One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at near Disney. Wish there were more shuttles to the park’s. Otherwise everything else was great.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool being open till 11. Their really should be somewhere you or the family could buy drinks for themselves and the children, especially in the summer time.

Lovely peaceful resort, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location. Very large apartments with washer/dryer fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Lovely clean pool area and gym.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything met our expectations. The facilities were great. The staff was great. The kids loved the pool. Only stayed 2 nights and now I wish it had been longer.

Location - Easy to locate and entertaining the property from the 192 is seamless. Exiting the property is a little trickier if busy as the U-turn is only 100m away so you have to cross 3 lanes, which isn’t great when busy. No big deal though as you can stay in the right lane and take the first exit and then do a U-turn. We love to run and the running around here is rubbish. Anything over 5 miles is no good so something to consider if that’s you. Rooms - I mistakenly booked a 2 bed but it does sleep 4, however the sofabed is terrible. We ended up buying an air mattress to go under the 3” thick sofabed mattress. Besides that, the rooms are fantastic, clean, spacious and servers its purpose. The washer and dryer are great, coffee machine is superb (buy #4 filters). Didn’t use the dishwasher as we washed by hand. 2 points, we had 3 wasps nests, 1 in each corner of the windows. They couldn’t get in due to the mozzy nets but I flippin hate the site of em. And the 2nd point, there’s light switches everywhere. Could do with investing in auto-light switches. Saves you guys money too. The decor is old but clean and is what attracted me to book in the first place. Good old original posh furniture. Property - Spotless everywhere. Pool clean and very quiet (watch out for the water beetle 👀). Decent gym. Free Dunkin coffee in the foyer). Abundance of parking. Saw an alligator in the local lake which was cool. Also a snake in the bush, non-venomous according to Google. Staff - All amazing

All amenities were included, resort staff was incredible. Check in and check out were seamless. Clean rooms, more than enough space for our group trip with extended family. Perfect, quiet location with security and super family friendly.

Super comfortable big rooms, great pools and hot tub, fun arcade and game room in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff with tons of tips for the parks and Orlando area!

I spent a few days looking for a hotel near the Disney parks. I found the perfect one! I like everything about The Berkley! Our two bedrooms suite was huge with the full kitchen and dining area. The screened balcony was a nice bonus to enjoy breakfast! Room was clean, property is well-maintained, two pools and a spa were great too. It's only one exit from the Disney parks. I like that it's quiet after Disney's crowd. Plenty of parking spots right in front of the building. I'd definitely stay here again. The only concern I have that many attractions inside the arcade room were out of order. It was a small disappointment but we did enjoy our stay. I highly recommend The Berkley.

Tub was dirty. But everything else was fine

The property is nice and comfortable, and was great for our family. It had everything we needed while away from home. However, we all developed a rash that turned out to be scabies. I hope the management can address this and properly get rid of it.

The suite was really clean and had a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Staff was nice, too.

Very outdated; no usp hook -ups. The staff took me I couldn't have towels because they were "overbooked". I received 2 sets for planned 5 nights. When I called to request a towel to take a shower after a day at the theme park (in 90 degree weather) they told me someone will be there tomorrow. I asked what am I supposed to do tonight. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they're not available. I had to buy my own towels at the local Walgreens down the street. They called me the next morning and said house keeping will come sometime between 10-5 to clean the room and I can get towels then.

Right from the jump, the Berkley staff provided excellent customer service. The grounds keepers were friendly and offering help when asked. Our family stayed in a 2/2 and it exceeded what the pictures had to offer. The only note is that some of the furniture was worn down but not too much. Everything was clean and accessible. The family enjoyed their stay.

The room was spotless, parking was easy and available right near our room.

Very nice rooms but ours wasn’t cleaned well. Hair from another guest was everywhere. Second bathroom smelt like someone urinated on the wall. Amenities at The Berkley were great, would stay again, but I’d have them re-clean the room for sure

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, it was a great experience, offering good value for money. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The units were really nice, featuring well-equipped kitchens and in-unit laundry with most needed supplies included. This added a lot of convenience to our stay. The pool was on the medium side but it was never crowded, which made for a pleasant and relaxing time. One area that needs improvement is the game room. The pool table and ping pong table have definitely seen better days and could use an update. We received minimalist housekeeping once during our one-week stay, and my wife was not super happy with the service. She noticed a few things right away that indicated poor cleaning, such as chocolate wrapper and hairs still on the floor after the cleaning. Additionally, the guest rooms and extra sofa bed only come with thin, single-layer comforters instead of regular ones with proper filling, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the front desk staff could benefit from a bit more training. They should focus more on the guests instead of their phones. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning in the future.

The king bathrooms were amazing with the jet bathtubs and very spacious with excellent pricing for the room per night.

