Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Northeast

Everything about our stay was amazing here. The pool was open and felt so good. And was very clean. The breakfast was great. We took advantage of the coffee in the evenings. And our room was clean and newly remodeled. They are remodeling, so be patient if you stay here within the next couple of months. Staff was friendly and helped us out when we had any needs. I will be staying here the next time we go to Indy, hands down!!

Unfortunatley elevator was out of order during our stay.

Older hotel that needs lots of updates. The elevator was quite a scary thing, sounded like it was going to break down, or plunge through the floor.

Easy to find. Dinner options close by. The elevator looked to be “well used”.

Unfortunately, we were unable to use the swimming pool due to maintenance. Elevator needs major work, got stuck. Room was average and had all accomodations for our 1 night stay.

Property is going thru a renovation; I was on a construction site. Lots of noise, sawing, drilling, hammering.

The hotel was under construction. The pool was open & the breakfast was nice. The room was very basic. Which was fine for our stay of one night for a concert.

When we checked in the front desk had us park on the wrong end of the building so we had to walk to the complete opposite side to get to our room. Despite the air being set on 65 the room was muggy, we bumped it down to 60 and it made it only slightly cooler. The pool is an indoor pool and it was coconut we couldn’t see the bottom. Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was absolutely wonderful!!!! Hotel itself had some major issues, electrical outlets with no covers, broken tiles, broken drywall, and the elevator was absolutely scary to use ( shaking, clunking, people not just us were afraid to use), staff did state it's being remodeled soon, but not soon enough for us. We got 6 rooms, every room had issues. Lastly let me say how great the staff was!!!

The elevator was malfunctioning. The pool was highly chlorinated. The room was clean. The cot that we needed was in terrible shape. It had old stains, tears, and bulging springs. They were short on towels so we were short on towels. The luggage rack needed to be replaced. It was wobbly and falling apart. We will not stay there again at this time.

The hotel seemed nice from the outside. My room smelled like smoke and urine. There were holes in the walls and electrical outlet plates falling off the walls.

We opened the door to our room and it smelled awful! Like cigarettes and animals. The furniture was disgusting and looked like it should be sitting by the road with a free sign. The carpet had a section that was ripped down to the pad, and there were obviously broken drawers on everything. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Room was clean, and I felt safe. The walls are really thin though so it was a little noisy but nothing to complain about.

Property poorly maintained and dated. Beds hard. Pillows old and flat. Dated stands. Walls with damage and poor repairs. Bathroom faucet leak. Carpet old with stains and sticky. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

The bed sheets were dirty. The room smelled of bad chemicals. The furniture had holes in it and the microwave was just stacked on top of the refrigerator. The carpet was not finished to the bathroom floor and was a tripping hazard.

The property needs work! The curtains were ripped, the furniture was old and worn out, stains on mattress, tile in bathroom cracked and loose, hole is bathroom door with a bad patch job, pool had a gross film on the surface, strange smell throughout the building, and the coffee was bad. My daughter did love the waffle maker in the breakfast area and the water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were friendly.

Shabby, needed painting. I almost tripped on frayed carpet between bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom sink did not drain hardly at all. The bottom sheet on the bed had stains on it

Close to the golf course and Walmart. There was not a closet and hangers.

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The continental breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, the heating unit ran extremely loud, to the point that it rattled. When we arrived at our room after midnight there was no heat on. It was 30° outside so we had to turn the heat up as the room was at 64°. The rattling of the heating unit proceeded to keep me up all night.

WiFi bandwidth did not seem adequate, typically had issues in the evening and night. Stays for multiple nights with two people didn't have adequate seating or closet space.

AC so noisy we couldn't sleep; no tissues or soap in bathroom; no lid for ice bucket; had very musty smell until AC kicked in

The rooms looked slightly renovated, doors would stick. Breakfast was a joke. Tiny pillows.

The WiFi was extremely fast during my stay. I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Bed and room were comfortable. Signs of age and wear of carpet, elevator, doors and lobby were obvious. We also were not able to get an extra blanket and I was intially charged twice for our stay. I am still waiting for this credit to appear on my account. Why does this happen?

Other then the fact they was in the middle of renovations. The fact that they required $150 security deposit on arrival on top of the cost of the room. Which there was no mention of before hand. Cause of that we had to give up one of the plans for the next day.

The room conditions were horrible doors that don’t close properly toilet’s and sinks were clogged trash bags sitting in hallways my aunt and uncle had to use the toilet in my room because the front desk said there was nothing they could do and someone had assaulted the night clerk when we were checking in I can say the stay was Not Good at all

Driving cross country for family reunion from PA. Price was great. Comfy bed, breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly.

