Clarion Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Airport

This hotel needs some work and needs to be thourougjky cleaned. Our friend had to ger a differnt room because of water in the floor in the bathroom and it wasnt cleaned thoroughly. Limited hot menu. The women who checked us in was very nice and helpful. They were short staffed, so she was there from late at night til the next morning when she was setting up breakfast and keeping it stocked. A very hard worker. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The fridge was broken and the front desk wouldn’t move me. They put me right next to one of the stairwell doors and all night that’s all I heard was it slamming shut. The room was not clean at all. I would avoid this place like the plague. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would.

We felt very welcome at the hotel. We recomended

No shower gead just pipe coming out of wall. Could not get any of the doors except the main doors. When we checked we were told they had continental breakfast. Went down in the morning and there was no breakfast just a closed sign.

The room was spotless, the towels were neatly folded, the shower was clean, pretty good, and overall the room was neat and clean when we got there.
