The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, and the washing machine and dryer on the 3rd floor were outdated. The bananas in the bowl in the lobby were not fresh. When checking out the cleaning lady would not wait for us to check out. She started checking the foom about 2 hours before check out.

Breakfast was so-so. Pancake machine makes rubbery pancakes. Heard Loud trucks and cars all night. AC was on when we arrived blowing cold tried to turn it down or off but none of the buttons worked, finally just turned power off to it. The pool was temporarily closed (one of the reasons we chose the hotel). The check in staff was very friendly.

Hotel is nice, clean, and updated. The pool is freezing cold and water is super cloudy/dirty feeling. They told me it was heated but I definitely isn't...maybe the room is heated but definitely not the water. Did not like that we checked in around 6:30pm and I could not change my card for payment as they had already processed it. Front desk clerk said if you arrive in the evening they just process the card on file and it can't be changed any longer. Breakfast was adequate. Probably won't stay again and will look for a place with a better pool. Area is nice and safe...but if the sound of cars on road bother you...I wouldn't recommend...the road is very loud out front.

Convenient location and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Gym has old and very limited equipment. The hotel did have a few bugs in the room on the wall at various times and my shower did not have hot water. Overall, I’d likely stay elsewhere.

Pool was closed with an undisclosed date to reopen, roomnhad wet carpet which smelled of mildew so we moved to another room which was better but still not great. Mattress was so so, and the shower head whistled. Staff was very apologetic but it's just poor condition of the hotel, not much they could do about it.

There where plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was very good. Kitchen and Dinning room very clean. The Cook was friendly, always smiling. The Gym and pool where clean and appealing. The Receptionists are nice and friendly. Half of the room window had a screen and the possibility to crack it open to get fresh air. I like that very much. One thing that I didn't like was the floor's cleanliness when we got the room assigned: dried mud-crumbs by the floor trim. (Probably from someone's shoes) Informed the Cleaning Lady about it, and she came with a vacuum cleaner full of dust, unable to suck those crumbs.

Centrally located to stores, restaurants, wine and spirits. Parking was easy, nice people working there. The only negative was that the pool was very cold and very dirty. The breakfast was really good. There were lots of selections. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Overall, not the worst, but not great. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. A mask was in one of the chairs in the room and a bottle of Old Spice was in the shower. I was a bit annoyed but that.

There were too many ants in the bathroom in the room I stayed in. In the tub, around the sink, on the ceiling, around the mirror. Very disgusting. Idk if pest control is a thing at this location but if so, pest control needs to do a better job. I only stayed there 1 night and killed over 10 ants, just in the bathroom. The toliet is gross too. Barely clean and it looks like it's going to fall apart.

Convenient location to why we were in town. Staff and lobby were good. Room bathroom was awful. Hair on floor, urine on front and both sides of toilet. Dirt/mold on ends of handicap bar in the shower. Dirty tile. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was mostly great. Service was terrific! One item of disappointment quality of construction of the bathroom. Vinyl tiles were loose and had mold under them and they switched out the light fixtures and switches with something smaller, but still left the wall paper that were covered by the old plates.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. It was very humid I the room and in the middle of the night when a thunderstorm started, we discovered the window leaked. Also, lots of ambient noise from doors slamming and people walking around late at night.

The room was clean but maintenance is lacking. Bathroom faucet was very loose and sink stopper didn’t work at all. Knob for heat lamp timer switch was missing. Heat/AC unit was inoperable but I was able to reset it and get in working myself. This is basic stuff that housekeepers should be reporting to maintenance and everything could be fixed in under 10 minutes.

As a 20 year veteran of IHG hotels, this was the worst experience in the chain. 1. Checked into a room that was recently smoked in, had to switch rooms. 2. From 2:05am to 2:45am a loud alarm was going off in a room on same floor. It woke up entire floor. It was someones phone. After 40 mins, and a middle night call to front desk, then a visit to front desk they finally went to investigate. 2:50am alarm was finally turned off. 3. 9am, stop by front desk to chat about the nights alarm, walk into the snack shop, grab a water to purchase. Treated like a criminal, saying I cant go into the store. No sign posted just an absolute rude, put that back, you can not go in there. Why have the store, if your not selling the product. 4. No shower curtain in room. Asked about it, they did not care Strangest and worst experience with IHG ever. Do not recommend, and absolutely 100% will drive a hour to avoid this place and there people.

From check in we found the staff to be professional and pleasant. She arranged connecting rooms for my adult daughter and us - without us asking - and that was special. The rooms were clean and well stocked. checkout was simple and each maid/custodian wished us a Happy Easter as we were leaving.

DO NOT BOOK WEDDING STAYS HERE!!!! You will be highly disappointed! The free breakfast was the best part and that too was sadly lacking. Made reservations months in advance. Check in took over an hour. I had to settle for incorrect rooms. The first room I received had a strong odor as of someone went fishing and left supplies in the room, the toilet had urine in and around it. It was not clean. I needed a conference room for 1 morning and 3 reg rooms for 2 nights. They let me down entirely on the conference room - refused to allow me to reserve it and claimed nobody knew how to book/charge a conference room so the solution was simply to not do so. I had a major event and many of the guests at that hotel stayed there because I referred them. The ones that did stay were disgusted. Two guests from our event canceled reservations due to unclean rooms at check in. Had I not already booked a limo, hair & makeup team, photographer, and sent my entire guest book a link to this hotel - I would have cancelled as well. I made it work because I had to but this was the absolute worst hotel experience ever. It was, however, a great topic of humorous discussion for an ice breaker to guests who did not previously know each other, so there was a rainbow to this storm.

This place is so gross it’s not even funny! The staff doesn’t care to help much when things are requested, breakfast stops at 9:30 and with a line full of people the refuse to put any more food out. Our sheets were never cleaned, we found wrappers and long strands of hair in our bed! If I could give this hotel 0/5 stars I would! Avoid at all cost!
