The hotel room and gym seems newly refurbished - a wonderful stay. It was a 10mins walk to Central World and 15mins to Big C or Platinum Mall. Very convenient location. Lobby was under renovation but that was not a major concern. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommended to stay here.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and we loved every minute. The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The gym and pool were great, clean and never too crowded. The concierge’s desk was super friendly always willing to help and set up transportation for you. Billy was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast is totally worth the money. They have a great selection of food. They have American food like toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, etc. They have tons of great fresh fruit. They also have traditional Thai cuisine that was always superb including fried rice, pad Thai, a new soup every day. You will never be dissatisfied! You can get around via Tuk Tuk or Taxi. The hotel offers complimentary Tuk Tuk service to the BTS station. The Siam Center is only one stop away. If you want to go to the Chatuchak market it’s about 5 stops - Mo Chit (I believe is the stop). Enjoy!

Unfortunately, the lobby is being remodeled, so it was a little inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel. The rooms were excellent, and the service was spectacular. We loved it.

Stayed here for one night as part of a 24 hour business trip to Bangkok. Very comfortable hotel, excellent gym, bedrooms were great, towels excellent, and decent toilet paper. Would definitely consider staying again.

The hotel has been nicely renovated. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and helpful. We used the complimentary tuktuk every day to go the multiple shopping malls in the area which was very useful in the scorching heat.

Even though it has been renovated, the facilities still looks old, the hot water came after 5 minutes nonstop running the tap, the staff forgot to clean my room one day and threw away my stuff. The staff should tell me there is a tuk-tuk shuttle between the hotel and the BTS station, instead of me asking. May not consider staying in here again, it used to be my first choice when I came to BKK. Sorry, not anymore!

Breakfast buffet was excellent and there is egg station to customise cooking of egg. The noodle station serves a variety of soup noodle. The fruits, especially papaya and watermelon are so sweet. Room is very clean and spacious. Quiet and safe environment. Good walking distance to all shopping areas. Very courteous and helpful staff. This is my 2nd year staying there. Will be good to have anti slam door gadget cos my neighbour kept slamming the door 5 times in span of 30min during one night and woke us up from our sleep.

Very responsive and friendly staff. Accommodating staff who immediately responded to our requests. Comfortable beds but wished there were more pillows. Concierge made arrangements for our tours and their contacts were just as friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location. There were 7 of us and the two rooms we booked were just as advertised.

Really enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok in January 2025. The hotel's renovated rooms are bright, comply & calming. They are also surprisingly quiet, despite the hotel's very central location. Staff are professional, providing proactive and very friendly services on all fronts. My family and I were greeted with smiling faces every day during our stay and I was particularly thankful to Khun Frank & Khun Grace at Momo Cafe, as well as Khun Palm at Front Desk, for their help. Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok is truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok!.

The hotel is really old. The room was refurbished but still a lot of parts like the shower head and faucet were still very old. Every morning I would hear intense knocking on the door next door, followed by loud banging of the door. I went out to check what was going on, but didn’t see anyone on the corridor. The hotel is really not worth the price it charges. Can easily pay a bit more to upgrade to any 5 star hotels nearby, or choose other 4 star hotels in a different area. Totally would not recommend. The staff was really nice and helpful though.

Very pleased with our stay and courteous and excellent service all round. Our experience involving check in at the front desk, day to day room service, as well as services in the restaurant was all carried out with smiles all round. Good selection of food for breakfast and use of the shuttle to the BTS made it all easy. Special thanks to the housemaids who provided a prompt and very clean daily service. Wonderful room, service, staff, dining. I was staying there when the earthquake hit Burma and affected Bangkok. The staff were so amazing. Got everyone out of the hotel, kept us safe, brought umbrellas and water (as it was hot outside), kept us updated on the situation, and made sure we were all ok. Beyond professional putting all of us first. Very impressive. I will never forget how great all these people were. Thank you.

I like the room it is has enough space for family of three but how they poorly treated us when we did an early check in spite having to notify them earlier that we are arriving early and expecting an early check in was very disappointing. Our early notification for airport pick up was handled poorly. Although, I sent the email confirming a request for transportation. Eventually finding out they did not read it that made us stuck for a couple of hours in the airport with a very tired five year old child. The location is remote even when it is situated blocks away from the mall. There was no available transportation to any point like what they advertised. Any request in their front desk service has delay. We waited for two hours in the reception for a room and was asked to pay half day booking price since she allow us to check in at 6 am. Only to find out that it is available at 7 am and a smoking room. The front desk staff who assisted us gave us a smoking room since it was an early check in. All in all we had a stressful stay in this hotel. Only thing I like was the breakfast spread.

Really impressed with this stay and as it's a Marriott brand it didn't surprise me. Staff were attentative and very friendly, room was spacious with what seems like an updated decor because the air con system was not digital. It's off the main road so away from the traffic and less than 10 mins walk to either BTS station, or you can take a (timetable) Tuktuk.

This was such a great place to stay. It was super quiet once you came away from the hustle & bustle. It was on a dead end street & the staff were so attentive to every need from the moment we stepped into the hotel . We got in so early & the staff made every effort to get us into our room a few hrs earlier than to 2 pm check in. The daily breakfast was an amazing array of food even for the fussiest of eaters. The location was soooo central to everything, shopping, restaurants & everything you could think of. The swimming pool was wonderful & the gym was great. Most importantly the rooms were clean, comfortable & spacious. Great for families, I will definitely come back to stay at this place again with my family. The staff went out of their way to look after you as family & thats what made the difference to this place.

the hotel is relatively clean and cosy but the location is further in from the main road. Hotel provide tuktuk which value added but in order to take it back from drop off location to hotel requires a local phone number to call hotel for arrangement

My family of 3 had a really pleasant experience staying at the Courtyard. The staff were very polite and friendly. They work hard, it’s noticeable. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. And Quiet! We requested for a deluxe room, and it was everything I read up on the website. The gym and the pool are decent. They aren’t that big, but we had no complaint. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The staff at the restaurant were so great as well. We just enjoyed the food so much! The location is also great. Very close to all the happenings, Central World, Siam Paragon, the shrine, sky trains, restaurants. Just everything. We walked all over the place. Lots of tourists. Thank you so much Courtyard!
