The stay was worth the cost. I would have like the Starbucks to actually have been functional as the blender was not working. In addition, the interior is slightly outdated. The location is GREAT however.

First when I booked the hotel we were not told that a construction was going on and the only morning we needed quite was pretty loud, then the elevators broke down and we were on the sixth floor pretty uncomfortable on top off that they didn’t even offer any discount or at least don’t charge us for parking. I will not stay there again

The hotel area was convenient was around a lot of eating areas and shopping along with the movies and bowling. However, the hotel elevator was not working the entire weekend and everyone had to use the freight elevator. No one was aware until the end of day. The staff was not helpful or had a willingness to help. They ran out of wash cloths, and there was no hot water. The lobby was nice and clean, but some of the floors were dark and had a mildew smell, but when you look at the hotel on the outside, you think the hotel was going to be absolutely amazing. They also lied and told us there was a $15 fee for one day for parking in the garage however during checkout they charge $15 a day which in all honesty probably should’ve waived that due to the elevator and the hot water issues.

I was disappointed with my recent stay, mainly because the pool, which was a major reason for booking the hotel, did not match the photos on the website. The pool edges were dirty and rusty, and I even found a chicken bone left under the Handicap Pool Lift. Additionally, the steps leading into the pool were loose and need tightening. The rusty edges made me too nervous to swim, and overall, the pool’s condition did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Liked the safety and quiet aspect of the location of the hotel and the close proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. Disliked the very poor maintenance of the pool area. The water was quite dirty, thus we were unable to use the pool in the course of my family's (2) week stay.

The Sheraton is currently in the middle of a loud construction project 8 AM to 7 PM every day. This isn’t mentioned. I asked if my room could be moved to a quieter location. After talking to three different people, I was told to turn in my keys So I could be moved to a higher floor, and was re-booked in the same room! In addition, my room was not cleaned the first night, when I politely told the front desk, I was given a bunch of grief, and still more grief when I requested the coffee that wasn’t replenished. The front desk staff was terribly rude and unhelpful, and I still have no idea if I could have been relocated to a quieter location in the hotel. I confess, I simply gave up asking.

The handicap room was at the end and close to the elevators, which was great! It was a nice corner room with lots of windows. It was on the 6th floor and looked out at an office building and a parking lot, so nothing particularly attractive, it was just nice having the sunlight. I didn't like that the comfortable chair and ottoman were next to the a/c air intake. It was chilly sitting there, so I moved it. There was a safe, an iron, and an ironing board, all of which were appreciated. The vending machines, which were only on the odd-numbered floors, were consistently out of water. So I did a lot of fruitless running around the first night. I bought a large bottle of water the next day from the drugstore. The next night, I had to go to two different floors to get a ginger ale. They also didn't have vanilla ice cream available. I tried to order it three different nights. The bathroom didn't have a vent, so the mirror fogged up after a shower. Annoying. It did have a heat lamp light by the shower, so it was warm in that spot when you stepped out. I liked that. The gym on the third floor was very nice. There were wipes for the equipment and towels, too. In addition to several treadmills, ellipticals, and bicycles, it seemed to also be well equipped with balls, ropes, and free weights. They had signs announcing an upcoming renovation to the lobby and rooms, so maybe some of my annoyances will be addressed the next time I need to stay there.

I have been coming here for years. Every year the condition of the property continues to deteriorate. The hardware in the shower is terrible. There was only one elevator of three working. The parking lot exit was broken! The only saving grace is the staff who are very nice. This property is just going downhill fast!!!

We have stayed here many times over the years. This time, our room was clean and tidy except for the carpet. It was DIRTY - large stains everywhere and it felt like there was still sticky residue from the carpet cleaner and we could not walk in bare feet. It was gross.

