施設、スタッフ対応は良かったです。チェックイン前にスーツケースも預かってくれますし、駅、商業施設等々極近なので大変便利。部屋もシンプル且つ清潔、広くはないですが、最低限の設備は整っています。が、1つだけ残念なのが大浴場です。部屋のテレビから混雑状況が確認できる仕様ですがその情報が全くリンクされておらず「空席あります」の表示に騙され向かってみると、ロッカーに空きはない、浴室の中は裸でシャワー待ちの列ができている…浴槽に入るにも出るにも、身体を洗うにもとにかく並ばなければならないという今まで経験したことのない状況でした。ちなみにシャワーの数は6個、脱衣場のドライヤーは3個程度でしょうか。規模が小さいのは仕方ないにしても、混雑状況が反映されないのでは役に立ちません…因みに10分前から何回も確認したのでリアルタイムではないという言い訳は通りません。たまたま集中したと言うのかもしれませんが、私が到着してから終えるまでの間も続々と来ましたから…30分以上間違いなく大混雑状況でした。どうぞご注意くださいませ。

An excellent hotel which is a very short walk from the main train station. A 7/11 convenience store is even closer to the hotel. Also close to the hotel are entrances to the shopping underpass ichi ban gai which also allows easy access to shopping centres such as Aeon without having to cross streets. The hotel itself has a large reception area with very helpful staff many of whom speak English. Breakfast is in a large room with plenty of seating, and has a very good breakfast buffet. Outside breakfast hours that room is used for free coffee/a rest area etc. Laundry and public bath on (from memory) 10th floor - I didn’t use the public bath myself but I did overhear that as is normal in Japan it’s not available to those with large tattoos. My room was clean, modern and comfortable. My only issue was that I booked one of the smaller size rooms and the mini fridge was too small for me (e.g. I couldn’t fit normal 500 ml bottles in the door tray). I also thought the desk was too close to the bed, as when sitting in the chair the chair back was right up against the bed. Room was otherwise perfectly functional and spotless - more than happy to stay in this hotel again although next time I’ll book the next room size up !

2泊の連泊で利用しました。駅から南側となり、中央口（東側）の位置となります。駅からのアクセスの良さで選びましたが、大正解でした。主に路面電車やJRを（瀬戸内海線）利用しましたが、全くストレスなく移動できました。朝食なしのプランを選んでいましたが、結局朝食券を購入し２日ともホテルで朝食を頂きました。名物料理を頂けるしなんと言ってもおいしい！から。また朝・夜は大浴場でのくつろぎがたまりませんでした。１０階のマッサージチェアが２つ設置されていて無料で利用できるのはとても良いと思いました。オン・オフどちらにもお勧めです。

事前チェックインメールが来たけどできなかった。エクスペディアからだと無理なのかも？それでもフロントでスムーズにできたのでよかったです。大浴場のある階のお部屋でお風呂入るには便利でした！ただ夜10時頃に叫んでる人がいた💦2回くらいだけど。これはホテルは関係なく宿泊者の問題ですね。ランドリーもう少しあればいいのになと思いました。

我訂了禁菸房，但從進入酒店電梯就聞到菸味，進入房間也是滿滿的菸味，所以立馬跟大廳櫃檯反應，對方表示會協助除臭並請我離開房間2小時。但3小時後當我返回房間，還是有菸味只是比剛入住時變淡了一些，我仔細聞了一下這些味道都是從地毯跟木頭櫃子飄出來的，代表房間長年有人吸菸，只是現在變成禁菸房而已，這真的對不抽煙的旅客來說十分過份。所以如果你無法接受菸味千萬不要住這間飯店，因為他們的房間就是會有菸味。除了菸味，其他設施就是非常傳統的日本經濟酒店，床跟枕頭沒有特別好睡就是標準經濟酒店的水準，房間非常昏暗，也無法閱讀，入房就是睡覺。優點就是離車站近，步行5分鐘就到。對面是Aeon大賣場，shopping方便。早餐也還可以，日式早餐，選擇不多但清淡美味，也能吃飽。酒店1F也有讓你隨時喝咖啡飲料，算是方便旅客的小服務。他們還有大浴場但我沒使用。此外，空調沒有作用，入住當天天氣轉冷約15度，但即使我把空調溫度調到30度我還是得穿厚衣服睡覺，不然冷到不行。整體來說這是我在日本旅行20年來住過最差的一次住宿，以這樣的價錢，必須忍受菸味跟寒冷，真的不值得。

The staff were kind, the property is stuck in the 70’s. Asked for non smoking room, but got a smoking room. Carpet sticky and needed to wear sandals inside the room. Bedding and curtains stank. It gave me a head ache. Okayama is not it!

The entire hotel felt very dated and could do with a refurb. Our room had a funky smell (not sure if it was a smoking room once upon a time?) There was no air con and the bed felt small. But everything was fully functioning and clean, and the tea/coffee and biscuits etc were a bonus. Overall it was fine, it just doesn't live up to other hotels that are similarly priced but much more modern!
