The facility was pretty dirty. The pool was unavailable, which was unfortunate. It is close to the National Western Complex, booking through Expedia offered free breakfast, and parking was free. Those points aside, next time we would be willing to drive farther for a better hotel.

Slow check in. Corridors look worn and somewhat haphazard. Entrance doors around the hotel don't work... must come through the front entrance. Room looks nice, but could use a small table. Otherwise, nice room. Bed could use a light blanket, as a comforter is too heavy for summer use.

My first floor room window had no lock and could be opened from either side, the whole way. They fixed it, but i was lucky to notice it - which i only did because the room stank of cigarette smoke. I was able to use some scented spray the front desk provided which helped, but it was still gross. The front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and did their best. No free breakfast, which was noted on rental, but that doesnt bother me because i dont eat breakfast usually. Floors coming apart, locks broken on public areas, the fitness room was a joke woth faulty cable machine.

This looks like at one time was a very nice hotel. It now has conference rooms full of carpet, chairs and other “things.” Fitness room is empty with an old water fountain on the floor. No restaurant at all. Good price but needs a big face lift.

This place was really run down. It looked like they were trying to update things but it just wasn't there yet. The room that I got had a major leak in the bathroom ceiling/walls. The room was overall clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed because the pool was outside and the breakfast was not included in the price. I may have missed that information somewhere.They also said that the pool was heated but it was not very warm and the hot tub was not an appropriate temperature for a hot tub. The surrounding area was not great and someone tagged my car while it was parked in the lot. I don't blame the hotel for this, but it is something to be aware of.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was under construction and was a bit creepy. Also there is no longer a pool. It seems the hotel is closing soon and repairs seemed to be completed as cheap as possible.

This is a zero frills budget hotel. The photos are old and misleading showing the hotel in better condition that it currently is in. The pool is permanently closed, there is no working restaurant or bar. The breakfast is as bare bones as you could possible make it and still call it a breakfast. They put car air fresheners in the AC units to make the rooms smell “nice”. The water from the pipes is not what I’d call clean. The elevator reminded me of a scene from the movie Saw. But if you need a cheap place to stay near downtown Denver it’s not the worst option. My bedding was clean, the internet and cable TV worked. The toilet flushed, the shower worked fine and the towels were clean. It’s just not a nice hotel by any means and shouldn’t be confused as one on Expedia or any other site.

There were no bar or restaurant facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were just holes in the ground filled with dirt, the hotel was not in proximity to any of the restaurants, venues, or transportation stations that were stated in the description. We had no choice but to leave and find a new place to stay. Feel the description of this property was a complete falsehood.

Laundry machines do not work properly. Also when needing quarter's to wash front staff never has quarters nor have a machine that gives change. Dissatisfied that the free breakfast is gone. Now you have to pay extra to get breakfast. Doesn't provide even a free little morning snack nor coffee. Have coffee in room but not what I expected. Rooms are acceptable also pool and hallways. Also dislike the fact that the hallways smell like pill smokers. Especially by the 2 and 3rd floor elevators. Staff is wonderful 👍 no issues.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it at all costs. I left after only a few hours because of the constant noise and people arguing in nearby rooms. The place reeked of smoke, and the room itself was filthy. even the shelves were falling apart. The staff are really nice but hotel needs a revamp. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

The room felt extremely neglected, the shower head was leaking and spraying in all directions, including all the way through the shower curtain across the room to the door and on the ceiling, soaking all of our belongings on the bathroom counter. The floors were so gross that our feet were literally black, showing that they had not been swept or mopped and who knows how long. And there was stains and spots with crumbs that looked like they could’ve been from potentially bodily fluids on the comforter under the bed covers showing that not everything was being cleaned at all. There’s an abundance of dust all around the bed bases, and we felt so disgusted that we did not even stay for our final night that we reserved and paid for. Overheard strange character in the hallway on the phone saying he was hiding out from doing a hit-and-run. I do not recommend!!

