Very disappointed and shocked with the state of the room. It was dirty and smelling of tobacco I had to request for a different room which was still dirty but better

Truly awful. Visibly very unclean - mould all over the shower, dust, oil, and grime all over the room. Every surface was sticky and the room and the building as a whole had an awful smell. The front door didn't lock and the bedroom door could be overcome by just pushing. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. I arrived at the property only to be directed to a house a 10 minute walk away, further from the city centre. I am deeply confused at how you could own a hotel and not even begin to clean it.

Apart from the bathroom, which looks new, the property is run-down and dirty. The room was cluttered with unusable furniture and was dirty. The mirror was too low and not secured properly to the wall. The partially closed curtains would not open or close. The entrance area is overcrowded with junk. The walls are so thin I could hear people talking in other rooms.

A tiny room in a guest house with makeshift arrangements. Bed mattresses are not proper, and noise from the neighbouring rooms / street can be disturbing. Tea/Coffee bags were available Location has some dining options and bus stop just a road across
