Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very nice pool area. But there are many shortcomings, in particular a very poor gym and wifi did not work at all. Also a quite low service level across the board.

Gorgeous hotel downstairs, our bedroom was lovely and bright with a huge double shuttered window that opened out onto the garden and hill view. Our friends however had a split level room which dark & had a lot of wasted space in it so it did not have any chairs to on a the tv was where mirror should have been. It only had a very small window which didn’t open. Choose your room carefully. Hotel services could be much better it coffee machines were in rooms and a water/ice machine was available on each floor. You could buy water from the bar, however this was often unmanned so had to go to reception to ring for bar person to come down and then go back to bar to be served. It was pretty costly as well. There was only one staff member in bar area when it was manned. A bar menu was on display however nothing available except 2 types of focaccia . The bar lounge area was more of a meeting area rather than a social place to sit with friends. It was very tastefully decorated however sadly lacked any atmosphere. Hotel was ok and would be much more appealing if more services available.

Hotelgebäude/Zimmer etc sehr ordentlich. Gut renoviert. Auch technisch alles ok! Frühstück einigermaßen ok, etwas begrenzte Auswahl. Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich! Leider macht die gesamte Anlage, der Garten bis hin zum unglücklich platzierten Pool (neben der Garageneinfahrt) eine schlecht gepflegten Eindruck. Rasenflächen völlig verbrannt! Set in a quiet area and an easy short walk into town. Nice pool but very few sun loungers and not very much shade. Good continental breakfast which can be taken on the outside terrace if you want to. Diana and Elisabeth on the front desk are very helpful indeed. A pleasant stay for a few days whilst exploring the area.

Fare pagare 15 eur parcheggio in un albergo dì questa categoria mi sembra assurdo. Volete la tassa dì soggiorno solo in contanti anche . Avevo 3 camere, ho chiesto late Checkout in solo una e mi hanno concesso Solo una ora dì più in una sola camere

Probably a very nice hotel back in the day. Now it looks dated, poor Aircondition, and very poor meny, no lunch servings other than toast. Looks like they are targeting senior citizens, as most of the guests were 65+ and came in large groups on busses.. Same person who serves in the bar, also do the massage and cleans... which you can taste in the drinks if you buy one.

Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away.

La nostra esperienza e stata positiva,siamo ritornati perche siamo andati il 29 e 30/4 e 1/5/2022,io e mio fratello siamo rimasti colpiti dal personale dell'Hotel "Vittoria"abbiamo soggiornati al 2°piano nella camera 220,solo un appunto posso fare e della cameriera che puliva le camere al 2°piano,possiamo dire che nell'insieme tutto e andato liscio,grazie a tutto il personale

Hotel vecchio insonorizzato male molto polveroso e poco pulito, nella mia camera L acqua calda dal bidet non usciva…. Giusto solo per la notte di Halloween. La reception molto maleducata in particolare Daniela che di fronte al disagio invece di porre rimedio mi ha deriso evitatelo una trappola che rovina nome dell Hotellerie italiana !!

La camera che ho condiviso con mio Fratello Sandro era molto ampia,anche il bagno favoloso,ma per me che ho l'Artrite Reumatoide le manopole dei servizi sono un po dure.Il difetto sono i Letti dei materassi sono un po' duri.la colazione molto variegata.Il Soggiorno e stato favoloso,grazie a tutto lo Staff dell'Hotel,un grazie particolare al signore Franco

Coming to stay in a palace and then finding out the AC unit isn’t functioning. The facility is old and needs to be renovated. You cannot control your AC unit. They claim it is turned off during the day between 6 am and 4 pm and apparently I was the only one complaining. However, we are paying customers and expect everything to function especially when you have little children and the room is at 24 degrees the whole time. We ended up cancelling the night and going elsewhere. The receptionist is rude and does not give you the comfort you are looking for. There is plenty of parking outside at a cheaper rate than their 15 euros per night. At the price paid, you can get better at a walking distance.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very nice pool area. But there are many shortcomings, in particular a very poor gym and wifi did not work at all. Also a quite low service level across the board.

Set in a quiet area and an easy short walk into town. Nice pool but very few sun loungers and not very much shade. Good continental breakfast which can be taken on the outside terrace if you want to. Diana and Elisabeth on the front desk are very helpful indeed. A pleasant stay for a few days whilst exploring the area.

Coming to stay in a palace and then finding out the AC unit isn’t functioning. The facility is old and needs to be renovated. You cannot control your AC unit. They claim it is turned off during the day between 6 am and 4 pm and apparently I was the only one complaining. However, we are paying customers and expect everything to function especially when you have little children and the room is at 24 degrees the whole time. We ended up cancelling the night and going elsewhere. The receptionist is rude and does not give you the comfort you are looking for. There is plenty of parking outside at a cheaper rate than their 15 euros per night. At the price paid, you can get better at a walking distance.

Hotelgebäude/Zimmer etc sehr ordentlich. Gut renoviert. Auch technisch alles ok! Frühstück einigermaßen ok, etwas begrenzte Auswahl. Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich! Leider macht die gesamte Anlage, der Garten bis hin zum unglücklich platzierten Pool (neben der Garageneinfahrt) eine schlecht gepflegten Eindruck. Rasenflächen völlig verbrannt! Eigentlich schade, mit etwas mehr Mühe könnte das ein sehr schönes Hotel sein. Leider hat auch Montecatini wohl seine beste Zeit deutlich hinter sich. Sehr viel Leerstand, verfallene Gebäude, geschlossene Läden. Daneben dann wieder tolle alte Villen. Insgesamt kein schöner Eindruck! Nochmals: Schade!

Gorgeous hotel downstairs, our bedroom was lovely and bright with a huge double shuttered window that opened out onto the garden and hill view. Our friends however had a split level room which dark & had a lot of wasted space in it so it did not have any chairs to on a the tv was where mirror should have been. It only had a very small window which didn’t open. Choose your room carefully. Hotel services could be much better it coffee machines were in rooms and a water/ice machine was available on each floor. You could buy water from the bar, however this was often unmanned so had to go to reception to ring for bar person to come down and then go back to bar to be served. It was pretty costly as well. There was only one staff member in bar area when it was manned. A bar menu was on display however nothing available except 2 types of focaccia . The bar lounge area was more of a meeting area rather than a social place to sit with friends. It was very tastefully decorated however sadly lacked any atmosphere. Hotel was ok and would be much more appealing if more services available.

Probably a very nice hotel back in the day. Now it looks dated, poor Aircondition, and very poor meny, no lunch servings other than toast. Looks like they are targeting senior citizens, as most of the guests were 65+ and came in large groups on busses.. Same person who serves in the bar, also do the massage and cleans... which you can taste in the drinks if you buy one.