After a last minute cancellation at another hotel nearby, Ian, who was working the late shift on Saturday 6/14 at the Sheraton in Towson, well let me just say that he is a ROCKSTAR!! He was Incredibly helpful and swift in getting us the last available double queen bed room for the night. This place is impeccable. Extra spacious rooms, the walls smell like Vanilla?!!! (: We will be returning. Strongly recommend for friendly and experienced staff, extremely clean environment and sizable beds. 10/10 overall experience, not exaggerating!! Absolutely wonderful! THANK YOU!

The people that work here are very polite and helpful, but the hotel itself is worn down. The hotel is clean and safe, but the actual comforts for sleeping and bathing leave much to be desired. I travel a lot for work and I have never slept on such a worn out mattress. It sagged in the middle no matter where I slept on it. Every morning I woke up feeling stiff. Also, they tried to update the bathrooms, but they only put a facelift on them; it is clear that the faucet and tub are the original fixtures. The bath tub didn’t even turn off fully and dripped no matter how hard I tried to turn it off. This is such a waste of water and should be remedied! I except better from a property that charged so much a night. I have slept in better beds at 2 star hotels. I would skip this hotel if I were you.

I understand that this hotel is in the process of an update. The room we were in wasn’t updated and it was showing its age. It was terrible but it could have been better. The staff was confused when my parking pass wouldn’t open the gate. A guy that worked in the garage was able to resolve the issue.

The Sheraton has impressive amenities and is located in an excellent area. However, my recent stay at the hotel with my spouse left much to be desired. Specifically, we were unable to sleep because the guests in the rooms surrounding ours were loud and disruptive into the early morning hours (excessively loud music, doors repeatedly slammed, yelling/screaming, strangers pounding on our door). We had to call the front desk 2-3 times, but the issue was never adequately addressed. After we first informed staff of the noise, to their credit, they did send someone to instruct the other guests to be quiet. Our issue is that staff should have returned to our floor periodically to verify that their directive was being followed. This did not happen and the problem persisted. As a result, we had to call them at 3am and 4am to report ongoing issues. The noise persisted until 5 am and, at that point, we resolved ourselves to the fact that we would not be getting any sleep. We reported the issue again at checkout and were told that a manager would be calling us in the coming days. It has been more than a week and we have heard nothing. This lack of responsiveness on the part of the Sheraton staff is disapointing. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet.

After checking in I was advised of additional parking charges. A standard room was book and upon entering the room I was provided a handicap accessible room. I called the front desk and spoke with Randal who advised that due to high capacity he placed me in this room since I booked with a 3rd part and not directly with Sheraton directly. After being persistent and explaining I would like a standard room with an enclosed shower or tub so the entire bathroom floor wouldn’t be wet while trying to get ready. I was then told to wait outside the room someone would be up with new room keys immediately. After waiting 15 minutes I then went back to the lobby with all luggage asking for the key to the new room as I had been patiently waiting. After about 30 minutes of dealing with this inconvenience I was finally able to relax for the evening.

I booked a room. Check out was at 11:00am. as I’m sleeping alone (a female) not fully dressed a house keeper enters my room at 9:00am, no where near check out time. This hotel is very unorganized and unprofessional. I was told by manager “they will talk with housekeeping manager once they get it” which is very unprofessional, as a manger I feel you should handle that right away. It’s very disturbing as a female alone for some to walk in on you sleeping. I don’t feel safe after that. It should be some type of system to lest you know if a room is vacant or not. this stay was not comfortable at all!!!!

I booked my stay about two weeks ago paid for the room and the day of check-in two hours. After the check in time they sent an email saying that they could not accommodate my stay when I was on my way to the hotel I had to resort into finding another hotel last minute, it was very unprofessional after the room was already paid for I would not recommend this hotel

I have stayed there numerous times and almost always have a good experience. This time was different. It just felt off. No bottled water or QR code in room, as it usually is, lock on door was broken, no one answering phones at front desk and no one greeting at front door. Service was poor this visit. They did compensate with Bonvoy points, I appreciated that. New staff wasn't up to par. Seemed as though high turnover.

