The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, with multiple selections for all ages. Hot coffee was available 24/7 with a ready supply of condiments. I would definitely stay here when I the area again.

We ended up canceling on arrival as the pool was closed for construction. There was no mention of this on the website. After a full day of softball games in 100 degree weather, everyone was looking forward to a swim. Luckily the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Both Expedia and the hotel should update their sites so customers are aware of the pool closure.

It was great! Nice, clean facility. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and they had tea/coffee offered all day. Sometimes they even had cookies! The pool was a little small but very peaceful.

Very quiet stay even though I was told that a couple of soccer teams and a couple of wedding parties were staying there. The elevator was out when we checked in and our room was on the 3rd floor. A little inconvenience but staff were on it and really nice. Room was nice but need to be update. Pillows on the bed were the size of a throw pillow for a couch, wish they were regular bed pillows. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I could hear the guests that were in the next room but that didn’t really bother me too much. They have a guest laundry room which was convenient. They serve breakfast as early as 6 am and the breakfast was not bad at all. The only thing i would recommend are dumbbells for the fitness room.

Been here monthly for almost four years. This was first time under new ownership. Very friendly staff. Place is always great value and clean. Check in is always easy. Rooms are bigger and more accommodating than the average room for these prices. Comfy bed, leaves me wanting for nothing. I’ll continue looking here first

I liked the convenient location right off the highway. It’s close to Davis so that drive would not be too bad. The staff was friendly. Though the place was pretty clean, there was a bad smell in our room. Seemed like it was specific to our room because the rest of the motel didn’t stink. I did not tell the front desk.

Easy location off highway 80, convenient to Davis. Breakfast decent. Walk to steakhouse. Property looks like decent hotel but carpets are worn and hallways smell a bit. Our room really smelled of disinfectant, and when that wore off, of urine. Maybe other rooms ok, but I will look elsewhere next time.

It was just okay for one night. The carpet in the hall on the third floor was worn and had what I assumed to be bleach stains. I woke up to a huge cockroach dying on the bathroom floor. I didn’t even want to shower - just pack my bags and check out!

Three words: Paper Thin Walls. The property is ok, but I definitely would not be staying here just because of the paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbors conversation which can make for an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is in a good location and had a decent breakfast, staff was very friendly. Our room was extremely clean and we enjoyed the tv entertainment. However the noise from the rooms next to us could be heard right in our room. Nobody can keep any secrets because the walls are so thin. I'm surprised when I booked the hotel that problem was not mentioned.

The place was amazing and reasonable with a very nice big room with a big tv and honestly beats any hotel in the area for the price. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi was spotty and would just stop working for a min or so then come back and seemed to be like that my whole stay like every 30mins

Beds were not wonderful. Just ok. The staff I met the evening before I left was outstanding! However I tried to call the front dest and the morning of my last day and couldn't reach anyone. They had fresh baked cookies available in the evening, and breakfast availability in the morning. Unfortunately, I was abruptly awakened by noise the first morning. I had to call and report noise on the 3rd floor. Kids, running and jumping and stomping. They need to sound proof this hotel. That evening when I arrived back at the hotel, while waiting on the first floor for the elevator, you could hear running or walking hard. We asked the desk clerk if they could hear it also. The price you charged was definitely not worth it and I saw you advertise it for a lot less. I found out that I would not receive my IHG reward points for this stay. Yourefused to give me the hotels number making it impossible for me to call the to advertise of a late check-in.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Rreasonably priced. My only complaint would be the quality of the bed pillows. I know you can't please everybody, but for my wife and I they were especially too squishy, and not nearly firm enough. I still recommend this hotel.

The night auditor, Michelle was amazing, and the rest of the staff made it a pleasant stay. The only thing wrong with this hotel is Samir- who is unprofessional and rude He called the cops on several guests and he is a complete control free

Sam Durrani is what a customer service representative should all be. He is very friendly, greeted us with a smile, didn’t rush me when i had questions even though someone was behind me to check in. Went out of his way to check the pool the next morning as promised to let my little girl swim earlier than usual pool time. We will definitely stay again when we’re in Davis where our son is for college. Thank you so much Sam for making our stay very comfortable.

We arrived a couple hours early and were able to get an early check in which was awesome! Our room was clean and comfortable. They put fresh baked cookies out in the evening! And breakfast was good with many choices! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Breakfast is good but would have been better if there are more counters especially, bread toasting and waffles prep. At least two more of each of them would have helped preparing faster. Other than that I love the quite, safe and nice suburb feel of the area

I had the breakfast only once on 7/22. The coffee was great, and the juices were very good. However, the egg substitute and the diced potatoes were cold and rather tasteless. In the afternoon on 7/21 they had fresh baked cookies in the foyer which smelled and tasted good.
