We stayed 2 nights in a corner suite with a balcony. Great view from the bedroom and balcony. Plenty of great places in walking distance. The property was also very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was okay until elevators stopped working and took about 2 hours to get fixed. The lady with Bantu knots didn’t let us know anything it was the cooks that let us know the service elevator was down as well. The service elevator is kitchen of restaurant. Yuck! As we are waiting in the lobby she didn’t let us know that elevators were back working. The other guest in the hotel let us know. The lady that worked in morning to about noon was extremely nice. I wish I got her name. The man was not friendly at all or the lady with the Bantu knot . We wanted to take a dip in the pool but was stopped by security and was informed about needing white wrist bands. I don’t know why we wasn’t informed about this when we arrived. Our room was clean and roomy. The location of hotel is about 15-20 min drive which isn’t bad at all.

Stayed 2 nights

My family and I booked a 2 bedroom suite with balcony for our family of 4 and didn’t receive it. We arrived right on time at check in at 3 and it was one disappointment after the other. First the lobby had no ac, only 1 fan for the person at the front desk it being 4th of July weekend it was extremely hot! So the women at the front desk tells me that I booked a king suite( which I did not!) I corrected her and said that I booked a 2 bedroom on hotels.com she tells me no I booked a king on Expedia. Confused as I never use expedia, she kept arguing with me that I was wrong when I told her I wouldn’t book 1 king bed for myself, husband, child and father in law even after showing her my receipt. She tells us to wait to the side and helps the other 6 people behind us, everyone was complaining how their stove didn’t work, water wasn’t hot, things weren’t clean.I was very nervous hearing this. They had us waiting an hour in the hot lobby before “finding us a room.” We paid for our stay in advance and was never reimbursed for not getting our 2 bedroom, they ended up giving us 2 queen beds with a pull out couch. The room didn’t even have a door so there was no privacy and of course now we’re all sharing one bathroom. The showers had mold around the bottom floor and the towels were dirty. I was so disappointed as I’ve booked with Marriott many times and never experienced this at their properties. I wouldn’t recommend even though it is very close to attractions. I feel robbed!
