricane property was clean and neat. There is a $22 dollar per day parking fee that I wasnt aware off but after review it was disclosed and even with that fee this represents a great value for the area.

The breakfast buffet was supposed to go from 630 until 11. My family got there at 10 and we specifically were going for omelettes once we paid for our buffet. We found that the omelette maker close down his shop early so then we had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of the food of the buffet to come out, eggs, bacon, etc. Not very happy

I stayed for short getaway to relax. I loved this place so much, I got upgraded to balcony, check in staff were amazing, pleasant, always answering questions with a smile. From other reviews who complained about room, I was super satisfied with cleanliness. Room was beautiful. During the day while housekeeping was cleaning there was supervisor on the floor checking rooms to make sure they were cleaned correctly. That was the first time I saw this. The pool was amazing, crystal clear, perfect temp. There was a waterfall which you go thru to enter indoor pool. Plenty of chairs. Hot tubs really hot and relaxing after a long day. Pool area was so clean, staff picking up towels and making sure area was well kept. Pool bar was closed, but inside bar was next to pool area. I ended up adding an extra night. They have a free huge coach bus to take people to the parks, Disney springs and outlets. Helps save money in parking. Food places inside had good prices, actually decent for being hotel. Large pizza was $21, what we pay elsewhere. Outlets were down the road. And a ton of food places within 3-10 min. I will definitely return.

I did not like the smell of the lobby when you first walk in but on the other floors it smells much better. The cleaning staff was so nice and did a great job. Sadly you do not have cheap food options that you can walk to.
