I booked online, the pictures looked nice, showed a pool and hot tub, very nice. Also showed a nice, full breakfast area with muti food choices. When we got to our room, carpet had stains on it, beds did look clean. Refrigerator freezer so full of ice, I could not store anything in it. Bathroom clean but only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and no washcloths. Upon looking for the pool area, found it locked, and pool empty and very dirty looking. Same for hot tub. Ice machine located in this area had "out of order sign" on it. In the morning, all for breakfast was dry cereal in dispensers, a pitcher of unknown milk type on the counter-no fridge, coffee and hot water, bread for toast. Disappointing. We had to go out and eat before heading on the road.

Check-in was quick and efficient- I was assigned to a corner room on the lower floor by the stairwell and there was quite a bit of noise. Room appeared to be partially renovated with linoleum flooring instead of old carpet. There were visible insects on the floor and flying around in the room. No breakfast was offered, despite it stating it was complementary on the listing. Pool was locked.

This place should be condemned by the health department. I have never left a bad review, but future travelers should be warned. It was FILTHY, and it was apparent the minute we walked in. I don't think the toilet had ever been cleaned. There were clumps of dirt on the floor. We had been traveling for 15 hours and were dead tired or we would have left. We wish we had because I am covered in bedbug bites. There was even no soap! We have stayed in inexpensive motels before and were comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness. I am now washing all the clothes in our suitcases, and our vacation has been ruined. Do Not Stay in this place.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the tub and the shower stall was dirty. The rooms are located outside and was a lot of noise outside of the rooms. If you are a female traveling alone, do not stay here. The pictures online are deceiving

This place was garbage, mold, mildew, the shower curtain was filthy, the toiled had been cleaned in what seemed forever, towel hanger was broken, sagging dry wall from a leak, bugs everywhere, smelled terrible, carpet was old and crusty from not being cleaned the list goes on and on. I do not recommend this place ever to anyone!!

The entire property was filthy. Floors hadn't been swept in who knows how long. Cheap sheets, uncomfortable bed. They said breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00. We went over at 6:10. The lights weren't even on. No coffee. No juice. No anything.

Room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed in months. Bed cover was stained and dirty. Smelled of smoke. Bathroom had hair, dirt and toe nail clipping behind the door. Towels were stained. And there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Checked out the next morning was supposed to be there a week. Talked to the desk person after a 25min wait for someone to show up. asking for a refund because of concerns and was told I needed to call the 3rd party I booked with. Contacted Hotels.com and they worked on it and only got $90 back on a $300 trip. Don’t stay here it’s horrible.

Smells like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room, not as inviting as the photos suggested. Very old everything and I can’t say I even feel safe here, the curtains won’t even close all the way, and the shower leaves much to be desired…not worth the almost $60 a night, that’s for sure. Needs were clean and we got a good rest in for our long travel which is why we have it a 3 otherwise I would have scored it a 1 due to the smell, noise in the middle of the night that would us up and we're not even sure what it was or where it was coming from. We think it was the plumbing from the room next door. Tub was so old and dingy that we did not shower. The curtains had something brown and chunky on them, so we know they've never been cleaned in days or even years. I'd only stay there in a pinch again simply for the fact of the clean bed.

The room was ok. You get what you pay for. I stayed on a weekend night, so it was twice as much as a weekday rate. The bed, i was tired, when i layed down i was out. I got 6 hrs sleep total the previous 2 nights. So i guess id say the bed was decent. The shower, no complaints. The white towels, hand towels, wash rags, and sheets though, were stained up.pretty good. My one towel.looked like it had washed a few cars and improperly washed. Sheets had black stains. I couldnt get my front door to close from the outside. They showed me, you have to unlock the door with the key, turn the handle and close it. I dont know if thats something new or a messed up.door. i guess its a way you wont forget your key. Breakfast was 3 types of cerial, 2 types of bread, butter. Milk and coffee. That was it. So if you eat breakfast at your hotel, this may not be the place for you. The dinning room area has more tables then it can accommodate. If tables were full, their would be no moving around. You sit at one table, youre in the walkway or your back is against another table. Overall, if youre like me, and just need a place to sleep, its sub ok.

