Quality Inn & Suites Omaha Chalco

Hotel was older and didn't appear to have an elevator but was well maintained and clean. Room was nice and comfortable and included refrigerator and small microwave. TV was very small. Breakfast was adequate, although if having biscuits and gravy it seems like you could warm the biscuits rather than putting them out right out of refrigerator and very cold. Staff was helpful but had to wait awhile at night for the desk attendant to return from whatever they were doing to check in. Responsive once they were there. Reasonable room for a reasonable price.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night and this was the perfect place for that. The room was clean and orderly, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very kind.

The room smelt terrible. Smelt like mildew as soon as we walked in and when you turned on the water another smell began. There was no shower curtain. Positive: front desk staff was very kind

We were traveling for my daughter's surgery follow up and needed a special room for her but they did not have one that would accommodate us so we were going to make do with the room we had, but upon check in, unbeknownst to us, the night clerk, TJ, had made arrangements for us to accomodate her stay. He made sure the room would work for her needs before check in and even helped us carry our luggage to our room. He went above and beyond our expectations with the service he provided. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and stocked and everything was very good. They provided waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit and juice. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. We can not thank them enough for making our stay as comfortable as it was and for making accommodations for us without even asking.

It was a good facility for the price and the selection on there breakfast was good