There were cockroaches in my room and bathroom. The hotel may have looked decent, years ago, but it is totally run down now. And it was incredibly noisy at all hours. Breakfast was awful too. Should have stayed at a Best Western.

Booked this hotel to stay in but by time I woke up in the morning I had realized that the pillow I was using had blood spots on it and it sure wasn’t from me. My mother that also had another room stated that she found a cockroach in her rooms bathroom. Overall it was a decent hotel for just an overnight stay, the complementary breakfast was good though.

Presentation of the hotel was worn down and unkept. The cleaning staff did a great job despite what they were working with, My room appeared clean as well as the bed but the room had a smell of pet urine that I tried to make go away by cranking up the A/C. I checked in at 6PM and checked out at 1 AM AND left in my car rental. I ended up trying to get some sleep in the car near the airport in a random parking lot.

We moved our first room because it smelled like dog. We had a pubic hair on the toilet seat. Eyelash on pillowcase. 2 spiders and a moth. Dust bunnies in the bathroom. The shower was dirty and we felt dirty after showering. I lifted the alarm clock and it was sticky underneath. There was also a curly coarse hair next to the alarm clock. The carpet was stained in multiple places. Overall it was a horrible experience. Absolutely filthy.

The front doors weren’t working and causing an alarm. The room appeared clean but out of the three lamps in the room, only one had a lamp shade. The other two were bare bulbs. The room had two adjoining room doors that made it very loud. It sounded like the people and the crying baby were standing at the end of the bed. There are no room darkening curtains so at 6 am the room was very bright. Had one of the worst night sleeps. The check in was quick and easy but the property and rooms seem rundown.

The staff was very nice. Beds are comfortable. The did not serve coffee at breakfast. The only coffee we could have in our room only had 1 coffee, 2 sugars, 2 sweet n lows, and 2 creamers.The were special coffees that could be purchased but we were not told that until the day we were leaving. The hallways also needed sweeping. There were french fries in the hallway. In the bathroom in our room, the bathroom faucet and handle were not fully attached to the wall. Also, there is only 1 way out of the room, through the entry door. The slider that used to be there was sealed shut. It was not very comforting.

The room itself was ok, but has some minor blemishes: a few outlets didn’t work, an electrical strip concealing cords was falling off the wall, the door was scratched, but the bed and shower were fine. The odor in the hallway outside the room was mysterious (in a bad way). The area around the hotel is not great, and looks unsafe to be out after dark. The breakfast was fine, typical hotel “wet egg” and potatoes. For the low price we paid, I shouldn’t be surprised, but I did read several reviews from recent stays and their findings were far better than our experience.

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.

Everything was perfect location good easy access to I-70 and I-25. Easy access to downtown, Thornton, Westminster. Rooms and linens were really clean. Front desk was great besides one young snotty blonde girl with glasses. I could’ve done without her attitude. Housekeeping is great. They offer you a free breakfast. Definitely going to be my go to place when I’m staying in Denver.

Not enough staff, only 1 set of towels in room (needed 2 sets) - asked for another set 20min before check out and was declined another set; elevator not working well - got stuck. I have a disability and was also hit by a drunk driver last week and needed a little more time before 11am. The front desk stated No and I had to out be of the room before 11am or be charged $50 and placed on the DNR list.

The front end woman was rude. We were told if we didn't like something we didnt have to stay!! Rooms were not great very big room tiny ass bathroom where the toilet runs all the time. I'll never stay again for the simple fact of dont stay if you don't like it. That is NOT a proper response in the hotel business.

The front end woman was rude. We were told if we didn't like something we didnt have to stay!! Rooms were not great very big room tiny ass bathroom where the toilet runs all the time. I'll never stay again for the simple fact of dont stay if you don't like it. That is NOT a proper response in the hotel business.

