What I liked: the oceanfront room was exactly as advertised; beautiful stepping out to the porch and watching the ocean. The room was decent and comfortable. The water pressure and hot water was great. The size of the property is amazing, multiple pools, cleaned daily. The interior of the hotel, the reception area, all very nice. The hotel also has a waterfall, garden feature. Plenty of beach beds. The afternoon tea was unexpected and great, really helped me to manage my meals. The massage was blissful. I enjoyed a lot of the features of the hotel. What I didn’t like: People complained about the monkeys but my issue was the flies. I don’t get why the hotel wouldn’t have fly catchers and repellants at the restaurant and around food. You’d find flies in the syrup and flies consistently buzzing around food. The internet was just okay but not very stable. The hotel needs a wifi booster. The hotel also isn’t very accommodating with outside food. They won’t warm it for you and there were no microwaves in the room. That wasn’t very cool. It’s a good enough hotel but working on the flies and Internet would be very good. And microwaves in premier rooms like oceanfront rooms would be good.

Everything in this place is above and beyond except the housefly in the restaurant. We had to continuously fight against flies to eat our breakfast. I would like to thank the whole team for giving my dad a wheelchair and wheelchair accessible room.

The waiters/waitresses during meals need some training on place settings and table etiquette. The chefs made wonderful, fresh meals daily and attentive. Les chambres sont assez vétuste et les lits pas très confort mais l’hôtel est très beau avec de nombreuses piscine et un accès direct à la plage. The people working in the hotel are very nice and helpful. To have a great golf course around the corner is great. The animation team is weak, very seldom bech volley or water polo etc is happening, looks like they are more concentrated on the activities after dark, a pity if you want to have an active holiday

Amazing beach (and semi private with security👌). The public areas - lobby, bar etc have been renovated, they have obviously rebranded. Room wise - only ocean views are renovated since 2023. I hear the Garden View Rooms will also be renovated (i stayed in this category - it serves the purpose & we had partial ocean views. Only complaint is that the room does look very tired & the beds, pillows weren't the most comfortable). The food, staff, beach, facilities makes it worthwhile👌

Def wouldn’t recommend.The receptionist are not welcoming I was kept waiting for 4hrs yet I paid for my room through Expedi to make it even worser they conversed in “Swahili” talking about let’s send them away and even giggled about it. Mind you I just arrived and had jet lag. Their customer service is poor. I emphasis extremely poor! Loved the environment tho. Totally not worth the frustration

Very convenient location for Diani Beach! The monkey's are also a pleasant surprise. You are close to many touristy locations and restaurants! Only negative is room services' slow response to requests or issues. Besides that, wonderful place to stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the beach restaurant was closed due to wind damage and it is quite a maze to get to the beach. Very limited view of the ocean from the patio /common buildings. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The waiters/waitresses during meals need some training on place settings and table etiquette. The chefs made wonderful, fresh meals daily and attentive. The all inclusive package is a must have cocktails are included which was a nice touch.

Très bel hôtel avec un petit déjeuner incroyable et varié. Les chambres sont assez vétuste et les lits pas très confort mais l’hôtel est très beau avec de nombreuses piscine et un accès direct à la plage. Petit bonus pour les gardiens qui empêchent les raccoleurs d’importuner les touristes sur la plage.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the beach restaurant was closed due to wind damage and it is quite a maze to get to the beach. Very limited view of the ocean from the patio /common buildings. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
