Ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles los recepcionistas hacen lo imposible para enseñarte todo la habitación muy limpias y cómodas te dejan una tetera con dos sobres de cafes y de the, el spa no esta en el hotel pero esta a 200 m a pie tienes acceso gratuito puedes salir y volver a entrar al spa sin problema nos ha encantado el hotel volveremos seguro muchas gracias por esta maravillosa experiencia

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’hôtel. Tout le personnel est attentionné et souriant, et nous a même permis de rentrer dans la chambre avant l’heure prévue comme la chambre était prête. L’hôtel a été bien rénové, c’est très propre et très joli. Le lit est confortable. Le parking est gratuit ce qui est un gros plus pour Biarritz. Le petit déjeuner est inclu et il y a du choix. La plage est accessible à pied en environ 5min. Et on est à moins de 15min de la cote des basques et 20min des Halles du centre.

Cela fait 2 fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel, Tout est parfait de la chambre au petit déjeuner. L accès à la talasso est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et tres sympathique.

The location of the hotel was good. It is a little farther away from the main area than I would have liked, about a 25 minute walk. In the other direction the beach is 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very small. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that did not provide toiletries other than soap. There is a Farmacia next door and I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner. The workout facilities are down the street. It's not that far but far enough not to use it. The people were all very nice especially Melissa in the restaurant. Free parking was great. Wifi is free but not very strong. Biarritz is wonderdlful and we will return but we stay closer to the city center next time.

Luidruchtig door verkeer dat dag eb nacht voorbij scheurt. Bijna alle mooie foto's zijn van de Spa die op een andere locatie is gevestigd. Hotel is zeer gedateerd en ruikt ook zo. Restaurant gedeelte en terras zijn goed. Loop afstand naar strand ook. Toch maar even verder zoeken. Mogelijkheden genoeg in Biarritz. Dat overigens zeer de moeite waard is.

Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops. Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean. We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more.

Séjour d'une nuit. Chambre plutôt propre mais pour un hôtel de ce standing les imperfections sautent aux yeux. Plafond qui noirci dans la salle de bain, les huisseries portes et plinthes manquent aussi d'un coup de peinture. Côté insonorisation c'est très moyen. On a entendu le vent toute la nuit s'infiltrer dans la porte qui tremblait, ronflements du voisin et avant même 9h aspirateurs à plein régime. Très dommage.

Ho passato una notte d’inferno. La mia camera aveva una porta di collegamento (ovviamente chiusa) con un’altra vicina. L’insonorizzazione pessima mi ha permesso di sentire chiaramente cosa succedeva - per tutta la notte - nella camera accanto: musica a palla e rumori molesti. Vi risparmio i dettagli.

L'hôtel est agréable. Situé à l'extérieur du centre ville. Par contre, un peu cher pour la prestation. Vue sur mer mais fenêtre petite, on ne peut pas vraiment en profiter.

Tres bon petit déjeuner, agent d'accueil impersonnel et salle de bain vraiment trop petite, difficile de s'assoir sur les WC avec risque de contusion sur un mur bas de séparation avec la douche, coffre également trop petit, on peut juste y mettre son téléphone, travaux de refection de reseaux eau et assainissement autour de l'hotel provocant de serieuse contrainte de bruit et de circulation

Cela fait 2 fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel, Tout est parfait de la chambre au petit déjeuner. L accès à la talasso est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et tres sympathique.

accueil désagréable, heureusement les autres membres du personnelle étaient très bien. Ibis style que de nom, ressemble à un ibis tout court. un tarif dit "toutes taxes comprises" et il faut payer tout de même une taxe de séjour en plus. coté positif le petit déjeuné très bien.

Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops. Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean. We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’hôtel. Tout le personnel est attentionné et souriant, et nous a même permis de rentrer dans la chambre avant l’heure prévue comme la chambre était prête. L’hôtel a été bien rénové, c’est très propre et très joli. Le lit est confortable. Le parking est gratuit ce qui est un gros plus pour Biarritz. Le petit déjeuner est inclu et il y a du choix. La plage est accessible à pied en environ 5min. Et on est à moins de 15min de la cote des basques et 20min des Halles du centre.

Trevligt hotell , fräscht och bra frukostbuffé. Restaurang o bar öppnade lite sent , först kl 19. Trevlig altan med fin vuxna mot havet. Saknade dynor i utemöblerna , som loungesoffor och solbäddar, obekvämt. Nära stranden. Perfekt med busshållplats utanför , även gångvänligt avstånd till Biarritz centrum ca 15 -20 min. Skulle välja detta hotell igen.

L'hôtel est agréable. Situé à l'extérieur du centre ville. Par contre, un peu cher pour la prestation. Vue sur mer mais fenêtre petite, on ne peut pas vraiment en profiter.

The location of the hotel was good. It is a little farther away from the main area than I would have liked, about a 25 minute walk. In the other direction the beach is 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very small. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that did not provide toiletries other than soap. There is a Farmacia next door and I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner. The workout facilities are down the street. It's not that far but far enough not to use it. The people were all very nice especially Melissa in the restaurant. Free parking was great. Wifi is free but not very strong. Biarritz is wonderdlful and we will return but we stay closer to the city center next time.

Ho passato una notte d’inferno. La mia camera aveva una porta di collegamento (ovviamente chiusa) con un’altra vicina. L’insonorizzazione pessima mi ha permesso di sentire chiaramente cosa succedeva - per tutta la notte - nella camera accanto: musica a palla e rumori molesti. Vi risparmio i dettagli.

We spent a full week with the family (myself, wife, and 15 and 11y old kids). Location is fantastic if you want to focus more on the beach than the center of Biarritz. Walking distance to Ibbiaritz, Milady and Marbella beaches. All of them offering food options, lifeguards and surf schools. Easy access to busses that go to the city (8min ride). Breakfast is fair for a 3 star hotel. Read a lot about issues with replenishment, but whenever we asked for something that was missing the staff was super kind to arrange it. Our room was big, nice beds and a balcony with sea view, which not only was beautiful but came in handy to hang wet clothes when returning from the beach. Lots of parking places available, also with recharging station if you need it. Good restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. If I were to point out some improvement opportunities Id say a shower on the outside before entering the hotel to get rid of the sand when coming back from the beach and maybe a small minibar to have some cold beverages in the room. We would definitely stay in that hotel again if we return to Biarritz.

Bon séjour malgré un problème de lit : les photos et la description de la chambre proposées par le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, au lieu de 2 lits doubles nous avons eu un lit et un canapé-lit pas confortable du tout. Heureusement la gérante a remédié au problème pour la nuit suivante en nous proposant une 2ème chambre avec un vrai lit. (merci à elle !) Hôtel propre, bon emplacement, parking gratuit, belle vue depuis la terrasse, petit déjeuner correct. Conclusion : hôtel correct mais rapport qualité prix défavorable : trop cher pour ce que c'est à cette période de l'année.
