As soon as I got to the hotel, I got Perfect service starting with valet, But Marc at the desk was amazing with uplifting energy and being great. 24/7 gym but was bummed out about the pool closed at the time. Start to finish *5 Stars

The valet attendant was friendly and so helpful! We checked in with Marc and he was fabulous! We enjoyed some college football banter about our favorite teams! We was very helpful and treated us so great as we were there celebrating our birthdays! We checked out this morning and the lady who assisted us was fantastic as well! Didn’t get her name but I do remember her name tag said manager! We had a great stay!!

This is a beautiful property. The restaurant had amazing food! The bar had a lot of drink options. Now to talk about the room- WOW, just WOW! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous view, and had everything you would need. We had 6 adults and a baby and this room was perfect for our Atlanta visit.

There was literally a mouse in our room. Shower was not clean—full of mildew and hair. Sink didn’t turn work in the bathroom—literally turned it on and no water came out. Overhead light was broken and strobing. Team was apathetic and not interested in resolving issues for me or for other guest who were struggling. Poor check in, check out, grossly understaffed. Would never stay here again. The worst Marriott I’ve ever been to.

Very poor house-keeping. First suite we got had rotting crab on plate, and dirty wine glasses in the refrigerator, perhaps left by previous guests. We got room changed - slightly better but lacked enough pillows/blankets for sofa bed. Moreover, house-keeping dis not come clean and fix beds for the second night. Pool was ok, but had quite a few leaves and some toys at the bottom - could use some cleaning. Overall far from 4-star hotel experience.

Sadly, it took 3 rooms to find a room that was amply clean for the night (see photos) - After a long day of travel that was frustrating. Jazz was accommodating in helping us find a clean room, but it shouldn’t have taken more than 1. Valet parking cost $40 (no other onsite parking available) - restaurant was missing many menu items (cereal, muffins, etc) We would not stay here again. Mattress, pillows and sheets were exceptionally comfortable.

Overall the stay was good. Room was everything you could’ve hoped for. Most things worked out except for a couple. The room itself beautiful Spacious, lots of cool stuff as a bonus. But first thing I saw was that the ice maker did not work. It would dispense one or 2 thing of ice and that’s it. After the first night. I noticed after we left around 10 and came back around 1. That house keeping had not come. That’s when I realized I had to click the button to have them come in. So I went to click it and it didn’t work because it was smashed in. Again didn’t see it to be a problem. I had an appointment at 3 and while there after the front agent La’marcus (who did an absolutely amazing job because I didn’t not know that I could not use tap so while my card wasn’t working he took his time and never treated me lesser) told me he connected my account to the room (so I can use the app for request and other features) it was not connected. Again I didn’t see it as a problem. I called the hotel around 3:30 and let the agent know about the button and if she could have them come and clean as soon as possible. I also asked if there was a way for her to attach my rewards number to the room (due to me knowing that it’s possible from other trips) she said I’d have to wait until I come back in. I got back to my room around 5:50/6pm and it was exactly the same. They came at 7:30 when I was sleep and asked if they can I told them in a half hour. When I came back at 1 the room still wasn’t clean

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the cleanliness. My child found a pill left by a previous guest on the floor near the couch—thankfully, it was my eldest who found it, not my youngest. Additionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways that resembled skunk, likely from people smoking near or in the building. Parking was also quite confusing. I was told to park in the back but then informed it was valet-only, which left me unsure of the process. While the location proximity was excellent, I don’t feel it justified the price.

The photos didn’t represent what we had as a room. The photos make the hotel feel warm and inviting yet the unpainted raw concrete walls and ceilings made it feel the opposite. The king bed had a dip in the center that my wife and I kept rolling into. Neither one of us got any sleep and the pillows were too firm and full in size for either of us. We were glad it was only 1 night. Staff was great. Easy valet service ( no self parking available).

Property is in a well located area, needs to be a bit of a face lift, wall looked retouched, and pull out sofa beds broken, need to invest on new furniture if they are considering have multiple people stay. Also the lobby felt like a sweatshop, need to cool it down especially during summer, felt like I walked into a sauna after a workout. Overall it was decent, food was ok.

