What a gorgeous hotel, we booked this 30 minutes before arrival and turned up to realise there was a wedding on there and thought it would be noisy. But to say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The reception had got the booking, the bedroom extremely comfortable, the pool enormous and well kept and the staff very helpful. A superb hotel that I would highly recommend.

Where the rooms were clean we noticed several small water bugs in the bathroom. We suggest more aggressive treatment of the rooms to minimize this issue.

El hotel aunque esta fuera de la ciudad esta muy cerca para ir en taxi, y esto permite que el hotel sea espacioso, con habitaciones amplias y con instalaciones amplias como sala de tv, gimnasio, salones, patios etc. El personal es muy amable y atento a las necesidades que puedan surjir. Our room was clearly not cleaned well before we got there. There were ants everywhere, and I found a piece of pizza behind the door that the ants were feasting on. There was a balloon under the bed, and there was glitter everywhere. The room also had a horrible odor that they had tried to mask with bleach. I really should have asked to change rooms, but we weren’t staying for long, and I just wanted to get out of this hotel. Also, the price is quite expensive for Greece. There are cute boutique hotels in the center of Nafplio that I wish we had tried instead. They were much cheaper, too.

Amalia hotels are great. I stayed at the one in Athens as well and they do not disappoint. Hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast choices were great and lots to choose from. Dining area is beautiful. We did not get to use the pool as it was closed due to the season but looked beautiful. You do need a car to get to the city center. Farm areas around the hotel look great.

Amalia Hotel in Nafplio is a lovely self-sufficient hotel outside of the city. A car or taxi is a necessity if you'd like to get into Nafplio or Argos. The premises are clean and comfortable, they're just rather old-fashioned and very much a throwback to a bygone era of massive hotels. The showers, toilets, furniture and dining areas have a lovely kitschy feel of 90s nostalgia, until you'd like to take a shower without negotiating not flooding the bathroom floor.

Hotel is big good , free parking , breakfast is good area is big ,room is big and fare . And a welcome wine is good also. But i lost my Red Bull drink in small fridge in room after I notified forget to take out after check out . When i went back to hotel after 3 hour to ask the Reception , the answer is no see and no Red Bull drink . Their even go to check it . Just said sorry about it .

Very clean, adequate accommodations. I had asked for the bedroom Air conditioner be repaired but it wasn’t completed. Pool was great. Breakfast had many choice but quality was average at best. Overall, worth the price but hotel could use a refresher.

Lovely staff. Nice rooms. Very nice welcome gifts. Real soap not just bottles of liquid. Despite the fact that it’s 10 mins from the old centre of Nafplio I’d stay there again. The only black mark: breakfast. Quality needs to improve as does the coffee.

Sehr schönes Konferenzhotel mit tollem Pool und vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Vielfältiges Frühstück. Vorteil es liegt nicht am Stadtstrand, etwas ausserhalb, Nachteil es liegt nicht am Strand und das Umfeld ist landwirtschaftlich genutzt oder Ödland. Ein Auto ist deshalb von Vorteil um abends durch den Ort spazieren zu können.

I don't understand any of the bad reviews. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of different things to choose from. We also enjoyed a nice lunch and dinner there. I would definitely choose this Hotel again.
