Fantastic city. Okay location. Helpfull staff. Unreasonable and unprofessional policy/service. Hotel advertised gym as part of the hotel. But wanted us to pay for using the gym. As a frequent traveler never having experienced that before, I complained about it and didn’t get a friendly or service-minded response from the hotel owner. There are many better options in the area.
