Ein Hotel sehr freundlicher Empfang ,nach Anreise mit PKw. sehr gut zu Finden .Anfahrt; Ausladezone ist vor der Tür. Nach dem Einchecken wurde der Reservierte Parkplatz zugewiesen, §0m neben dem Hotel hinter einem Rolltor auf dem Hof. Angenehm. Das Hotel sauber, mit freundlichen Zimmern.Die eine Gute Schallisolierung haben, Das Badezimmer Tadellos und sehr Sauber, die Einrichtung gut, Für die eine Nacht sehr gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt können wir keine Bewertung Abgeben. Wir sind uns aber Sicher das ein mehrtägiger Aufenthalt hier sehr zu Empfehlen ist, Wir hatten keine Mängel und nur guten Erlebnisse. empfehungen bezüglich Restaurants ein Volltreffer.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. A 7 minute walk to the Palace in Karlsruhe. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Something for everyone. Air conditioning was very good. It is possible to reserve a car park, just need to contact the hotel in advance. A very pleasant stay in Karlsruhe.

L’accès au Parking n’est pas pratique car il faut aller solliciter la personne de l’accueil qui n’est là que jusqu’à 23h. Un système de badge avec caution serait plus adapté. La salle du petit déjeuner était en rénovation, nous n’avons pu bénéficier du buffet que notre dernier jour. Le service en chambre a été ponctuel mais avec quelques loupés dans les commandes mais rien de grave.

We were staying here to meet up with friends who live in the City, we had a great long weekend here and the staff and facilities were excellent. Parking was pre booked and was easy to use and there was a superb choice of food for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Very friendly staff. Nice extras like complementary mini bar, water ices and bikes. Fan in room but a/c would have been much better on the hot summer day we stayed. Great location and breakfast options. Would stay again.

Public parking was close. Hotel is right next to police station, city center, botanical gardens, and museum/palace. Heart of down town. Lots of good food around the area. Property staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. Gnats (small flying bugs) near fruit in breakfast area was not pleasant.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr nettes Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Marktplatz und Shopping Center. Vielleicht nicht mehr ganz so modern aber alles sehr schön und in gutem Zustand. Zimmer war recht geräumig mit großem Bad und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Parken in 10m Entfernung vom Eingang ohne Problem möglich. Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück recht gut. Empfehlung.

Leider war das Bett für zwei Personen etwas schmal. Hier hätten wir anders planen müssen. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer auf der Seite der Lüftung von der Tiefgarage. Das hat man leider durch die Fenster nachts etwas gehört. Aber schlafen war möglich. Sonst ein sehr gutes Hotel und ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, man ist zu Fuß in 2 min auf dem Marktplatz oder in 5 min auf dem Ludwigsplatz . U Bahn Anschluss auch direkt auf dem Marktplatz und ein ruhiges Zimmer gehabt obwohl mittendrin. Frühstücksauswahl,für ein Stadthotel, gut und reichlich. Für 2-3 Tage Kurzurlaub oder Geschäftsreise sehr zu empfehlen

We enjoyed our stay in clean and spa ious rooms. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful. The only negative about our stay was bugs in breakfast area. I hope hotel finds a way to remove those bugs from breakfast area to make it perfect.

Public parking was close. Hotel is right next to police station, city center, botanical gardens, and museum/palace. Heart of down town. Lots of good food around the area. Property staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. Gnats (small flying bugs) near fruit in breakfast area was not pleasant.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. A 7 minute walk to the Palace in Karlsruhe. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Something for everyone. Air conditioning was very good. It is possible to reserve a car park, just need to contact the hotel in advance. A very pleasant stay in Karlsruhe.

L’accès au Parking n’est pas pratique car il faut aller solliciter la personne de l’accueil qui n’est là que jusqu’à 23h. Un système de badge avec caution serait plus adapté. La salle du petit déjeuner était en rénovation, nous n’avons pu bénéficier du buffet que notre dernier jour. Le service en chambre a été ponctuel mais avec quelques loupés dans les commandes mais rien de grave.

We were staying here to meet up with friends who live in the City, we had a great long weekend here and the staff and facilities were excellent. Parking was pre booked and was easy to use and there was a superb choice of food for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This is a good hotel for Karlsruhe. It's very centrally located on the Markt Platz with easy connections to the main train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Air conditioner made a terrible noise randomly, but mainly late and through the night. During this time it was constant for 3+ hours. Even when all power off of Ac and in the room. Staff initially tried to help but gave up. Luckily they had earplugs in the room. Oh they did offer to give us a beer for our trouble. 5 nights of very very poor sleep. Beware of room 214
