We’re Peruvians and stayed at the hotel because we wanted to try it out. The location and the room views are exceptional. The gym is spectacular. We had an issue with the heating, which wasn’t working properly (I think since it’s new, they’re still calibrating it), but the staff did what they could to help us. The lobby is nice, but they keep the doors open, which makes it very cold and less inviting. Overall, we liked the hotel and are recommending it to our friends when they visit Lima.

Beautiful area and hotel. The staff was sneaky though by offering hotel transportation without mentioning a cost with the employee saying it’s a service offered by hotel. No mention of cost and upon check out $23 per trip to the restaurant. We were getting taxis for at a fraction in Peru Soles. Other than that very nice with good restaurants on the premesis.

Had to ask for clean ones to be brought to room. Very surprised by that in a hotelf this quality. Booked a reservation for supper, was sat outside in the cold with no heater, no placemat or dinner setting. Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is that no one told us we could have our included breakfast at The Market restaurant on the 3rd floor until we happened to go there on the eve of our second night for dinner. Far better than the Clubhouse, so we did enjoy their sumptuous breakfast buffet on our last day.

Very bad experience, I had a reservation for a suite, and a extra bed, upon my arrival they give me an regular room with double bed, pay for a suite, as you can see in my reservation. After my payment at the check out, they came with an extra charge, with the excuse of a mistake. Very bad attitude, nice hotel with bad staff.😒

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check in, the front desk asked me for a credit card for "incidentals." They said I would not be charged. This is normal, even in the US, so I obliged. Unfortunately, days after my trip I noticed they charged my CC approx. $150 extra in made-up taxes, even though I paid in full and Expedia's "Total" charge already included taxes and did not disclose any hidden fees from the hotel. After contacting the hotel, they were very dismissive and kept changing their excuse as to why they were warranted in fraudulently charging my CC, and refused to refund that particular charge. Just avoid this hotel and stay somewhere that you don't have to worry about being charged mystery fees.

We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is that no one told us we could have our included breakfast at The Market restaurant on the 3rd floor until we happened to go there on the eve of our second night for dinner. Far better than the Clubhouse, so we did enjoy their sumptuous breakfast buffet on our last day.

Hotel bem novo e moderno. Quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e com decoração de muito bom gosto. Oferece cinco opções de restaurantes no próprio hotel com preços compatíveis com restaurantes de alto padrão da cidade. A piscina no rooftop é excelente, com vista aberta para o oceano, excelente para ver pôr do sol no Pacífico. O espaço, porém, é um pouco pequeno em relação ao tamanho do hotel (costuma lotar facilmente). O spa é completo, bem equipado e com muitos serviços. Importante destacar que a piscina coberta mostrada nas fotos fica dentro do spa e o uso é cobrado à parte. Essa informação poderia estar mais clara antes da reserva. No geral, equipe muito atenciosa, eficiente e sempre disposta a ajudar. No conjunto, é facilmente uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Lima.

Beautiful area and hotel. The staff was sneaky though by offering hotel transportation without mentioning a cost with the employee saying it’s a service offered by hotel. No mention of cost and upon check out $23 per trip to the restaurant. We were getting taxis for at a fraction in Peru Soles. Other than that very nice with good restaurants on the premesis.

Paid for ocean view, they didn’t have it available. Also, the same staff that cleans the bathroom washes the glasses and cups in the bathroom sink. Disgusting. Had to ask for clean ones to be brought to room. Very surprised by that in a hotelf this quality. Booked a reservation for supper, was sat outside in the cold with no heater, no placemat or dinner setting. Would not stay here again.