The staff were super friendly and nice. The reception employee from the night staff at was nice and accommodating. The morning staff provided warm good mornings and were extra helpful. Not so good interaction while checking out...the young lady in management ATTEMPTED to reprimand me in regards to a deposit receipt.

Good price, but the decor and furnishings need to be replaced and updated. None of the staff we encountered were friendly, and the breakfast was disappointing😕

Was in town over night for Youth Football game,this hotel was close to park I was going to. When we check-in the lady at front desk was rude to my husband(handicap me n car) we can show my ID its ok,not here (no no). Long stroy short front desk n morning was awesome Jaqu he save the day for me and other mom Thanks for him I will say he changed my grandson mind about Hotel so that was a plus. Yes we won the football tournment back to Ohio.

The staff were not friendly when we had to be checked in as if she was inconvenienced to have to work. When I asked for more towels the next morning from the new person at the front desk, I got a rude answer when asked for more. The smell of marijuana and some overwhelming chemical to cover up the smell was horrible. The room was not what I would call clean. I really think someone needs to come out and inspect this hotel and train the staff how to deal with customers. I was highly disappointed and disgusted!

The WiFi was extremely fast during my stay. I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Property was cool my stay was cool disappointed that there was no pool open it was being painted or something should have advertised that at the pool was closed for the time being if it was advertised I didn't see it but other than that my stay was great

This was a last minute stay because of a power outage at our house. The hotel was ckean, in a very accessible area (food, shopping, gas, etc.). Check in was easy and my family felt the area was safe. The elevator was questionable and the hallway spelled of Marijuana but that was beyond the control of the hotel staff.

The staff were amazing here and help fix an issue with the rooms immediately and make sure I got the room I paid for the entire time I enjoyed my stay I was able to have my service dogs here with no issues there is a pool you're allowed to go into anytime between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and I was breakfast served here every single day 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and actually tastes really good and they have a very big selection there's also a workout room but it is currently under renovation right now The staff is very friendly I would 10 out of 10 always book a stay here!!

This looked like a fairly new hotel but you could see a lack of care. Upon arrival, there was a huge roll of sopping wet carpet in the drive-in area. After the first ride, I refused to take the elevator because it felt like it was damaged in some way. Maintenance issues everywhere. Marijuana smell permeated the whole building. Combination lock for the bathroom door off the lobby (why?). Breakfast had no attendants by 7:30, no cleaning, even tableware was empty, with nobody to assist. Breakfast was closed by 8:00. It wasn't that things were horrible. The room was nice and you could see that it was built not too long ago. But, this shows a complete lack of leadership and excellence. This is not how a $100 a night hotel should be.

The bedding was very thin and the room smelled of smoke. The breakfast was not properly stocked. They required a cash deposit. Not an 8.2 as stated.

Arrived later than expected due to the Indy 500 rain delay, tried and and exhausted. Check in was OK. Room was sparse, no chair except at desk, room and hallway needs updating, sheets had set stains even after wash. Breakfast, the ceramic containers holding gravy, eggs etc. had chipped edges, syrup dispenser broken lid. Would not stay at this Baymont again.

Room had a stale snell. Breakfast was horrible minimal choices and no meat selections. People across the hall had a dog that barked throughout the night. Front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful

The trip started off well enough, but by the time we tried putting our kids to sleep there was a constant beeping coming from someone our floor. My husband called the front desk, but no one could seem to find the cause or if they did, didn’t pass that info on to the night shift. I even got up the second night and went to the desk to ask for help. The employee was in his coat and looked like I woke him up. He didn’t even attempt to find out that it was other than asking me where I thought it was coming from. As we checked out I noticed that a door across the hallway and down a door was the laundry room, so I’m guessing the beeping that lasted for at least three hours in the middle of the night was from dryer buzzers. Next was the pot smell coming from another non-smoking room which staff didn’t do anything about. The hotel was also humid the whole time which didn’t help. Then as I was in the bathroom I noticed an ant of the floor. It looked like a stray, but the next morning there were three more. Front desk said they would let the exterminator know, but didn’t really offer an apology. There was breakfast available the first morning but the second morning we were there, there should have had breakfast from 6-9. Went with my son at 8:15 and the breakfast area was dark with chairs on the tables and no food out. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I will not stay at that location again and it’s making me reconsider staying at another Wyndham location.

The hotel was nice, but nothing special. It was clean but a bit old. The breakfast was good though, more than just a continental.
