JRだから当然ともいえるが、駅直結で非常に便利。駐車場も十分にあり車でも問題なし。福島駅前は再開発中だが、パンデミックを抜けて飲食店も復活し始めている。チェックイン時、日程変更前のデータが残っていて若干時間がかかったことが唯一残念だった点。
