Trendy & Vibrant Unit City Experience

My staff arrived to no paper products of any kind not sure if there is a cleaning company that forgot to restock, but they did have to go out at 8:30 at night. I purchased toilet paper, paper towel, and Kleenex.Adam was made aware of this, and he apologized, just very inconvenient.

Everything was really nice and well kept up!

This is a basically furnished apartment in a large complex. It was clean. However, when we arrived, the bathroom sink was broken and when you turned it on, it’s spilled water all over the back and the floor. We informed the owner immediately of this problem on Thursday night when we arrived. On Monday it was still not fixed. I contacted him again and finally someone came to fix it on Wednesday, six days after we arrived. It was the only bathroom, and the only sink. He said on Thursday that he was putting in a maintenance request. I can’t understand why he simply did not call a plumber. Everything else was fine on the rental, but that was very inconvenient and unacceptable. Renters need a working bathroom sink.

Clean convenient apartment with nice amenities

This is the 2nd property I've used to stay in and couldn't be happier about the experience. This apartment is upgraded with fresh furtniture and fixtures. It is big enough, but yetnice and cozy. Very convenient to dowtown Rochester Hills and just the perfect place to stay!
