The hotel is good but a bid dated. The rooms could do with a renewal, the furniture looked ok but a bit old. For a five star hotel, I was expecting more amenities in the bathroom, which was quite basic. The restaurant was a bit expensive and food was ok. I understand that this is next to the airport so you need to pay a premium for that but the food was ok not mind blowing. The staff was polite although they mixed up things a couple of times showing that processes need to be reinforced to avoid things slipping. Again for a five star hotel you should expect better. The swimming pool was good and there is a sort of sento which is nice. Overall a good solid hotel but there is room for improvement.

The hotel facilities were modern and stylish, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway and staycation. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