Run down old Radisson hotel that’s been renovating for years now. Majority of the rooms aren’t even available. What little staff they have are not pleasant or accommodating at all. When we checked in were giving our key to our room. Turns out someone else was already in the room. Pretty much walked in on him. almost didn't get a king bed room. It was the worst stay I have been at.

The Staff was good but the hotel is in an industrial park and there are homeless people everywhere. They didn’t mess with anything but they were everywhere inside and out.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and surprisingly very nice considering the price. The location was a little weird and out of the way, but it was close to the Ball Arena concert venue I was attending— which was nice. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.

Very convenient location and free parking but close to the train tracks with lots of noise. Stayed for one night while passing through which was all I would recommend. Many trucks in the parking lot with a few drivers drinking outside of their trucks in the parking lot. Nothing nearby in walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good.

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.

While this hotel was close to downtown Denver, the location seemed isolated. I had a bad feeling about the hotel from the start. I am a woman and stayed there alone. When I returned to my room after leaving for awhile, there was a crumpled up napkin on my door handle. I got the feeling that I was being targeted. Later in the night someone knocked softly on my door twice. I called the front desk told them someone was knocking on my door and I was scared. This was around 12:45am. The man said he would check the cameras and if it happened again to call him and he would come up to check. Around 2:00 am someone knocked again. I called the front desk and he said he was coming right up. I never heard back from him so I don't know what he found, but nobody knocked again. Needless to say, I was very frightened and hardly slept. I called down and asked someone to escort me to my car in the morning. The staff were friendly enough for helping me. On another note, the bathroom sink was clogged and backing up. The walls were dirty in the bathroom. The bed seemed clean. The room smelled strongly of smoke. I would have asked to change rooms upon check in, but I was in a hurry to get to where I was going.

Place is a little worn down but our room was nice, clean, comfortable bed, appliances working good, bathroom was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub open and working. Enjoyable it was. Most of all the continental breakfast was hot and delicious. Reasonable price for a great 2 nights stay.

It was a good stay. The only complaint I have is when you get there they say you need to purchase breakfast seperately which is like $12 an adult. In the hotels.com app it says it's an included amenities. If it's not included in the price then hotels.com should say breakfast needs to be purchased separately but is an amenity to the hotel. This is misleading and will get lots of grief for this. Luckily the lady there that morning gave us the breakfast. No way I'm paying $12 a person for the hotel breakfasts.

The property was centrally located, close to freeway and ball park, they cheated me out of the breakfast buffet, the resvation said amenities included, breakfast, they said that it only indicated that they were available.

Facility did not honor "included amenity" breakfast. Charged $12 per person. Said it was an inconsistentcy with 3rd partying booking. Had to tell them twice the toilet would not property flush. Still wasn't fixed. Had to use the lobby facilities. No blow dryer in room. Desk personnel nice, but ee were informed they had no power to really resolve problems. Were not offered a room change over toilet issue. Presumably because hotel had no vacancies.

This hotel was so uncomfortable and terrible vibes. Im not very familiar with the area but the pictures I saw when booking, made it look like a good hotel. When we got there, there were half naked women outside when we walk up to the doors. Then more came out of the elevator when we were checking in. Front desk wanted my vehicle details, including plate#. Hmm I think not! I've never had a hotel ask me for that information before. My family and i went to our room and it smelled terrible in there. Found strands of hair on the desk and in the bed. There was what looked to be a lipstick stain on one of the beds. A door that lead to an adjacent room, that we were not informed about prior and barely an actual lock on it. We were so uncomfortable. We left and did not come back. I called a family member that was an hour and half away and we were able to stay at her house. We lost our money on that stay since we didn't stay there but had every intention to before we actually got there saw how terrible it is. That'll teach me to stray from Marriott hotels just to save a few bucks.

I've been here quite a few times I picked this one over any of the other ones in Denver and it's always clean the rooms are always nice the people there the staff is nice the ones that you can understand and all in all it's good and it's priced at a good price the only thing I wished it had was the food place opened longer more choices that way cuz there is no places if around there if you don't have the vehicle
