Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort & Villas - All-Inclusive

We have booked with Expedia for five people for tonight and when we got to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. It was a little over $1300 for the two nights and for tonight and when we go to the hotel, we were told that we only paid for two people. It was little over $1300 For the two nights and we had to pay extra $200 per night for a third person and the two other kids were free. Advice to book straight through the property to avoid surprises like that.

Front of house experience was fantastic but the support supplied to them was lacking, toke nearly 4 hours to get a cot/ baby bed and 12 hours to get bedding for the sofa bed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Obhur! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed.The reception team was incredibly welcoming, especially Rama, who made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with super comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The beach was stunning, and Mehdi went above and beyond to ensure we were always well looked after. In the evenings, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the pool bar, where there were fun events and great music. Bob and the rest of the team were always cheerful and eager to prepare our favorite drinks, the energy made every night special. The food was fantastic throughout our stay. In Turquoise restaurant, Oyatullokh provided five-star service. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