The info on Expedia is incorrect. A 2 bedroom condo only sleeps 6, not 7 which is on the Expedia site. The pull out couch in the room was so old it had a spring mattress on it and was so uncomfortable to try to sleep on. The washing machine in our condo was so loud that we couldn’t run it at night since it would keep everyone awake.

Internet access is weak and the network is slow most of our phones didn’t have a good connection

This resort is great. Large condos, big kitchen, and big patio. The service is wonderful.

This was a fantastic find! A 2000+square-foot condo at a place that was like getting a regular hotel room. The condo was great! Full kitchen and private laundry. Living room, dining room, breakfast bar, fireplace and a screened in balcony. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The facility has a game room where you could shoot pool or play foosball for free. There was a big pool and a hot tub. The Berkeley also has nightly security and was gated. The location is good. Although we drove everywhere they also offered a shuttle to the theme parks. This was such an outstanding place with great value that allowed our whole family to stay together in comfort for the entire week we were there. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our room was so spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The place is very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. We were so impressed with nearly every facet of our stay at The Berkley Orlando and will most certainly return.

Great space for 4, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our kids. Glad it was only one night.

Large apartment with all facilities and very comfortable beds. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel so a car is required. Nice pool area. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11pm reception was closed. Helpful maintenance staff found security for us but she had not been left a key for us. She was very helpful and spoke with her supervisor and arranged a room for us, though we were to collect the key the following morning. The front desk manager was unsympathetic and explained that because we had not paid upfront, a key would not have been left for us. It had been a stressful introduction to the apartment complex after a long journey, not helped by her attitude. The reception staff were disappointing to say the least but we were very grateful to the maintenance/security staff for helping us.

Having the washer and dryer in your room for was super convenient, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and many more good things will be staying here again. Maybe the only downside is they do trying to convince you to join their time share presentation for free universal tickets at check in.

Waited 15 to check in , I was the only one there checking in. Don’t know why it took so long. Left my swim trunks on table. The claimed they didn’t find them. Terrible service, the pool seemed a bit dirty and the hallways to room smelled bad.

All areas of the Berkeley were well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming to us on arrival. There were a couple of minor issues in the unit and maintenance was there in just a few minutes of our request and fixed the issues.

I especially liked the ease of checking in online. The unit was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff, especially when a toilet was clogged. The kitchen was like being at home, with all needed utensils. There was no noise heard, which made it easy to have a good night's sleep. The mattresses were good quality. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Orlando's theme parks.

I have booked here several times in the last couple of years. I did not have a good experience this time. I had to wait for over 5 days for my deposit to hit my bank account. That seemed way too long and no one told me when I checked in. For that reason I will not stay there again.

Pretty great close to restaurants and shopping centers, more importantly about 10 minutes from all 4 disney parks.

Nice large apartment. Well furnished. Close to great golf courses. Only issue is exit onto highway which requires tricky U-turn to head to Orlando and golf next door. Not a walking area.

This was a very convenient location to all the parks. Target and quick dining options are within a 5 minute drive. Place was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are very spacious and having a personal washer and dryer is extremely nice. The front desk staff is super friendly. It is a quiet place and never felt crowded even though the parking lot was full. The location of the Berkley isn’t ideal. You have to turn right out of the parking lot and cross four lanes of traffic to make a UTurn. The traffic on the street is very heavy at all times. Travel times for 7-8 miles is a minimum of 20-30 minutes in the car so I wouldn’t choose this location again because of the traffic and travel times.

This was a great value for our short trip to Disney. Convenient location at a low off-season price.

Lots of space. Great for families. Close to Disney but far from Universal. Resident wild alligator was fun to see (and safe).

The room was very nice and the staff was amazing. The distance from Disney was perfect with lots of options for groceries, gas, and restaurants between.

I like this place is big and suitable for big family of 5. There’s kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and patio. One thing I would say is the lighting, it’s very yellow and dark. I wish they change the lighting especially for the bedroom and bathroom. When it gets dark I can barely see anything when that yellow lighting. Also there's limited of dining options in the area, the neighborhood only has a 7 Eleven and McDonald nearby and nothing else. The area is dark and unsafe especially at night. Lastly, the elevator seems old. However for the price it’s worth your money, but there’s definitely a better option.

Great property, but not much to do by it. There arent sidewalks to the main food options. Also, dont count on their transportation to disney world. Prepare to uber but great place

2nd time was great. Looking forward to returning. Hidden gem, needs a restaurant or something to liven it up a little but soooo much potential.

So very clean! Nice bbq area. Rooms were spacious and full of everything you need. Pool was to warm & not many games or activities around the pool. There was a nice game room should have a pool bar and music after 5 pm on Friday & Saturday. Maybe a Wednesday 5 pm mixer Breakfast bar would be nice, at least Friday Saturday & Sunday

The property was amazing. I would have given it a 5 star resort if it had a cafe, restaurant and a bar so you wouldn’t have to leave the property looking for a good place to dine !
