The staff at the hotel were so friendly. The location is great. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. I didn’t realize that the room had only one very small window that faced a wall, so don’t go here if you want a view. The hotel does not have on site parking either. We ended up parking in a lot 1/2 mile away. That’s an important thing to note if you plan on having a car.

Visited the restaurant Mashya on my last visit and liked the vibe so tried the hotel. It was wonderful. Well located and really cool decor. The restaurant is amazing and the service 1st class. Def staying next time

Exceptional -- greatly exceeded our expectations! Our superior room was much larger than expected. The double shower was huge, and there were 2 closets with extra storage space. They provided bottled water each day. The cappuccino maker was a nice touch. Bed was large and very comfortable, with premium bedding. Breakfast was unbelievable (and included!). Most days it was at Asimi (right on the beach, gorgeous view), and on Friday/Sat it was at hotel restaurant-- which is one of the top restaurants in Tel Aviv and was superb. Even though the bar and restaurant were full each night, our room was quiet. Remarkable quality, and the value for what we paid was amazing. Also the location was perfect, so close to beach and car rental and parking lot, and a short walk (15 min) to Shuk HaCarmel and Dizengoff square. Staff at hotel were extremely attentive and kind. We are grateful to have had such a lovely experience. It made our vacation.

This hotel is a pearl. Conveniently located in the second row to the beach and also within walking distance to Dizengoff Square. Reception was quick and straightforward. Very well furnished rooms (we had the loft category) Very attentive friendly staff. The absolute highlight is the outstanding breakfast in the attached restaurant Mashya, which can also be highly recommended for a great dinner. Cool people at the bar who know their stuff.

All of the staff is extremely friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is unmatched. It’s conveniently located one block from the beach, a few steps from many bus stops, and in a location that feels very safe. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has changed ownership, and it feels like they are still not fully organized, even though, as I understand, the change happened a year ago. The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are decent, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant seems to be understaffed, and I would recommend they increase their workforce.

The loft room has the worst design I ever seen, bath room is part of the room, there is no place for towels, floor (some kind of a carpet) is wet all time (in our first room full of water below the carpet so we had to change rooms. Near to zero flexibility for late check out on Saturday and I’m still waiting for the Orange juice and coffee in the morning breakfast…

The staff at the hotel were so friendly. The location is great. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. I loved this hotel. Situated in a quiet side street but minutes from the beach and from Ben Yehuda street. The room was nice, very comfortable bed and nice firm pillows and a great shower. I enjoyed the freshness of the breakfast buffet and the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. I’ll be back for sure

Je n’ai pas les mots pour exprimer à quel point notre séjour à Tel Aviv a été transformé grâce à l’équipe exceptionnelle de l’hôtel. Un immense merci à Tomer, Sofia, Polina, Doron et Netanel – chacun d’eux a joué un rôle unique dans cette expérience inoubliable. Leur bienveillance, leur disponibilité et leur humanité ont été au cœur de notre séjour. Nous étions présents au tout début de la guerre, un contexte évidemment très difficile et anxiogène. Mais grâce à eux, nous avons pu nous sentir en sécurité, entourés, presque comme à la maison. Leur présence rassurante, leurs sourires, leurs attentions… tout a compté. Malgré les restaurants fermés et l’ambiance tendue en ville, ils ont su recréer un climat chaleureux, notamment lors du shabbat partagé à l’hôtel, plein de convivialité et de réconfort. Ce n’était pas juste un séjour à l’hôtel : c’était un moment de vie fort, et ils ont su en faire une parenthèse douce au milieu du chaos. Pour cela, merci du fond du cœur. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés – pour l’accueil, pour le service, et surtout pour les personnes extraordinaires qui y travaillent.

Avoid this hotel. Especially if you are a business traveler. I booked a room with breakfast (as they have a great restaurant) but upon arrival I was told “breakfast is served at another location”. This other location was a poor service beach dive that reluctantly opened past 8 am and charge for coffee, when ordering told you “sorry we are out” after waiting for 20 min, etc.

The Mendeli Hotel is a little gem hidden on a side street close to Ha Yarkon Street. The accommodation was tasteful, the linens and bathroom products lovely. We were welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of wine and every day there was a glass of bubbly at the front desk. The breakfasts were superb. A feast with to eyes and scrumptiously delicious. The manager is the best enduring that everything is the best it can be. It was indeed a treat.

Very good breakfast Monday to Thursday, then an excellent breakfast on Friday and Saturday when the restaurant was doing a full brunch service. Very friendly staff, very comfortable room. Great location, very close to the beach and to Dizengoff Street.