Room was spacious but lightning was not working and room condition was so old. Room has balcony but does not have chair or anything to sit on. Most unfortunate experience was smell. hallway and room smells so bad and made me feel sick. It was not like as it showed in the photo. Reception and valet parking person were lovely though.

Nice room. Loved the full kitchen - helps make business travel feel a bit more homey. The only issues I had during my stay was with the hotel location. The noise from the highway is very loud. Loud cars flooring it down the on-ramp. I bring a white noise machine to help - but even with it I can still hear it. the kitchen, fridge, glasses and surfaces all were very clean and front desk was very helpful and thoughtful.

Unfortunately not a good stay, due to these issues: - the bedsheet in closet for sofa bed had blood stains on it ( Incan share a picture) - inspire of numerous calls from room to guest services and from personal phone to hotel (total of atleast 10-12 calls over a course of our stay ), none of our calls were picked up. I needed to go down to reception desk from my room on 12th floor to get new sheets and blankets for the sofa bed). An expedia agent even tried to call hotel with the above issue and their call was not answered either. - Our room was not made either of the 2 days of our stay - inspite of explicitly requesting it the 2nd day because our kitchen trash was full and we were almost out of toilet paper. We discussed these issues with manager and they tried to make things right at the checkout to the extent possible (partial credit and head of housekeeping noted down our issues) , however we remain deeply disappointed with this experience (we were traveling with family from outside the country and wanted the best experience for them with the autograph collection hotel, but instead we witnessed lack of the most basic hotel services).

Nearly everything we wanted to do was about 15 minutes of walking, very nice to not have to worry about driving. If we needed to drive the valet service was amazing and being timely in retrieving our vehicles. Super repectful. Liz at the front desk is top notch and helped me through alot of booking issues caused by Expedia

The rooms are very nice and spacious but the check in was very unprofessional. The system was shut down and we had to wait for it to be fixed to check in which we were not notified when the system was up and running. Also, they gave us a room and someone was already in it when we walked in, they gave us another room and the key card did not work. Too much going on at check in.

Terrible communication. Front desk staff were extremely rude and condescending. Check in time was at 3 PM. We were not given a room until almost 6 PM. We had to sit in the lobby with several other families for hours. There was no firm estimate given on when a room would be provided. The staff were aggravated and openly hostile when approached to check the status of receiving our room. Inquiring about the situation felt like I was committing a crime and about to be tossed in to hotel jail. This place charges a ridiculously high fee for a room with little amenities offered and provides terrible customer services. We booked the room to attend a concert that started at 6:30 pm… we made it to our seats in the venue at 7:45 pm. If it wasn’t for Taylor Swift the whole trip would have been a disaster. Somehow the mega pop star provided a better personalized experience to a crowd of 80,000 people than the 2 agents verbally sparring with customers from behind the check in counter. The homeless man out front was more helpful when giving us directions to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I was happy to give him a tip. If I ever return to Atlanta I’ll bring a sleeping bag… I’d rather sleep outside than ever step foot in this “hotel” again.

It was a lovely stay from the time we arrived from the time we left. Staff was extremely pleasant and the valet couldn’t have made it any easier to access our car when needing additional items. Everyone kindly greeted us and accommodated us as best they could. And the location was perfect!

We got snowed in Atlanta and booked Twelve Downtown. As a family of five, the suite type of accomodation was really spacious but allowed for enough proximity to still spend time together as a family. It was really nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was really convenient as it was next to the MARTA. It's a medium-shortish ride to the airport via the gold or red lines or take a quick lyft ride. I hope to come back and visit Atlanta at Twelve (not during a snow storm).

My stay was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and fast with the check in process. The valet attendant. Was super nice and sweet! I ate at their restaurant and the chef was sweet he checked up on me, the waitress she was so sweet and polite. I wish I have gotten everyone name. But a great experience all 10 across the board from ME!
