No housekeeping for our 3 day stay. There was debris on the floor in the hallway to our room for the entire stay- obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. It’s a newer hotel but seems poorly kept.

Newer hotel so was nice. In house laundry that guests can use free of charge was awesome. Only downfall was that I stayed for a week, checked out Saturday and checked back in that Saturday evening, walked into the room and hadn’t been cleaned. Same room from the week before, so essentially went 2 weeks without fresh sheets or clean towels. Had to continuously go down to front desk for clean towels. Asked on multiple occasions for the room to be cleaned and sheets to be changed. Came in the day before check out from working all day to only the little trash can of trash taken out. Nothing swept, no clean sheets and no clean towels. I doubt I’d stay there again, especially for a long period of time.

The room hadn't been cleaned...there was hair everywhere. Kitchen counter had left behind food. Towels had other people's hair in it. Bed sheets had stains. I was anle to get another set of sheets but had to make the bed myself. People left dirty towels and trash in the hallways each day. I'm not sure why, but I felt like I was walking through trash town and had to watch where I was walking. Breakfast was lame. Only hot foods were fake eggs and potatos with bacon bits, coffee and oatmeal. I'm not staying here again and definitely not recommending.
