the staff was great but the room had a bad smell even after they sprayed stuff in it every night, they had schedualed professional carpet cleaning to come do the whole place------breakfast was very good

To start matters off hotels.com booked me a room I get to the site there's no record of a booking. After 2 hours being stranded I was sent to another hotel arranged by hotels.com this hotel gave me a room with a bunch of bath towels in the refrigerator because it was leaking so they switched me to another room where the tv did not work at all and said sorry about it but we can't fix it absolutely will never recommend hotels.com or quality inn ever

The room was dirty and smelly. People lived in the rooms. They hung out in the parking lot smoking and drinking. Just disgusting. We left.

Cleanliness: The bathrooms were filthy, and the carpets are in very poor condition, with almost no pile left on the surface. There was also a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. - Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were only provided every three days without any prior notice. - Dining: The breakfast selection was repetitive and never changed during my stay. - Service: Most of the front desk staff seemed careless and indifferent regarding the issues I raised.

All the homeless people come in there taking what they want.no sugar for the coffee,someone stole the entire basket of it. Room was clean air worked.
