The property was clean staff was polite just the room I had had a lot of noise from where they put me

Dirty smoke filled (non smoking) room. It smelled terrible. Outside are massive weed stores. Garbage in parking lot. We left after 10 minutes in the room. Disgusting and embarrassing for the owners.

Bed bugs, dirty spa in room, beds are gross and firm, room smelled of cigarettes, no extra pillows, no extra towels, staff unpleasant, property ghetto. Pool was ok. Jacuzzi by pool broken not working. Breakfast was ok. Overall never staying again. I want a damn refund after finding bugs next day but I was denied a refund.

Never got a room because apparently they only take reservations and money in exchange for nothing if you arrive after midnight 😞