It had a bed and bathroom, and it was better than sleeping in my car. Unfortunately that's all I can say was good. Pillows were tiny and lumpy, bathrooms were dirty (one toilet not even flushed upon our arrival), sink was dirty, ac didn't work, tv remote didn't work, wifi didn't reach our rooms, and breakfast was pathetic. We needed two rooms and both were equally bad. We didn't bother asking for a better room figuring they didn't have them if both rooms were that bad. The pictures on Expedia did not match what our room looked like furniture wise. That's not a big deal. I'm willing to try out an older hotel because frequently they are clean and a good deal. This was not the case this time. I will not be returning to this location.

They called and verified I had a reservation with them and asked what time I would get in. I said midnight and they said that was fine they would have a receptionist to check me in. I showed up at midnight and all the doors were locked and there were no receptionists working. I ended up having to get another hotel.

No frills property…low cost with zero of the extra perks that we never use like business center etc. located off of I-80 so easy to find and next to a convenience store-which some can say be a tad noisy (if you need total silence this is not the place for you). Staff is very nice and helpful. Room clean and spacious, parking right by our room. Only negative was tv was not a smart tv so if you bring an Amazon stick or roku, you will be unable to use it. Prime location as plenty of places to eat close by and Walmart in case you forget something. This is definitely a place we will come back to as it fits our needs/wants and doesn’t cost an arm or a leg.

The man at the front desk was very kind. We appreciated the low price. The place has potential if only they could maintain. Many of the reviews are true, breakfast isn’t currently offered and the needed updates are many. Checkout was easy peasy, just put the key in the box. I’m putting three stars because I hope that they will continue to improve the place as it really is a good price and convenient location. But a vacuum before the next customer uses the room would be a great improvement.

I came in a bit early. The woman at the desk could have checked me in but made me wait a half hour to make a point. Sometimes she'd disappear for long lengths of time as people entered and waited. And a very poor/rude attitude. I can't believe they'd hire someone like that. Don't stay here.

I would frequent this hotel because of its location and affordability but I waited for 20 minutes for someone to finally come to the front desk and check in. I rang the bell several times and even tried calling numerous times. Finally a maintenance person saw me and went to get the front desk clerk. Since I booked through Expedia he refused to give me a discount or even a voucher for a future stay.

If you happen to be making a documentary about the worst hotel in America, this place is for you. I cannot imagine how this place could have any real reviews above poor/terrible. We needed a place to sleep after driving 13 hours. We were exhausted, but it was still hard to sleep with the feeling that someone likely just tucked the sheets back in after someone leaves. The most basic standards of cleanliness do not exist here. The toilet had a ring in it as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The towels were literally stained brown as if they were used shop towels. There were No pillowcases, and the pillows smelled like B.O. The exterior of the hotel is as hideous as the inside. Broken grills lying around, the second-floor walkway looked like it was going to fall off the building. I'm generally not picky and didn't expect much, but this place shouldn't be in business. The entire area reeks of manure because of the truck stop next door. Do not spend your money here

This is an older place behind a truck stop and the rate was cheap. Our room was fine. Expedia advertised free breakfast and at check in the clerk said it would be served at 6AM, but in the morning there was no staff to be found and no breakfast. Pet fee was listed as $10 on the hotel's page on Expedia but we were charged $25. Also on the hotel's page, it says 'Breakfast included' but when we asked if they serve breakfast, the receptionist just answered "No." Room looked clean but we found some food crumb and a gallon jag under the bed.

Easily the worst hotel I have ever been to. Lied about the pool that hasn’t worked in years and free breakfast was leftover from someone’s home and milk that was warm. Have lots of pics if you want to see for yourself. And won’t ever use hotels.com again. In my life cause no way to get ahold of them and no one to cha be hotels when we showed up and it was a lies.
