Je trouve dommage d avoir un hotel et ne pas l entretenir correctement. Les numeros de porte tiennent avec du scotch. Acheter au moins du double face. Les murs sont sales et besoin d etre repeint. Les joints de salle de bain moisi. Detecteur de fumée scotché (?)Les joint de piscine sont poisseux et tache les maillot de bain. C est du travail d amateur. Il n y a pas de parking ,il faut se garer dans la rue. La croissanterie ne vient pas de la boulangerie. Pour l'entretien et la croissanterie changez de prestataire et vous aurez un hotel bien entretenu. Point fort,l amabilité des femmes de menages,de l accueil et de la personne au peitit dejeuner qui a le sourire.

Al lado del metro y a 10' del centro en transporte público. Apartahotel sencillo, con lo necesario para estar unos días, piscina dentro del propio apartahotel a compartir con los demás huéspedes. Lo único malo sería el tamaño del lavabo (justo para una persona), la moqueta está vieja y desprende algo de olor. Por lo demás, todo genial. Personal muy amable, habla inglés y francés.

El hotel es perfecto para una escapada a Toulouse. La estación de metro está literalmente en la puerta del hotel y la piscinita es muy cómoda y hace su función. La habitación tenía cocina y todos los utensilios necesarios. La única pega es que no limpian las habitaciones ni cambian las toallas y era imposible que se secaran de un día para otro.

2 lits simples au lieu d’un lit double. La salle de bain soi disant rénovée ne l’est pas du tout. Pas de patères dans la salle de bain. Balcon n’est pas propre. C’est décidé que je n’utiliserai plus jamais cet hôtel . Tout les adagios propose du café,thés etc dans la chambre mais pas celui-ci.

Formule en appart hôtel pour une réservation de dernière minute. L'établissement est correct et situé à la sortie du métro. Personnel agréable. Les moquettes méritent d'être changées et il y a ces odeurs de refoulement dans les douches qui empestent tout l'appartement le matin.

Personal muy amable, fue fácil el check in/out, solo hay que llevar listo dinero en efectivo para pagsr un impuesto municipal, es algo viejo el edificio pero tiene lo necesario para dormir y ducharse. El único detalle es que la coladera de la regadera despedía un olor desagradable.

A part la proximité du métro, le reste reste moyen quant à l'hébergement. chambre petite et nécessitant un gros rafraichissent. pas de possibilité de règlera la température dans la chambre et chambre froide. ventilation bruyante! et le sommet c'est gros problème d'eau chaude pdt 4 jours non résolu malgré les message rassurant tous les soirs du personnel, le matin catastrophe, eau tiédasse après avoir fait couler d'énorme quantité d'eau. ils ferait mieux de virer la piscine (non écologique) et de remplacer leur chaudière

Accueil sympathique. Seul point positif : à côté de la station de métro Jolimont. Hôtel très moyen, à rénover. Chambre impersonnelle, rudimentaire, mal insonorisée car bruits de la rue et du couloir très présents. De plus, literie plus qu'inconfortable qui a le mérite d'avoir trop vécu ! Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit ! Nous n'y reviendrons pas.

A very convenient location with a short transport link to the town center, room was nice and had evrerything we needed, only AC was struggling to keep room cool, when it was +40C outside. Staff was welcoming as friendly. A hidden gem - local park near observatory - perfect for a short walk and has a few playgrounds for kids

Room is clean but carpet is old and part of it smells Bathroom ventilation fan doesn't seem to work Furniture is falling a part, headrest of chair in room fell apart when I sat on it and I remember seeing something broken in lift on somewhere else Bed is comfy and location is good, only 3 stops by metro from Centre(CAPITOL) I had an incident where air conditioning stops working atnight, staff couldn't help find a room and I had to stay in heat till morning However staff communication skills and customer service was poor as she kept saying "there is nothing I can do for you" I and she didn't even bother to say sorry Next day another staff member, "said they are trying their best" I requested diwcou t on night without air conditioning, staff said no and when I said I am asthmatic and need air and would have not to continue my stay, she said you can leave in morning but this night is charged(note I have paid for full stay) Anyway staff is not great lacking communication skills and customer service skills, depending on whose duty it is May be stay if it a night or two, but definetly there are better place at same price in the city

Bien accueillis Nous avions 2 chambres, sommes arrivés plus tôt et le réceptionniste a bien voulu nous octroyer une chambre à l'avance Merci pour cela Quelques oublis par ci par là des locataires précédents? Pensez simplement à effectuer une dernière vérification jusqu'au balcon pour éviter les petites surprises! Malgré tout, cela n'a pas entravé le bon déroulement du séjour!

Al lado del metro y a 10' del centro en transporte público. Apartahotel sencillo, con lo necesario para estar unos días, piscina dentro del propio apartahotel a compartir con los demás huéspedes. Lo único malo sería el tamaño del lavabo (justo para una persona), la moqueta está vieja y desprende algo de olor. Por lo demás, todo genial. Personal muy amable, habla inglés y francés.

A very convenient location with a short transport link to the town center, room was nice and had evrerything we needed, only AC was struggling to keep room cool, when it was +40C outside. Staff was welcoming as friendly. A hidden gem - local park near observatory - perfect for a short walk and has a few playgrounds for kids

mon séjour était passable a part quelque petit soucis, par contre un accueil irréprochable le petit déjeuner reste à revoir au niveau du choix un peu trop limité au prix que ça coûte le personnel très bien

Je trouve dommage d avoir un hotel et ne pas l entretenir correctement. Les numeros de porte tiennent avec du scotch. Acheter au moins du double face. Les murs sont sales et besoin d etre repeint. Les joints de salle de bain moisi. Detecteur de fumée scotché (?)Les joint de piscine sont poisseux et tache les maillot de bain. C est du travail d amateur. Il n y a pas de parking ,il faut se garer dans la rue. La croissanterie ne vient pas de la boulangerie. Pour l'entretien et la croissanterie changez de prestataire et vous aurez un hotel bien entretenu. Point fort,l amabilité des femmes de menages,de l accueil et de la personne au peitit dejeuner qui a le sourire.

The staff is amazing, friendly and very professional. I had a smell of sewage in my bathroom man talk to the front desk about it during the day they remove the smell. I don’t know how they did that, but I was amazing to follow up on the issue so fast the cleaning ladies a great and very efficient. I normally go to the Grand hotel of Orleans and decided to change for half price hotel twice more efficient from now on I would come to a hotel adagio
