Parking area doesn’t have signage and when i called reception for guidance of where to go as i had never been there before they were not helpful. Room was nice but a lot of fluff build up in the shower.

They have a coffee machine but also need to include a microwave and toaster. Location great, and right in the heart of square, which sometimes makes it a little noisy on weekends when Musicians play at the pubs nearby, but overall good

Stayed here for our anniversary and had a view of Mosley square. Great location and was relatively quiet (was a Monday). Will be interested to come back once they open up the rooftop bar in July/August

Great new hotel, very well set out, coffee machine was a bonus, staff very friendly, great location, close to many bars, cafes and restaurants with different styles of foods

The room itself was very spacious, the bed was huge, comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The surrounding area was very good, with many cafes, restaurants and pubs. The only drawback, was not being informed that all the streets surrounding the hotel were blocked off for roadwork, which added half an hour to the journey, as we were detoured around narrow alley ways and heavy traffic to find the hotel, then nowhere to park so we could check in. We were also not informed that some of the renovations were unfinished, such as the lift we used had MDF walls, with cutouts for the buttons and bubble wrap on the wall railing ….

Unfortunately when we checked in the room was not cleaned properly (floor was still dirty, benchtops were dusty) I went and asked reception if they would be able to vacuum the room for us, which they did.

Das Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt und dies erfährt man erst wenn man reklamiert dass das Zimmer nicht gemacht ist. Einige Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, andere sehr hochnäsig. Die Terrasse war schmutzig und es hatte Zigarettenkippen von den Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Alle Bilder sind Randerings und das Zimmer und die Einrichtung entsprechen nur teilweise der Realität.

We found the room to be immaculately renovated and appreciated the thoughtful finishing touches. The layout provided ample space, allowing us to move around comfortably even with a couple of large suitcases. The only downside was the bed, which had two mattresses pushed together, making it slightly uncomfortable in the middle. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and snacks; however, we noticed that the wine bottle had already been opened. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay and would definitely stay here again.

There was no real proper storage to put your things. No where to rest your suitcase on. More cupboard and hanging space needed. In the shower needed a shelf to put guests products on. We loved the room, our bed was super comfy! Heating was amazing! The view was awesome. The coffee table wasn't very sturdy, was moving around a bit. Bedside tables were good. The lights near our bed needed to be closer, had to get out of bed to switch the lights on and off.

Booked for our wedding anniversary. Paid top dollar for a superior ocean front so we could sit out on balcony. Waste of money, with all the roadworks from 7am to 5pm you could not sit out there for the noise of jack hammers and other machinery on constantly. I tried but ended up with a headache, they even worked on the Saturday morning at 7. What infuriated me was that no where on the booking site or communication from the venue did it state anything about the noise. We are pensioners so this was a treat gor us. Had I know when booking I would have chosen an alternative hotel on the beach. But that is why nothing is said, all they care about is money. I also sent an email stating my disappointment on Saturday morning while still at the venue (as desk not manned) and I still don’t have a reply. The room itself was lovely and the location ideal. My husband has mobility issues so it was a perfect location. Disgusted!

Check in was an absolute breeze, & the Staff were lovely. Love the open plan Bathroom area. I am rather short, & it was great to be able to reach everything, especially in tge Wardrobe. The Bed was very, very comfy. Did not want to vacate this morning

The room was great. Very modern, clean and spacious. Great views from the ocean view. Only downside was local noise from the pubs/nightclubs which continued on till 2am.

The room itself was very spacious, the bed was huge, comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The surrounding area was very good, with many cafes, restaurants and pubs. The only drawback, was not being informed that all the streets surrounding the hotel were blocked off for roadwork, which added half an hour to the journey, as we were detoured around narrow alley ways and heavy traffic to find the hotel, then nowhere to park so we could check in. We were also not informed that some of the renovations were unfinished, such as the lift we used had MDF walls, with cutouts for the buttons and bubble wrap on the wall railing ….

Hotel is not staffed in the evening and our door key did. At 11.30 locked out of room it took over 1 hr for someone to Assist with entry. Not that it is the Hotels issue but the council start led jack hammering out side my room at 6.00 and both days. Full room amenities that included complimentary water and snacks not explained at check in. Manager drunk in bar and was not behaving in an acceptable manner as business manger to staff and guest.