The hotel was very clean and rooms were top notch. The front desk service (male) was pretty rude and short when I checked in. Told me there was no doubles left to check in early I said fine we can go with a King and the a woman comes up next to me and asks the same thing and gets a room with 2 double beds. Kind of weird.

Nice hotel; good breakfast options; nice bar. Noisy as the renovation of club floor rooms continues. The drilling/hammering noise begins at 9 am and continues until 4 pm. Hotel is right across the street from the TowsonTowne Mall. Quite convenient!

We have stayed here countless times. We love the convenience to Towson University. It is about a $50-60 uber ride from the airport. This will save you daily parking fee of $14 as well if you just don't want to hassle with a car. There is a nice but pricey market across the street, and casual pizza place and taco shop. The staff is beyond professional and I love that one of the main housekeeper has been there for years. Our room decor is nice and always tidy~

Likes: the closeness to shops, local markets, and restaurants. And, most importantly, closeness to surgery center. Free parking and option for free breakfast. Dislikes: the very low bathroom toilets w/o any rails...hope you replace during projected renovations. Also, would have liked a shower cap.

We found this hotel to be in a safe, upscale part of Baltimore.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On site parking was very convenient. The property was. extremely well kept and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! All the staff we encountered was extremely helpful and very friendly. Hotel was conveniently located beside the eye surgical center which we were taking my father. There are lots of food options and shopping close by. Room was large and comfortable. Ate snack and breakfast in hotel dining area. Both were fantastic.

Having to download an app to use a dryer was a first for me and a bit frustrating, but I got it done, and now I know. The bathroom in rm 614 needs an update. The breakfast buffet was fair, but the coffee was excellent, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I will stay again and recommend the hotel to those looking for a very nice place that is a good value. The bar was an excellent place to drink, grab a bite, and watch the O's! The bar food I had was excellent (empanadas). I overheard a very seasoned traveler tell the bartender that his crabcakes were as good as any he had ever tasted in 40 years of business travel.

We used to stay at this hotel while our daughter was attending college nearby. Great location and nice rooms, although the air conditioner was noisy and inefficient. *The best part of my one night stay was dining at the restaurant, RAIN. Chef Mike went above and beyond to prepare delicious appetizers and Chicjen Parmigiana for three of us. Our waiter, Devere, was also exceptional; he was friendly, attentive and professional. If you stay here, you must visit the restaurant!

I ordered room service burger and fries with a side of ranch. Burger was great fries not very hot and I didn't get any ranch. My online order showed ranch but the ticket on delivery did not. Delivery said I should put ranch in comments but then why is it a selection on the order. I called and was brought ranch with additional fries since I was using ranch for the fries and the original fries were now cold. Staff was great when I called to report I ordered ranch.

Our stay was great. The room met our needs, the staff was always very helpful. A couple downsides… 1. The AC didn’t seem to quite get our room cool enough. We tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t seem to register a decrease in temperature. 2. I ordered breakfast to go in the restaurant onsite. Nobody was at the check-in counter when I showed up. I saw one server (she saw me too) but she went on with her business. I thought that was a little strange. And then finally, an older gentleman came up to the check-in stand, and he passed me on to the one female server. She took my order and it was at that point what I noticed as I sat next to the kitchen, she was the only one actually working in the customer side of the restaurant. Of course, a chef in the back was preparing food. But I noticed 3 to 4 gentlemen walking in and out of the kitchen area, not doing much of anything. Two of those gentlemen were in nicer suits, so I imagine it was above their station to actually help the one female server doing all the work on the floor. This is obviously just an observation, but it is what it looked like from a customer. Shoutouts: 1. The very tall gentleman that checked me in. He was very kind and thorough. 2. The waitress in the restaurant. She was doing the best she could given those around her. 3. Sharay (sp?)… the lady getting the Marriott members lounge together. She held herself together while getting the breakfast area set up. She seasoned the powdered eggs so well! 😄👍
