This delightful little hotel maintains the feel of small Greek hotels from days gone by — yet it’s been modernized in all the ways that count. And it hides a secret — a secure, well-lit, 24-hour parking garage in the basement of the establishment. Plus, there are other parking lots and ample street parking close by. It’s also adjacent to a busy shopping district, the majestic Municipal Concert Hall and several spectacular Orthodox churches. My room has a mini-fridge and a safe. (Curiously, the safe is not bolted down!) I also appreciated the fact that the shampoo, body wash and soap were produced in Greece and NOT the ubiquitous “PRC” (China). Every Greek hotel should be supporting Hellenic industry. One small glitch was that the WiFi was out — something the desk clerk attributed to a neighborhood-wide, days-long outage. Fortunately the 4G signal in my room was adequate and I have unlimited data on my Greek plan.

Great friendly Staff, parking a bit of a hassle but at least there was parking in this area , rooms comfortable and served its purpose , museums and great restraunts at harbour 10 min walk !! Check out Barong!!!

Hotel handy for shops and cafes and only 10 minutes taxi ride to cruise terminal. Reception staff friendly and comfortable seating area. Lift to room the smallest imaginable 2 people max and a squeeze with cases. Room clean with Aircon, small TV and fridge very basic with small window, but ok for a couple of nights.

The room i booked and advertised via Expedia was totally different from the room i was offered in the property.Rooms are old and outdated. The toiled was leaking and the bathroom was full of toilet water. Although requested to change room, as i believe something like this is unacceptable, i was assured that the problem was fixed. Until the next day were toilet leaking again.

Stay was nice and close to the metro and port however the hotel smells like smoking and the rooms were not the cleanest. As well, area around the hotel is very dirty and does not feel the safest.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and cold AC was amazing!!! It was close to shops and restaurants and near the ports. Someone commented about the staff holding the keys at the front and I personally was grateful for this option bc my purse is tiny and the keys are bulky and full metal (heavy). To me it was a convenience vs. annoyance. Easy to get in/out of area. pleasant stay, I would recommend and stay here again.

Traveled as a single mom with my 11 year old daughter. I seriously found everything about this hotel exceptional. The bathroom was on the smaller side for a plus size person but not enough for me to complain about I’m only sharing as a reference for folks such as myself on the heavier side. Staff was excellent and always available to help. The surrounding area had everything we needed in walking distance. We arrived late at night and left before sun rise, always felt very safe.

Overall look of the hotel is superb with nice front desk personnel always ready to help. With several steps going up the hotel registration, the front manager always helped in carrying our baggages to the upper floor. Very nice person.

We stayed here one night before a cruise, we arrived at 2am which was no problem for the hotel. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel is semi-updated but everything is clean and in good repair, a very nice 2* property. Best part is the location 1/2 block from the X96 airport bus stop in case you’re rolling in very late and still wanted to save the 70 euro cab fare.

Nous arrivions pas a dormir et avait faim cers 2h30 le matin car nous etiont jetlag. La personne a l'accueille nous a donc donner du thé avec des biscottes. Le lendemin bon dejeuner et le personnel très gentil et respectueux. Je recommande cette place.
